David (7/5): We enjoyed having a comfortable room in a pleasant city. - Our corner room provided excellent views of the mountains. The room was very comfortable with a good mattress. The room was cleaned each day of our stay. The television was in a good location opposite the bed. You could watch the TV without drinking your neck. If the hotel had only ten guests able service replaced the buffet. However we were not told this. the facility description on Booking.com and the hotel's web site were not accurate. The gym and pool are to be opened in six months.

Shahriaz (8/5): An awesome place to stay if anyone is travelling to Sylhet as a couple. - Everything was neat and clean and beautifully furnished. Window and balcony view was really beautiful. Helipad on terrace was awesome. Foods in the restaurant at lvl 1 was really good. We didn’t go other places as we loved their foods. Staffs here were really nice and professional. Noman vai (CEO and Chairman of the hotel) was really caring and nice and confirmed us if we face any problem around there he will be there for us and this made us feel our short stay comfortable. Thanks to him. We didn’t face any problem during our short stay. No iron was provided for clothing which would be good to provide. Property was little far from Humayun Rashid Chattar. Other than these there were nothing to dislike about this Hotel Crystal Rose.
