• Kerstin (8/5): - gute zentrale Lage, sehr sauber und ordentlich Man konnte im Schlafzimmer nicht lüften, weil das Fenster nach hinten raus ging, wo die ganze Zeit eine Abluftanlage (von Restaurants?) lief, die rauschte und zu schlechter Luft (altes Fett) führte.

• Adél (10/5): Excellet location, well-equipped flat with outstanding host. - The location couldn't be better—right in the city center, with all the sights within walking distance, plus plenty of restaurants, shops, and a park nearby. The view from the living room window is stunning, overlooking the Belgian Beer Experience building and a church. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It was great to come back in the evenings and relax after our adventures. Although there are many nightlife spots nearby, the living room windows provide excellent sound insulation. I'm a light sleeper, but I slept wonderfully on the sofa bed in the living room. Mostafa is an outstanding host—he was always available for any questions or requests. He handled our special check-in and check-out needs with complete flexibility. We're so grateful to him for making our time in Brussels carefree!

Salle de bain très petite.Manque un lit dans chambre 2 , contrairement à ce qui était annoncé.linge de lit hors d’âge,pas de torchon, pas de liquide vaisselle. Très mal insonorisé.

• Eleftherios (8/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή για το κέντρο της πόλης! - Η τοποθεσία!!! Η θέση που εμφανίζεται στην πλατφόρμα είναι διαφορετική από την πραγματική. Στην πραγματικότητα είναι καλύτερη!!! Οι περισσότερες θέσεις ενδιαφέροντος ήταν προσβάσιμες με τα πόδια!!! Άνετοι χώροι και αναπαυτικά κρεββάτια. Σχετικά καινούργιος εξοπλισμός. 1. Το κατάλυμα δεν διαθέτει ανελκυστήρα και ήταν δύσκολο να ανεβάσω τις βαλίτσες από τις σκάλες και να ανεβοκατεβαίνω αρκετές φορές την ημέρα. Επίσης, δεν ενδείκνυται για Άτομα με Αναπηρία και υπέρβαρους... 2. Δεν διαθέτει κλιματισμό. Έχει θέρμανση. 3. Μόνο τα τυπικά από σερβίτσια. Αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω τιρμπουσόν. 4. Μετρημένες πετσέτες και χαρτί υγείας. Βέβαια ο οικοδεσπότης άμεσα μας εφοδίαζε με 1 ρολό χαρτί υγείας την ημέρα! 5. Δεν έχει πλυντήριο ρούχων, παρόλο που φαίνεται στις παροχές του καταλύματος... 6. Περιορισμένη ιδιωτικότητα: Πρόκειται για μια μονοκατοικία που αναπτύσσεται σε 4 ορόφους. Εγώ έμεινα στον 3ο και τον 4ο (4 άτομα). Ο 2ος διατίθεται για 2-4 άτομα και ο διάδρομος - κλιμακοστάσιο είναι κοινός!

The addresses online are incorrect (possible a number of different lettings). Had to message to eventually get correct info & meet key person. Lift was good - 6 doors (two with key locks), across courtyard, through multiple corridors which wouldn't suit everyone. Can be noisy from pubs.

• LEVEQUE (8/5): Très bon emplacement - L'emplacement face à un monument et être en plein centre ville. L'avantage d'être en plein centre devient un inconvénient la nuit, le bruit des fêtards dans les nombreux bars et les camions qui livrent les bars tôt le matin.

El piso estaba sucio, la ducha también, la pila de la cocina atascada, el polvo, … no había secador de pelo y los armarios estaban llenos de sábanas tendidas. La cama extra era un colchón finísimo muy incómodo.

• marina (3/5): MUY SUCIO - La ubicacion Apartamento MUY sucio. ( adjunto fotos) Cama individual sin cambiar sabanas del alquiler anterior, tenia muchos pelos largos de mujer. Electrodomesticos sucios. Muchisimo polvo acumulado de no limpiar. ( fatal para las personas alergicas y con asma como fue nuestro caso) Secador daba asco, lleno de polvo y pegajoso. Cama individual no esta en habitacion, esta en el dalon. Hay fotos en la publicacion que no pertenecen al apartamento.

• AURELIE (10/5): Escapade enchantée au coeur de Bruxelles - Situation exceptionnelle en plein cœur de la ville. Tous les restaurants, musées, magasins (même alimentaire) juste à côté. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, très réactif à nos sollicitations. Parking sécurisé compris. On ne peut pas être plus au centre de Bruxelles. Belle vu. Joli appartement spacieux. Nous avons pu faire quasiment tous à pied. La Grand Place illuminée tard le soir à 5 minutes à pied. Magnifique!!!! Rien!

