• Kristine (10/5): - I just wanted to say how impressed we were with everything. The place was extremely clean , honestly, we were even surprised by the level of attention to detail. The service was very professional, and you could clearly see that everything was organized thoughtfully and with quality in mind. We truly enjoyed the experience and would be very happy to come back again. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends as well. The pool was really great as well. There was an extra charge for it at the moment, but they mentioned that it will soon be included in the price.

The rooms were not clean enough There was hair all around the bathroom, and the cleaning stuff ruined some of the clothes as it wasn’t well polished and watered. There were some technical distinctions as well. Breakfast is served between 9:30-10 AM which causes some inconvenience

Очень радушный приём! Хозяева приготовили для нас шикарный ужин, поселили в большой дом! В соседних домиках отдыхали еще семьи из Еревана. Вечером мы все вместе сидели вокруг костра, пели песни, слушали прекрасную музыку, танцевали и очень тепло провели наш единственный вечер в Дилижане! Огромное спасибо всем, кто был с нами и мы уже скучаем по вам!!!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even served us complimentary tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. ​One of the standout moments was when they generously offered us two hours of free access to the swimming pool, even though it wasn't originally included in the cottage we booked. It’s those kinds of gestures that make a place feel special. ​We also have to mention the lovely breakfast each morning; it was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. If you are looking for top-tier hospitality in a beautiful setting, this is the place to be! -

• Violeta Camelia (8/5): - The view we could admire from the villa floor, the way the courtyard was arranged and the facilities offered, the kindness of the complex administrator, good and sufficient breakfast. In our case, in reality, it was not an entire villa, but only the upper floor, another family living on the lower one. The noise of a busy artery from a suburb of the city could be heard from a great distance. Inside there was no table or place to eat, breakfast was served outside, on the terrace, being a bit cold on late October mornings in the mountains, a place where we had to be careful of two cats waiting for the moment to climb on the table and steal some food. In the bathroom, the shower had an annoying curtain and the drain was clogged (I asked the staff to fix the problem, but no one intervened!), and the towels were all the same size and color (not white). We didn't have a TV.

• hardy (10/5): Beautiful, cozy and luxurious stay in winter wonderland - The people were amazing, they contacted with all right details for check-in and extremely wonderful location. The villa has everything a luxury stay requires but yet remains in good price range. Im sure this will be a wonderful selection for all travelers and couples as well.

В доме есть все необходимое, а если чего-то не хватает - вам все дадут. Замучался выбирать номера. Фотки везде одинаковые, не понятно где с этой ванной на улице, а где нет. Когда бронировал, думал все дома одинаковые, но по итогу получил дефолтный номер.

Σας προτείνουμε να κλείσετε ολόκληρο το σπιτάκι διότι για γκρουπ 4 φίλων δεν βολεύει το σπιτάκι στον επάνω όροφο μόνο διότι δεν έχει ούτε καν σαλόνι να καθίσετε να φάτε το πρωινό σας.

В одной спальне стояла лампа, но и в ней не работала лампочка.
• Sofya (7/5): У объекта несколько отелей, поэтому если Вы читаете в описании сауна/ джакузи то уточните если это есть. Мы приехали - Хорошее место отдохнуть от суеты, приехать компанией отметить день рождение с шашлыками. Качество уборки, недостаток посуды, запах канализации и гамак оторвался сразу как сел ребенок. Все эти проблемы решаемы, поэтому если исправится то пребывание в вилле будет комфортным.
• Екатерина (10/5): - Все понравилось. Прекрасная хозяйка, встретила и разместила в доме побольше, чем мы бронировали, что было очень приятно. Огромный дом, тепло, уютно. Большие, просторные комнаты. Было очень чисто. Мы все выспались, а запах чистой постели это что-то невероятное. Очень хорошая территория, есть где погулять с ребенком, есть небольшой батут, теннисный стол, качели. Можно заказать ужин из их ресторана, 5000 с человека. Нам накрыли стол прям в доме,.было вкусно и сытно. На нашей небольшой террасе был стол-мангал, качеля. Рядом был просто мангал, мы воспользовались им. Из маленьких рекомендаций: если приезжать на дольше, то было бы здорово, если в номере будет чуть больше посуды (глубокие тарелки, кофеварка для армянского кофе, доска). Возможно, это все можно попросить. Так как мы заказали ужин, нам уже не критично было. Большое спасибо, процветания!

