• Gianmarco (7/5): Weekend a Barcellona - Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti della città. La doccia aveva dei problemi e non si chiudeva completamente. C’era poco assortimento di asciugamani e avrei preferito qualche coperta in più per la notte

• Cristina (8/5): - Estaba todo muy limpio, la ubicación genial. La comunicación con el propietario muy rápida y a cualquier hora. Las camas muy cómodas Echamos de menos una bayeta y un paño para secarte después de fregar los platos y una segunda cafetera por si falla la de cápsulas

Le finestre non si chiudevano molto bene e la mancanza di shampoo è bagnoschiuma indicati invece nella prenotazione ma nulla di irreparabile la struttura è posta veramente in una zona servita da tutto

• Bibi (9/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, teniamos metro y autobuses cerca del apartamento, el cual está céntrico y en buen barrio. Cerca hay un Carrefour expres donde comprabamos el desayuno y la cena. La calidad de los colchones es muy buena, se duerme muy bien. Buenos edredones, de mucha calidad. Tiene agua caliente sin problemas. Para invierno tiene un aparato de aire acondicionado (calefacción), para nosotros fue suficiente. La relación calidad precio es buena. El anfitrión, Jon, nos atendió muy bien y atendió las dudas que teníamos. Conclusión: Hemos estado en familia, cuatro adultos y dos niños, bastante bien. En realidad estuvimos bastante bien. Nada importante que mencionar. Desayunábamos en el apartamento y pasabámos todo el día visitando la ciudad, luego regresábamos por la noche para cenar y dormir.

• Alessandro (10/5): Fantastico!! - Mi è piaciuto tutto. Appartamento meraviglioso con tutto il necessario e comodo x muoversi in centro con metro e rambla a due passi. Nulla.
• Miro (7/5): - Lokacija je odlična, a u blizini se nalazi parking garaža koju smo koristili. Smještaj ima tri sobe, što ga čini praktičnim. S obzirom na cijenu i lokaciju, na ostale nedostatke gledamo blagonaklono. Kupaonica je pomalo nepraktična – ulaz u tuš je otežan jer WC školjka smeta prolazu. Grijanje je na plinski bojler koji smo morali sami uštekati u utičnicu. Tijekom posljednjeg tuširanja osjetio sam neugodno peckanje, zbog čega smo iz opreza prekinuli tuširanje. Jedna od ladica u ormaru spavaće sobe nije bila otvorena ni očićena prije našeg dolaska a sadržavala je zamotani potrošeni uložak. Ostalo je bilo uredno.

• Marek (1/5): - Ubytovanie nie je vhodné na prenájom. Po príchode do ubytovania nás čakal šok. Všetky izby boli totálne plesnivé. V jednej izbe bolo aj rozbité okno. Ubytovateľ zabezpečil cca za hodinu upratovanie, ale upratané bolo iba čiastočne. Naďalej cez jedno okno fúkalo a plesne boli v izbách. Po komunikácii s ubytovateľom mi bolo oznámené, že upratovací tím iba zlikvidoval plesne v miestách, kde dočiahol. Hrôza.

• OLENA (6/5): Чудове розташування, господар уважний до гостей, якщо позбавляться недоліків , то буду рекоменлувати це помешкання друзя - Гарне місце розташування. Близько метро, можна комфортно дістатися до центру, до історичних памʼяток.Господар гарно пояснив, як потрапити до помешкання. Наш літак був вранці і після спілкування з господарем , можна було заїхати раніше зазначеного на сайті часу - це дуже комфортно. Гаряча вода є постійно! Якщо прохолодно( ми були в грудні ) , то є кондиціонер - це дуже добре! В помешканні лише одне двоспальне ліжко, в інших двох кімнатках ( дуже маленькі) ліжка полуторні( маленькі), тобто не комфортні , щоб могли спати двоє дорослих людей. Є диван , але немає комплекту постелі . В нашому варіанті ( 6 людей ) було не комфортно спати. Не всі з гостей могли спати по двоє, нам би диван теж потрібен був би. В помешканні немає чайника ( ні електрочайника , ні звичайного). Електроплиту ми так і не змогли увімкнути.😔 Варто зробити хочаб косметичний ремонт , є цвіль на стінах.

• Noemí (10/5): - La mejor opción si visitas Barcelona. El piso tenía excelente ubicación, bien comunicado con transporte público — perfecto para moverte. Muy limpio, con cocina funcional, agua caliente sin problemas y comodidades como secador o plancha. Todo impecable.
• Patricia (10/5): Incredible stay in Barcelona best location best house - It super easy to get there from the airport. The aerobús which is only 7eur leaves you at walking distance from the house. It is perfectly located. Jon is a super nice guy, he have us many tips. You could totally tell he really wanted is to have a good time and he knows his city well. Everything was truly perfect.

• Luis Daniel (8/5): - The appartment is confortable for up to 3 couples or a family of six, while using it only for sleeping in and showering. It has all appliances you need (Kitchen, Oven, AC, Washing Machine, TV, etc) Location wise is very close to metro stations and within 10min you are in the center of the city. A lot of shops nearby for buying for breakfast/lunch/dinner if you prefer to eat at home. Shower is a bit tight, hot water is not automatically on, although you don't need it during summer as Barcelona is pretty hot. Not suitable for people in crutches or wheelchair as the only way to go up is by stairs.
