• Hafizan (9/5): A pleasant stay in a beautifully decorated apartment in a peaceful location. - Location was great and the apartment decor and amenities were wonderful. The stairs were a bit of a pain especially with a suitcase. We would have appreciated some milk for the coffee and some teabag. We had difficulty locating the building as we were looking for powder and pines, and it was the apartment name and not the building. Perhaps a sign or clearer instructions on the email would have assisted.

• Jammy (8/5): - We like the location. It is convenient. We loved the bed that allowed us to have a good sleep. I had a very good sleep even it was very hot in those days we were staying there. The suite is very clean and the kitchen was well equipped that allowed us to cook dinner and breakfast. I also like the pizza restaurant near the property. Since it was very hot, over 30 degree everyday, it was extremely hot in the suite. There is no air conditioner. The owner provided 3 fans in the suite but it was still very hot especially in those rooms without windows. Only 1 room had windows. However, it was very noisy if we open the windows because of the busy traffic on sea to sky highway even at 2am! It will be a very nice suite in winter.
• Arshad (1/5): very uncomfortable. - nothing I had a very uncomfortable stay at this property. The weather was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning, which made it nearly unbearable. To make things worse, there was no on-site staff, and it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the host. I finally managed to raise my concerns, eventually host only came up with a solution to refund one night the next day around 11 AM. By then, it was too late to find another property on such short notice. Another major issue was that the property is advertised under one name, but the actual name is different and does not match what was listed. We tried searching for "Powder & Pines" on Google, but there was no listing for that business. This caused unnecessary confusion and felt misleading. The host’s communication was slow and unprofessional, and he came across as quite rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. My trip was completely ruined — both my time and money were wasted. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property. Book a reputable hotel or accommodation where you have access to air conditioning and on-site staff who can address issues in real time. Otherwise, you risk being left stranded with no help.

• Jens (7/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Das Appartment ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Poolbereich ist in einem schlechten Zustand und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt nur wenige Liegestühle und die meisten sind kaputt. Der Verkehr ist so laut, dass man sich auf dem Balkon kaum unterhalten kann.

• Arianna (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, very quiet, super comfy beds, easy to access, loved that it came with free parking spots! Location is great and very accessible to the village by bike or transit or car. Walking distance to creekside and Whistler mountain Wifi wasn't provided. We were just there for one night so didn't bother asking the host but it would have been great if this had been listed somewhere at the place. Otherwise loved everything else, had a great stay!
• Stephen (10/5): Great stay - can't beat the location in Creekside! - Great location & accomodation. Had everything we needed and made for a great stay! Will be even better when the outdoor hot tub/pool deck are done, looks like a great project!
• Ranbir (8/5): Very good - We were a group of 4, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable Felt the need of a lift or elevator to the floor, since I was travelling with my mother and mother in law. It would also help with carrying luggage etc.
• Susanna (8/5): A beautiful small place e but not a luxury stay. - The place was very clean and is beautifully decorated with nice attention to detail (cookbooks in the kitchen and interesting ones on the nightstands).The kitchen is equipped with beautiful dinnerware, glasses and good quality pots. The place looks exactly like advertised and the link provided to guide you through everything is excellent. Since the apartment is in an old building you hear everything. Their was running around until late at night and early in the morning. We didn't like the pillows on the king beds, they're mor like decorative rolls. The two bean bags in the living room are useless (no filling!) Kleenex boxes in the bathrooms or kitchen would be handy. Also I'm sure it would generally be appreciated if check-out was 11am not already 10am.

• Ho (10/5): Highly recommended - Very very cozy 2 bedrooms suites, nicely renovated. Only about 5min drive away from the village. The only one thing we did not like during our stay was the pillows, they were quite large and firm, so we end up using the square decorative pillows for sleeping. The mattress was fantastic though~