• federico (4/5): - Appartamento molto grande Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura circa un ora prima di arrivare in orario di apertura check in (arrivati all’incirca verso le 18). quando arrivati in struttura non c’era nessuno, abbiamo chiesto a due persone presenti nel locale cucina che non parlano inglese, hanno telefonato al proprietario che sarebbe dovuto arrivare dopo circa 10 minuti. Dopo mezz’ora fuori al freddo, il proprietario non è arrivato, gli addetti della cucina ci hanno aperto comunque L appartamento, mancava carta igienica, gli asciugamani, un letto senza lenzuola, ci hanno detto che li avrebbe portati il proprietario perché loro non li avevano, il proprietario per telefono ha detto che sarebbe arrivato dopo due ore, siamo quindi andati a cena rientrando per l’ ora concordata. Il proprietario non è mai venuto, i signori addetti alla cucina sono saliti verso le 21 con lenzuola e asciugami dicendo che il proprietario non poteva passare, abbiamo quindi pagato cash concordando la colazione per la mattina alle 8,30 si sono presentati alle 9,30, probabilmente i signori che erano lì presenti non avevano capito non parlando inglese. La caldaia andava in blocco e non si poteva usare acqua calda. La struttura sarebbe bella ma il sevizio veramente molto deludente.

• Giampaolo (8/5): Cozy corner in the middle of nowhere - It's a brand new place. Big rooms and spaces. Property is cozy with garden and pingpont table on the outside. Not to close to downtown. Roads around are quite broken, not easy to drive.

The area is stunning, the villa was very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional — especially David, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There were only two minor inconveniences: • There’s no on-site restaurant, so you need to order through the main management or buy directly from the market. • The location was a bit tricky to reach at first.

• Evgeniy (6/5): good place, friendly staff, amazing view, poor facilities for money - the staff is very friendly and kind. the place is very clean. the room is huge! the location is not good at all. far from everything. and inside the poor neighborhood. in the pictures we can see the pool, jacuzzi and a yard, but in fact it is different: the facilities are private for each room. so we got no facilities. the host should mention in description which room relates to which facilities. the bedding was not so comfortable. the breakfast not sufficient to my mind (no drinks at all).
• Armina (10/5): An ideal spot to relax and enjoy Dilijan’s best scenery - I had been here once before, and this time I came back with my family. Last week I stayed in three different places, but this one is my favorite by far. The staff are always available, very attentive, and mature in the way they handle everything. The portions are so big that you can easily enjoy the food for two days. The location is very convenient too just a 5minute walk from the supermarket. Overall, it’s an ideal place for family relaxation, and it also offers my favorite view in all of Dilijan, right from the cottage. It'd have been nice to have AC in the room, but in Dilijan it’s not really common since the weather usually isn’t too hot. The staff kindly give us personal fan, which worked perfectly.

• Talin (1/5): I had a very disappointing experience. After booking and confirming a non-refundable 3-bedroom villa, the property told - The worst experience! After confirming the non refundable booking and receiving a confirmation for the booking, the property contacted me by sending a one line message to tell me that they are over booked and won’t offer the 3 bedroom villa I booked as it is already booked. They actually offered a 2 bedroom cottage house 15 minutes drive away from the original booking, for the same price which was very disappointing , especially that I have already hired the driver and planned the whole trip. After a long conversation I managed to reduce the price by 32 USD only and it was conditional where I had to refrain from using the pool. I still had to go with that option as the kids were promised. We were supposed to be 6 people hence the 3 bedroom booking but now with 2 bedroom only 3 people cancelled and I had to pay for the total rent. Very inconvenient 😞. The nature of Dilijan is stunning and that was compensating the disappointment and there was no single compensation offered to maintain a positive vacation vibe from the property. The cottage house was clean in main areas but all corners were not cleaned for ages and had spider nets. No hair conditioner, no hairdryer, no plates in the kitchen, no microwave or oven, no washing machine and no board games even though these facilities were listed in the booking and the trip was planned according to that. The glass window had a big crack and that really made feel worried and was unsafe. Can’t say anything other than this is not a recommended property. I saw very positive ratings and reviews before booking and I think that was only a good luck for the people who booked earlier. At least I would assume they got the same villa they booked and didn’t have to downgrade their booking 😢😔😔

