• Khatia (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely perfect.The apartment is in an ideal location,very close to the main attractions,which made exploring Rome extremely convenient.It is spacious,bright, clean, and very comfortable.The apartment has a lovely atmosphere and our whole family truly enjoyed staying there. Everything was well organized and we immediately felt at home.It was the perfect place for a family stay in Rome. A special compliment to Fabrizio – he is a very attentive,kind and helpful host.Communication was excellent and he was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Am beneficiat de recomandări din partea lui Fabio, dar și de multă amabilitate și atenție din partea sa. Cu siguranță când vom reveni la Roma, vom alege din nou acest loc.

• Sascha (7/5): Tolle Lage, geräumig, sauber & persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. - Gute Lage - sehr nahe beim Colosseo. Alles in Gehdistanz. Ziemlich ruhig, obschon innerstädtisch. Übergabe hat gut geklappt und wir wurden mit zusätzlichen Tipps & Infos unterstützt. Eine Flasche Wein und Tarallini sowie einzelne Getränkeflaschen und (plastikverpackte) Gipfel waren beim Eintreffen bereitgestellt. Nicht erwartet - umso schöner. Das Check-In war vorzeitiger möglich und die Koffer können am Abreisetag im nahegelegenen Ostello Bello gegen Gebühr zwischengeparkt werden. Parterre-Appartment: 1 Zi & die Stube haben die Fenster direkt zum Trottoir/zur Strasse hin. Obschon vergittern, haben wir dort die Fenster (und auch Jalousien) immer geschlossen gehalten; so war's in diesen Räumen dunkel. Die Küche, das Bad und 1 Zi liegen zum Innenhof hin, das war okay. Die WC-Spülung ist etwas Glücksache. Mehrmals betätigen hat i. d. R. geholfen.

Highly recommended! - The host waited for us to give us the keys, show us the facilities, and had left us croissants and other cookies as a welcome gift, as well as various drinks in the refrigerator. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

• Mike (10/5): Peaceful elegance - So spacious and peaceful. A traditional Roman apartment in a beautiful building in the perfect location - about 4 mins walk from the Colosseum, through a nice park. The owner was helpful and friendly. Nope. I can't think of anything I didn't like. It didn't have a view from the shuttered windows, but I didn't expect one.

• Yigit (10/5): Well located, nice and clean apartment - Clean and nice, very well located apartment, we walked everywhere. Fabio and Fabrizio were great. We had really nice and usefull tips from them. Our bed was comfy, kids’s beds are a bit small for the bed frames.
• Melanie (8/5): Perfect place close to Colosseum - Good size for our family of four. Clean and tastefully decorated. And it’s less than a five minute walk from the Colosseum and many restaurants. Yet still a quiet area. Fabio was easy to reach and so accommodating-even went the extra mile knowing it was our anniversary. Would definitely book here again.

It's an awesome apartment, very spacious on the main floor, so you dont even need stair, very accessible, we were with 3 seniors and it was really comfortable. Literally, the colosseum is around the corner, you can see it across a nice park. There are lots of restaurants around. pretty close to everything so you can go everywhere walking or by bus, even the Metro station is close. Fabrizio (our host) was simply the best! He received us with a wine and was very responsive all the time! We had the best time here and loved the apartment.

He communicated with us, and waited in the apartment for the check-in., this made us easier to find the place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. None, although the shower could be improved