Unfortunately the lift was not working during our stay and we had to walk 8 flights off stairs to get to the apartment on the 4th floor. One of the beds was found to be broken, however we were offered a room on the 5th floor. We managed to temporary repair the bed, as we couldn't face into an extra two flights of stairs during our stay.

• Florence Lequesne (8/5): Dans le coeur de Bruxelles - Très bon contact avec Mostafa, qui s'est rendu disponible pour la remise des clefs et l'accès au parking, à l'arrivée comme au départ. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, juste en face de la Bourse, en plein cœur de Bruxelles. Spacieux, bien agencé, équipé et confortable. Soucis de propreté, uniquement dans les points d'eau (cuisine et salles de bain). Aucun soucis dans le reste de l'appartement, y compris la literie, propre et confortable.

• Michelle (5/5): - The apartment itself is nice and very spacious, in a great location. The apartment was not clean. The check-in time on the profile said 2:30 pm, but the host said 3pm and then was about 10-15 minutes late. The sheets and towels were very questionable. Some dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The toilet wasn’t clean. There was musky smell. A lot of the light fixtures were just hanging from a wire. One of the cabinets was broken.

Küche, zwei Bäder, zwei Schlafzimmer, Klim - Gastgeber Mustafa war sofort der Stelle und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment liegt in der ersten Reihe. Für partybegeisterte Menschen die ideale Location.
• Lia Claudia (6/5): Ottima posizione, potenzialmente valido - Posizione assolutamente centrale, appartamento incredibilmente spazioso e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche più lunghi (stoviglie di vario genere, padelle in perfetto stato, ferro e asse da stiro, lavastoviglie, frigo spazioso, armadi spaziosi) Comunicazione scarsa con l'host, che è poi arrivato in ritardo per il check in. Doveva inviarmi i codici via messaggio e non mi è arrivato nessun messaggio. Le finestre hanno un pessimo isolamento acustico e per tutte le 3 notti c'è stato un enorme e continuo baccano infernale che ha reso molto difficile dormire. Persino con i tappi alle orecchie si sentivano le persone urlare nel cuore della notte. Davvero fastidioso. L'appartamento ha un ottimo potenziale, sia per posizione che per organizzazione degli spazi, ma è un peccato il fatto che sia poco curato (arredo rovinato o non riparato: ad esempio un rubinetto con il manico staccato, tende alcune funzionanti, altre rotte e fissate in modo instabile). Nel complesso il voto è sufficiente per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, ma da parte nostra riceve un voto basso per i rumori notturni incredibilmente fastidiosi. Gli infissi dovrebbero essere cambiati per isolare meglio l'appartamento.

• Cristina (10/5): Large and well positioned, I would book again for sure. - The place was larger than expected and very well-located. We had a late flight and asked for a late check-in. The host waited for us to arrive, explained everything, was very kind and fun to talk to. One of the bedrooms had a big bed, a bathtub, 2 sinks and a toilet; the other bedroom had one big bed and a single bed, and was close to the apartment's bathroom and toilet. Between the two bedrooms, there was a large living room with an adjacent kitchen and a dining table. It is a few minutes walk from the Gare Centrale, very easy to get to from the Brussels Airport. Since it was located right in the city centre, it was a bit noisy at night. Nothing else I can think of.
• Fabio Arturo (8/5): Departamento muy bién ubicado. Céntrico! - La ubicación excelente!. Está a un paso de los atractivos principales del centro histórico. Si bien es cierto que la ubicación céntrica implica algunos ruidos los mismos son tolerables. El Departamento es cómodo para 3 personas. Había solo un rollo empezado de papel higiénico, insuficiente para 3 personas durante 3 días. Tambien poco jabón para el lavarropas. Entiendo que son detalles que deben controlarse antes de la llegada de los huéspedes.
• Paola (7/5): Posizione fantastica! - La posizione della casa a due passi dalla Grand Plaza e la vicinanza a tutti i servizi. È un po' rumoroso di notte in quanto sotto ci sono molto locali e la zona è molto animata ma è il compromesso che si deve affrontare per stare in un posto fantastico!