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. All amenities were excellent, and the included breakfast was absolutely perfect: fresh, varied, and thoughtfully prepared every morning. Anush is a truly kind and attentive host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable. And a many thanks to Anush for inviting us to your Birthdayparty and BBQ ! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

• Tünde (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel manager is a great person, very kind and really helpful. The place has an amazing garden with a great view. The breakfast was very delicious.

The accomodation was with very nice outdoor space. - The location is close to the city center despite the fact that it is quite steep street down (we drove by car). The garden was well maintained and there was also outdoor table and grill place. The view over the mountain was also nice. The accomodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was no indication (sign or board) showing that the guests have arrived at the right place, so we had to use the assistance of a neighbour to confirm that the guest house we were staying infront was the one we booked.

The breakfast was also good and it can be requested as requested one night before from the host, you can customize your favorite. It is almost in the centre of Dilijan, but located up the hill. Nothing, all was good.

It's located in a stunning setting, surrounded by nature, and the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. I had originally booked a different type of room, but they generously upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. We were a group of four friends, and I asked for their help in organizing a small surprise, as it was one of our friend's birthday on the day of our arrival. To our amazement, we arrived to find a beautifully set table with delicious treats, a chilled bottle of champagne, a birthday cake with candles, and a nature documentary playing in the background featuring the breathtaking landscapes of Armenia – just as I had requested. Every detail was perfect. The kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality of David and Anush made our stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and memorable getaway. Thank you again for everything!
• Billdup (9/5): Superb - A lovely set of villas in garden. Friendly staff and great food. Close to the start of a fantastic hiking trail. Possible to get a cab to nearby monasteries. Beautiful rooms, well decorated with nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The photos are a bit misleading. I had booked a 2 bedroom villa, the price seemed very cheap. I expected a hot tub on the balcony and a sauna from the pictures but admit I hadn't read the details of the room. I had a second floor apartment which didn't havea hot tub, only one room does, and what i had assumed was a sauna, pinewood with a sloped ceiling, was just the entrance hall!

Cheap to get to by taxi. We made a booking for a villa; in reality, we had a small apartment in a 2-store house. Our neighbours on the sides were loud, quiet hours after 23.00 were not observed. None of this is an issue per se; we simply expected a different - quiet and secluded - experience since we booked a villa, on a hill, on the outskirts of the city. A more accurate description would help to manage expectations.

The location was perfect so close to the city centre that we could take a lovely evening walk and return on foot with ease. I absolutely loved the wooden design of the place it blended so beautifully with the natural surroundings, creating a warm, cozy, and peaceful atmosphere. It felt like the perfect escape. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. It’s an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a calm weekend with your loved ones. The only small thing I would mention is the number of towels it would have been nice to have a few more available. That said, I didn’t ask for extra ones, but I’m sure if I had, the response would’ve been quick and helpful, as everything else was handled with such care and attention.

Breakfast was to much we did lunch also coffee tea was free the hole day Thanks specially manager Davit in the evening he mad a fire for as and helped to cook ( bdw there are different outdoor cooking facilities and supermarket is in 10mins so if you like outdoor cooking 10 of,10).

The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush forests and fresh mountain air, making it the perfect escape from the city. The villas are beautifully designed, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special thanks to the wonderful staff, who were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Their hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable!

The girl was always in touch, clarified the time of arrival, sent the location. The breakfast was big, tasty and very filling. Beautiful green area next to the house, there is a swing. We arrived late, but it wasn't a problem, they met us and showed us everything. We liked everything very much!

None of "Pool view, Mountain view, Landmark view" which is mentioned. Too expensive for the location, did not meet my expectations.

Excellent place to arrange team-building events or short stays, even if you don't plan to stay overnight. All facilities are available to host private picnics, make barbeques, organize fireside talks, and more. There are two comfortable cottages and a main building, so families and couples can also rest in comfort. The area for strolling is small, and the swimming pool is suitable only for kids.
