• Navarro Sancho (6/5): Mala organización. - Que debía recoger las llaves a 8km del apartamento. Tampoco me gustó que no estaba claro dónde debía recoger las llaves y el código que me enviaron no era el correcto. Gracias que llegó otro usuario que tenía el código correcto y me abrió la caja. PARa dejar las llaves ocurrió exactamente igual. Los que implica que perdiera mi tiempo, un par de horas hasta que dio la causalidad que otros usuarios llegaron. Ya que en las dos ocasiones llamé por teléfono al teléfono de contacto y no me pudieron ayudar. Se suponía que tenía garaje y así lo indicaba en el anuncio, y en el correo de recepción de las llaves, también indicaba cómo acceder al garaje, al llegar al alojamiento un vehículo entraba y entramos a continuación. Pero la sorpresa vino cuando quisimos salir del garaje que por medio de unos vecinos nos enteramos que hacía falta un mando, QUE NO TENÍAMOS, y las instrucciones para acceder al garaje era para acceder de forma peatonal. Volvimos a llamar por teléfono para decir que no podíamos sacar el coche del garaje y que nos dieran una solución, la respuesta fue que en breve se pondrían en contacto conmigo. Ha pasado una semana y todavía estoy esperando.

• Begoña (1/5): Horror de alojamiento - La piscina y la terraza. La primera noche nos quedamos tirados en la calle con un bebé de 22 meses porque las indicaciones para el check-in no eran claras. Primero nos decían que teníamos que ir a la dirección del apartamento a buscar un cajetín con las llaves pero allí no había nada. Tras llamadas y largas esperas con el teléfono que facilitaban en Booking, nos dicen que tenemos que ir a una calle situada en el centro de malaga(calle mármoles) que está a 25 minutos en coche para recogerlas allí, supuestamente en otro cajetín. Allí no había nada tampoco. Así que nos vimos a las 11 de la noche, sin alojamiento y con nuestro bebé. Tuvimos que dormir en un hotel y al día siguiente, tras estar al teléfono con la empresa que gestiona el apartamento y con Booking desde las 8:00 am hasta las 13:00 conseguimos que viniera un señor de mantenimiento a traernos una copia de las llaves del apartamento. El apartamento estaba sucio cuando llegamos, la lavadora no funcionaba y en los 10 días que estuvimos nadie vino a arreglarla, los colchones estaban viejos y sucios. Muy mala comunicación con la empresa que gestionaba el apartamento. Empezamos las vacaciones con mucho estrés, tirados en plena noche y con un acceso muy difícil para comunicarnos tanto con el apartamento como con Booking.
• idaoud (10/5): - Tout d'abord je voulais remercier la dame qui nous a bien accueilli et qui est vraiment très gentille , je recommande à chaque personne de passer les vacances chez eux . Apparemment j'étais surpris par la propreté et le service d'enregistrement.
• Szumska (10/5): - Wyposazemie mieszkania wystarczajace nawer na dluzszy pobyt , pomimo kilkunastu minut piechota do fajniejszej plazy, to likalizacja jest bardzo dobra obok dużo sklepow i restauracji oraz metro ..Mieszkanie duze i czyste, w duzym bezpiecznym budynku . Odbior kluczy w Naszym przypadku udalo sie ustalic na wczesniejsza godzine juz pod adresem mieszkania , wiec duzy plus za to no jednak z domu z Londynu wyszlismy o 2 nad ranem na samolot , wiec to byl długi dzien ale duzo szybciej moglismy sie zdrzemnac i zaczac wakacje . Jesli wroce do Malagi to na pewno w to samo miejsce . Pozdrawiamy
• Manuel (5/5): - acc el mando del parking no estaba y eh tenido que dejar el coche fuera aún eljiendo el sitio por el parking y NO he podido utizarlo teniendo que dejar el vehículo lejos del apartamento!!!
• Binka (8/5): Quite and relaxing - I must say, apart from having problems with the keys, my stay was amazing. The flat is VERY CLEAN. Beds are very comfortable and I loved the balcony with the view of the swimming pool. I read in a review that there are barely any kitchen utilities, but that’s not true. Everything you need is there. It would be nice if the property had at least some salt, sugar, coffee or tea as a complimentary. There is a mini market just opposite the property to buy anything you need. Also, there is a bakery just opposite. Next to the property there is a lovely coffee shop where you can get a lovely coffee and something to eat. The property there is a pool that you can use.I used the swimming pool, but you will need a key and a piece of paper which should be given by the owner of the property. I was very lucky I was allowed to use the swimming pool without the key or this paper. There is a bus stop very close to the property. Number 7 goes to the city centre straight away. The area where the property is is called imperial Argentina. Take a picture of a poster on the bus stop. The bus fair cost €2.8 one way. There is a Metro as well. I did not use a Metro. I arrived at 2am at night. I had a message instructing me how to get the key. I texted the owner to ask where the key was. I was just told to follow the instructions. I had to travel across the town to get the key. It cost me 20 euros just to get there. Once I was there found the place but I could not get the key. It was a nightmare. I phoned emergency number to be told to try again, and again. I was so exhausted and tired of being on the phone for more then 1.5 hour I decided to go to the property hoping that the key might be there. The key was not there and then someone finally came to bring me the keys. I was so tired, exhausted and couldn’t wait to get in. Once I left the property it was again very confusing where to leave the keys. I was NOT going back to the same place again, so I left the keys under the mat. Took the picture and sent it to the owner. I would advise to get a small locker on the door or have an agreement with the coffee shop owner to keep the key. Apart from this, everything else was beautiful.
• Neli (6/5): Pleasant - Half an hour before checking in i was told that the keys for the apartment were waiting for me in a box halfway accross town, got there, turns out the keys weren't even in there... the distance between the keys and apartment is crazy. also got an email after checking out that the cleaning staff couldn't find the keys, when i literally left them on the dining table. Very bad organisation and below average costumer support.
• Rachael (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly people all around the area. The apartment was more clean and spacious than expected. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. We will stay here again. The staff were also helpful.

That was a great start of our stay Also, the location is very nice, in a big and safe complex close to very good restaurants It is not allowed to leave anything behind during check-out, which means we had to buy simple things as salt and pepper and so on on arrival
