Wonderful little family apartment with everything you could need, kitchen (fully equipped), washing machine etc. Communication to get key etc was great. No pool towels in room. There was mould in bathroom and washing machine and a little dusty in certain places like under couch/bed etc. Not a hotel apartment, there are permanent residents.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr schlecht. Es wird nur mit Standards geantwortet. Ich habe bis heute noch keine Antwort erhalten, wie denn der WIFI-Code ist oder wo ich ihn finden kann.
Sofort bei Ankunft hab ich mitgeteilt, dass das WC und Dusche ungeputzt und sehr (!) schmutzig ist. Niemand hat hier reagiert.
Es ist alles mehr Schein als Sein.

The second bathroom was great for the family!
The location was brilliant! Right on the river and walking distance to many food options and just a short drive to The Strand and many other facilities.
We would definitely choose this stunning apartment again for future travels to the area. The only things I could fault was no knob on the air con control on the wall so adjusting air con to a comfortable temperature took a bit to get down pat.
And TV aerial seems to have some glitches.
Very minor things only.
Still an amazing stay in this apartment.

- Katherine (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay. - The location was excellent. Overall the apartment was light filled and had a pleasant outlook. It was clean and well stocked. A bit of maintenance needed.
- Margi (8/5): Location perfect for stadium and entertainment - The unit was very well located for our purposes (walk to stadium, the Strand and other city elements) Easy access, pleasing decor. Mostly quiet. A couple of things let it down such as no (missing) towel rail in ensuite (no hooks either).
Stove switch for piezzo was off and unable to be located causing meal prep delay (after contacting agent, switch eventually located behind decorative plant)

Upper apartment dwellers a bit heavy on their furniture movements.

Comfy beds Very tricky to actually locate the property.
Three possible entrances. Would be near impossible in the dark to find the correct letter boxes to locate your apt keys.

- Tonia (9/5): Worked well for us. - Comfortable space for 3 people. Pleasant outlook from balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Access instructions were a bit tricky. Lots of steps to follow, but once this was worked out it was a lot easier. Would have liked a walk-in shower in 2nd bathroom.

It was centrally located and comfortable. The common areas could have been cleaner. The remote controlled lights and fan were hard to figure out. - Theresa (9/5): Superb - Separate ensuite per room. Even though the person who made the booking on our behalf gave the hosts our numbers/emails as points of contact, the communications were still sent to the person who booked - making the response times to queries a little cumbersome.

- Cqtourist (8/5): Handy to the city - Good location, close to the city. Spacious and roomy unit, fairly well equipped. Nice deck to sit out on (apart from sand flies, bring spray!) Fantastic to have a locked up location for the car. Very good communication from the owner and easy access. It would be a wonderful place to stay if you're going to the stadium. A 5 minute walk to Woollies and various restaurants and the town shops. It was a bit difficult to locate, but we finally found it! Biggest problem was Saturday night when I was sleeping in the back bedroom- there seems to be a security light which comes on when someone is at the lift right outside. The room has excellent curtains but even so it was flooded with light every time and must have woken me at least a dozen times - not happy! It really needs a blackout screen.
Minor gripe - no hanging hooks in the bathroom and one tiny rail so nowhere to spread out and hang a towel.