Son espace La climatisation ne fonctionnait qu’à un seul endroit donc où il fallait ouvrir les fenêtres et il y avait trop de bruit où nous avions vraiment trop chaud. Le lit une personne était vraiment trop dur.

• Nihan (7/5): Good - The location. The host (Mustafa)was extremely helpful and he did his best The cleaning was not proper. The house is so big maybe some better furniture can be added. There should be a cabin in the bathroom because it was so messy to have a shower in the basin without a cabin. Towels should be newer. So paper tissues and drinking water can be found in the kitchen for late comers…
• Fdo_ (5/5): Fix the bathroom, and I'll come back anytime - + Perfect Location 10/10. Note that the map marker doesn't show the location of the apartment. The apartment is 100m further east, opposite the Bourse/Beurs (Beer Museum) east entrance, + Huge apartment, comfortable beds + Kitchen gear was decent IIRC + Free parking in private garage (one of the pictures shows a public garage (with bad review), but it is a private one). The host met us at the entrace. We were asked if we were planning on leaving by car before check-out, When we said no we were to told to contact the host if we do decide we need the car before that. Don't know if you are given a key/remote to open the garage if you say yes or have to ask. - The first bathroom is practically unusable. It has no windows and the ventilation is broken. There's a washing machine and a dryer in it, which are used to do the laundry for the apartment in between guests apparently. While I personally wouldn't mind the spots of mold so much, the air is EXTREMELY musty, uncomfortable, and just possibly a health hazard in itself. You cannot leave the door open to air it out or the entire apartment will reek. All you can do is take a shower while holding your breath, then keep the door shut and watch the problem get even worse. According to other reviewers the ventilation problem has been going on for a while and it still hasn't been fixed 3-4 weeks after our stay. This is simply unacceptable at over 200€ a night. Absolute shame too... the apartment is incredible otherwise. - Extremely noisy in the morning. There was a construction site around the Beurs at the end of April 2024. And there's a church right next to the first bedroom. And lots of garbage containers that are emptied early. Note that I hardly ever have trouble sleeping, especially after a few drinks. - Leftover food in fridge and freezer - Pre-stay communication could be improved. We had to ask about the garage. - A little unorganised. No sheets on bed in first bedroom. No towels in the apartment room upon check-in (host walked us to the apartment, then we went back to their pub (where the maps marker is) to get towels). There was still laundry in the finished washing machine in the first bathroom.

• Zuhui (9/5): Wonderful stay in central Brussels - Location is bang on in the heart of Brussels. Everywhere is walking distance. The apartment is spacious and has 2 washrooms. The owner of the place was nice and very patience with us when we were trying to find the parking. Nothing much besides 1 of the bedsheets is not clean.

• Cynthia (5/5): Large apartment in fabulous location but needs a lot of TLC. - Very large apartment in a fantastic location. Building is very secure. The building smelled musty and there is an obvious water problem. The elevator is also musty smelling. The first bathroom has a mold issue - likely because the exhaust doesn't work. The door handles were loose. The one bedroom only had throw pillows - no sleeping pillows and there weren't any pillowcases on them. We found extra sheets, pillow cases, and towels but they were very wrinkled and "crunchy" (like they had been dried on a line and not in the dryer). We couldn't find a garbage can in the kitchen. The sink in the kitchen is leaking (more musty smells). There was no info for the wifi so we didn't have any internet.The apartment needs a lot of TLC! We had to use street parking and that was very difficult to find.

• Tracy (8/5): Great central location but noisy at night - Couldn't get more central, just behind grand place. Very large and spacious apartment with great view. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Fount the beds extremely comfy. Staff very friendly. Description states balcony/terrace though this doesn't have one. Though we didn't need one so not an issue. Apartment is on the 4th floor but does have a lift The apartment could do with a few minor fixes. Few door handles were loose. The hot water kept swithing off. We worked out how to switch it back on, but maybe you could leave instructions on how to do this. The location is amazing but as you are so central it is also very noisy at night.
• Grainne (9/5): Wonderful location and would stay there again, recommend it. - The location was excellent the apartment was super clean and it was easy to collect keys. The view from the large apartment windows of beautiful buildings is breath taking. There are coffee shops nearby, it is very central. Die to the apartments central location is not suitable if you need absolute silence to sleep
• Maria (6/5): A well located but badly serviced apartment - The location and size of property only. Brought a third bed when asked, as we were three women and ine man Poor cleaning, lack of dish detergent, no shower gel, linen not ironed giving the sense of being unclean. Although it said it had three beds it had only two double beds.
