• Andrew (5/5): Pictures can be deceptive. Smell is not good. Place needs deep cleaning and upgrade. - Living room was nice. Lighting was good. Location was ok. Ayuk was a nice guy. Very helpful and available. However he has different standards than international clients when it comes to cleanliness. Heavy mould smell upon entry. Kitchen looks so bad and mouldy. Pots were all white inside with mould and yeast. Cockroaches everywhere. Cups, spoons etc were all dirty. Windows full of cobwebs and very dirty. Dusty couches and tables. One room has a massively mould filled ceiling. Not good to look at. Toilet seats are too soft and easily breakable. You need to pay a small surcharge for light everyday.
• Vince (10/5): The property is very safe and secure. The high speed Internet made a big difference. - The security of the property is very good. The property is fenced and gated and has CCTV to monitor who is coming in and it scares off intruders. We felt very safe and secured. The neighbourhood is safe. Along the main road which is a five minutes walk from the property, there are off licences, and a wine /whisky shop. In the evening they sell roast fish and roast beef (soya). The manager Mr Ayuk was very helpful, each time we had an issue he got it sorted and was very professional. Inside the house is very clean all the Air conditioning are working well and the high speed Internet is top class. I liked everything.

• Etienne (10/5): Amazing place to be with family… cannot wait to go back there - Beautiful place and secured. I really enjoy it It is about 1000 feet from the main road. But it was ok. I will definitely go back there

• Ngwa (3/5): Not a smooth staycation with family.It wasn’t what I was expecting. - The cameras and the bigger space and internet. Not a comfortable home although very large. No water for 4 days after paid for 10 days but couldn’t be there on time. So staying for 7 days only 3days of water and 4 days of no water. Thank God for the children who brought me water to flush the toilets. Not suitable for family stay. Not a good host very inhumane and money minded person, lack of customer service skills not friendly at all, even to introduce himself for the first time when in doubt of who he is yet he can’t. Very rude. No towels and toilet papers, no cleaners or change of bedsheets. Giving toilet tissues just ones and sheets just ones. Not an American standard very low standard! It’s not worth the price. Bathrooms stings until we have to poured strong chemicals.
• S. (8/5): Very nice property - How clean the property was. There was no standby generator. Also there was a leaking room in one of the rooms during our stay.
• Arthur (9/5): Superb - It's a lovely 3 bedroom guest house very spacious and clean. Not far from the main road and it was few minutes away from where I had my planned event. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smell coming from the bathroom drains. We litterally had to sleep with the windows open.
• Vince (8/5): Very good - The cleanliness of the house was exceptionally good. There was no AC in the bedrooms. Master bedroom toilet has a bad odour.
