- Réka (8/5): The apartment is good value for money at a perfect location for a short stay. - The location is perfect and the apartment is well-equipped and suitable for 6 people for a short stay. The host was helpful and understanding. We booked for five people but there were only four chairs in the apartment, a pillowcase and a duvet was also missing. We couldn't find the remote control for one of the blinds and the cleanliness of the apartment could be improved.
- Andrea (1/5): He cancelled the NIGHT before i was arriving. Avoid - 5 pm... the night BEFORE my arrival with my family, after it was FULLY paid, i receive a message that we should not arrive, and that he needs to cancel. I booked this place 3 months earlier. There was nothing to find anywhere near where we wanted to be. I spent hours while already on my vacation, on the stop before Vienna, and instead of enjoying our time, I spent hours trying to find a solution.
- Justine (4/5): Could be amazing but let down by maintenance / cleaning issues. - Location was excellent. Beds comfortable. Layout of apartment good Arrival was confusing. No clear instructions on how to find the building and apartment. When we got into the apartment after 3 pm some of the Bedding and towels were still damp and hanging on the dryer. The temperatures were 32 / 34 degrees when we were in Vienna but the aircon didn’t work nor did the portable unit - it was very hot! On messaging I got no response. Couldn’t find the WiFi code. Shower cubicle could do with a thorough clean. Fridge was still full of items from previous guests.
