• Sylwia (7/5): Ok na krótki pobyt, kiedy akurat nie ma żadnych wydarzeń ulicznych. - Czysto, wygodnie urządzony pokój, komfortowe łóżko. Brakowało płynu i gąbki do zmycia po sobie naczyń. W okolicy przez weekend odbywały się jakieś parady, było strasznie głośno do 1-2 w nocy, nie dało się spać.

Hałas z innych pokoi ściany kompletnie nie wyizolowane za tą cenę 240 eur za 4 dni w czasie kiedy nie ma sezonu spodziewałem się lepszego komfortu 6. Prysznic ledwo można było wejść osoba ważącą powyżej 90 kg już się nie zmieści 7. Śniadanie które bylo wliczone w cenę to od pierwszego dnia pobytu te same rogaliki i dżem który ani razu nie zostal wymieniony (nie jedliśmy tego ale wymagałem aby chociaż rogaliki byly świeże a nie te same które leżą przez 4 dni w pokoju w cieple) 8. Всегда на связи. Уборка и замена полотенец ежедневно. Идеальная чистота. На завтрак есть булочки, круасаны, мюсли, кофе, чай, сок. Хороший интернет... Рекомендуем... Все понравилось...

• Terri (3/5): Access to property was difficult, the neighbor hood was rundown but the room was decent - Room was clean, decent and updated. Neighborhood was run down. Building entrance was terrible. There was no one onsight. Didn't even recognize it as lodging. Without the help of a resident next door to the hotel who called the management, we would not have found the entrance or been able to contact the caretaker. The number we called from our registration was not in service. The caretaker came a few minutes after he was contacted by the helpful neighbor near by and was decent although he spoke little English but the nice girl that assisted him did understand English better.

• Kristiana (3/5): The Suite with the spa is overpriced--needs a revamp if they continue with its current rate. - After it was cleaned, the sauna was nice. There was some attempt to mend the situation from the property manager and cleaning lady. Check-in: We received no directions or instructions for check-in. A stranger came up and told us where the entrance was and floor location. I booked this place weeks in advance, they knew we were coming, and we were waiting outside the bnb for a few minutes the property manager showed up and let us in. The room: The other rooms might be nicer, but the king suite was nowhere near worth the price. The suite was dirty, sauna & hot tub were dirty, the shower was broken, a drawer of the armoire broke the moment we tried to open it, the bed was sunken in in the middle, making for a poor night's sleep, the pillows were oversized and uncomfortable. Check the dates of previous highly rated reviews--we realized many were years old. The heater was barely functioning. The sauna was luckily working, so we huddled inside there and occasionally opened the door so the room would heat up. The "hot tub" smelt of sulfur when we turned on the jets. The jets were weak. Don't expect a Jacuzzi. Communication & Fixes: When we saw the room, we were incredibly disappointed. We communicated this to the property manager and between the lack of a check-in, an overpriced, dirty and uncomfortable room, and it being our last couple of days in Italy, we did not trust them to remedy this. We wanted a refund to go somewhere else. Eventually, we went out and they had someone clean and replace the shower head (which they did not tell us someone would come in to do so--the room should have been cleaned beforehand, we should not have needed a cleaning lady on the day of arrival) and they were going to get us a heater, so there was a little effort from them. They offered us a different room for a few euros cheaper, the black room. When we looked online, it was cheaper to book that room rather than accept the discount. We stayed one night and it was a mistake. Ultimately, we accepted our financial loss and booked a room elsewhere and it was a decision we should have made sooner.

• Muram (7/5): - The room was very comfortable, clean and modern. The room is cleaned daily which is great. The kitchen area is nice with plenty paper cups coffee and milk. The breakfast was not good very sweet options only . At one point something happened with electricity and the wifi , coffee machine etc were not working however it was fixed next day. The b and b was hard to locate upon arrival (neighbourhood local helped us) and it was sketchy.

• Glenda (7/5): Great stay for the value. - The location was a bit difficult to get to but it was close enough to the main road for access to shops, busses and taxi services. It would have been nice to have a stand of some kind in the shower for soaps. There were no facecloths which was different.

It has a coin operated elevator which is a pain. the keys were not easy to use on the door. not a safe area. Thankfully I was there barely one night. The less than 12 hours I stayed was more than enough.

