- Dina M (10/5): Amazing stay! Highly recommended - The bed was so comfortable and the entire basement was very much the best! The bathroom was newly renovated and there was a laundry room with a washer and dryer combo. Everything was included in the kitchen, stove top etc. Such a good price! Above and beyond A+++ Detergent was missing, hard to find, but accessible by car or transit.

At first I thought it was a whole unit both kitchen and bedroom together but I had adjust my expectations and go by what is available which is just a private room bedroom and kitchen is shared.

- Sanjaya (1/5): TERRIBLE; ANYONE JUST DONT RENT THAT PLACE. - It was terrible. The toilet was filthy as hell and other roommates were just sketchy. As soon as they saw me and my friend they started acting weird like she was just coming back from the grocery store and she saw us in the living room she started throwing away the groceries from the door to the kitchen. It was just horrible experience and just for our safety we left the room right away. We hardly stayed like 5-10 minutes ; the other roommates started acting out and we left the premises. It was just a waste of money.

- Debbie (3/5): - The presentation of room was good 👍 First of all, I didn't realize this was a home when I booked 🙃 was a last minute decision. We got there, follow instructions to use the sidedoor to upper level. Thinking we were there alone, tried to lock door had a hard time. So we made noise trying to, suddenly a woman appeared not happy 😒, we apologized but she mumbled and slammed the door behind her. We felt very uncomfortable and confused, wondering who's this person . I read messages sent by host and then realized there's several rooms with numbers and entry codes. We thought this was a big mistake, because the people made lots of noise for hours. We stayed there for less than 4 hours. We had to use same bathroom, the room had no TV. Just a plain bedroom wasn't a nice experience 😕. But it was my fault for not paying attention to what booking I was making. Sorry, maybe the host is lovely, but it was a very uncomfortable feeling 😕

- Dina (8/5): Ideal location and great value - The location is great! There was also a tub, and the host was very hospitable and attentive. The room is amazing and the bed was comfy. The kitchen was accessible also.Thanks very much! The kitchen could have been used more for cooking, and there was a slight scent in the room that was musty.

- Zahirah (2/5): Room ok but dirty bathroom - Room was just as described, simple and tidy The bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere, including the sink, and the toilet was so dirty that I preferred using public toilet as far as possible. In my opinion there was nobody to clean the common areas at least during our 2 day stay. The shared kitchen had only 1 fork and 1 knife. So bring your own kitchen utensils. The pillows were so small and thin that I had to use my travel pillow.

No spoons was clearly a huge surprise for us - but forks and knives are present. Only 2 mugs for 3 rooms (5-6 people?) and only a couple of plates, so if someone is eating just now - you have to wait for them to finish and wash the dishes.
