- Kate (4/5): For the price I would expect the place needs a Reno! - Location The cabinet’s in the bathroom are falling apart. The tiles on the bathroom floor are coming off. The kitchen knives are blunt.
- Norma (7/5): - The location was good. The front screen door was hanging off its hinges when we arrived. It was dangerous with the rusted screws hanging out The 2nd bedroom window was broken and couldn’t open it for fresh air
- Lynette (7/5): Great budget apartments, needs a full Reno but to be fair it was very clean and as the rental agency said when we booked - Budget accommodation Being woken up just before 7.00 am to the cleaners working up stairs for 5 plus hours . Also the very stained jug that I wouldn’t have dare use it