The wifi and air-conditioning worked well. We would stay there again. Nothing not to like. We saw in other posts about the location. We bought our dinner and refreshments for dinner before arrival so we didn't have to go out at night. We travel with backpacks so stairs were not an issue.

Bath tub was slightly dirty when I filled it up. Sauna worked well. It’s on the 3rd floor and you have to make sure to have 5cents to use it. And they called me on what’s up app at 2:30am the night after I left. Very unprofessional and rude time to call. No message left

The room was nice but the location of the accomodation and the city overall is very dirty and sometimes the smell is unbearable.

• Deniece (9/5): Superb - Very clean and modern inside. Helpful staff, and I liked the fact breakfast snacks are available to guests anytime of the day. Good Central location. Its located on the 3rd floor, and the lift wasn't working, which was a pain, but of course outside of their control.

• Debra (5/5): Wish I had stayed somewhere else. - The other guests were nice, but the place is kinda like an upgrade from a hostel. It’s close to the train station, but nothing else. This location is scary… Our driver from our day trip was afraid to drop us off… during daylight hours… we went to dinner and came back in the evening and it was scarier at night and the location is far away from town. Getting into the building by ourselves was a challenge because the key and lock was finicky. Apparently there was a trick but we weren’t advised… so we were stuck outside at night in this scary neighborhood until someone else opened the door. The owner didn’t speak English- he did every communication with us through Google translate so he couldn’t help us to get it- nor did he show us ahead of time.

• Andrea (6/5): Pleasant - Location of the appartment is strategic close to the city center, railway station, metro and shuttle bus to airport. The appartment was clean. Bed is uncomfortable, the mattresses are folded and you are lying like in the pit, I was not able to sleep well and woke-up completely broken.
• Prem (8/5): Very good - Ok. Let me elaborate a bit. When we booked this place it was called Hotel Believe. Later it was renamed as B&B Believe. We thought it was a proper hotel when we booked and were disappointed to see an small apartment. Even though many felt it is closer to the station and all, it was not the kind of accommodation we are used to staying and that's why we have given it a poor rating. May be this accommodation is suitable for different kind of travellers. The host was very sweet and accommodative but as mentioned this accommodation is not what we would like. We have no complaints about the host who took care of us nicely and also the bed and amenities. But the location was very bad according to us and also it was not a classy place as we would have liked.
• Kotschevar (8/5): Clean updated rooms in good location. - B&B Believe was a perfect stay for us for one night prior to flying out of Naples Airport. Conveniently located to the train station we walked to the B&B and were greeted out front for check-in! As other reviews state, the outside of the building is quite old and run-down but once inside the B&B everything has been updated, secure, and clean! We were very happy with the clean and spacious room. Breakfast in the lobby is self-serve and offers coffee, yogurt, juice, and other snacks. We requested a taxi to pick up us the next morning for a ride to the airport and the taxi was arranged and on-time as promised! We would recommend B&B Believe.
• Marley (8/5): Good budget choice, close to train - The food was fantastic, very well appointed breakfast area. Location was very close to the train station, easy to find. The bed was super comfy. Newly renovated room, was very nice. The building was a little run down and we were nervous of the elevator which takes coins. Difficult to communicate as the host didn't speak our language.

• Carolyn (9/5): Excellent value and good location. - We chose Believe because of the location close to the central train station. It is not at all touristy, but rather in a very typical Neapolitan neighbourhood. The signage is small, we were guided to the correct building by a helpful woman on her porch. Once we called the number the attendant immediately came to let us in. Inside the room is exceptionally modern and comfortable. I appreciated standing on the balcony and soaking up the atmosphere of local Napoli. It is close to restaurants and walking distance (40 mins) to many sights. Highly recommend- would definitely stay again.

• Kacper (10/5): Exceptional - Our b&b was very nice and clean (just as in the photos). The bed was big and comfortable. The location was very good transport-wise, very close to the Garibaldi metro and train station. The self-service breakfast consisted of only sweet snacks but I guess it's normal in this part of Italy. The door from our room to the common part of the b&b were pretty thin so we've practically heard every noise from outside (people having early breakfast or late check-ins in the hallway). It wasn't too bad for us but if you care about quietness and privacy it may bother you a little.
