• Family Nave, Dema (8/5): We are often in Venice and we hope to book this apartment again. - Location is quiet but in a few minutes you are over two bridges at Ple Roma/People Mover or over three bridges at Campo St Margherita. There are many vaporette stops close by. Beautiful terrazzo floors and idyllic classic Venetian views from three bedrooms. Living room displays sketches from the owners family member “Luciano” which we enjoyed very much. Water cooker, microwave and very clean fridge. I had read reviews that there was an issue with the shower water heater, however, I think this is probably a misunderstanding by other guests, the apartment has a “Durchlaufhitzer” a boiler that warms water on demand. You just need to wait a few moments and you will have a warm shower. We are a family of four (three with long hair) and had enough water for all showers. Property manager was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. The dishwasher was out of service and we did not see any kitchen towels for drying dishes (we used paper towels).

• David (9/5): Perfect short break at the end of the Carnevale season. - Perfect location. A short walk from the bus station at Piazzale Romana. This is important in Venice, and should be mentioned specifically in the Bookings.com website information! Also not far from the Conad supermarket. Lucia, the local representative, spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. Nothing could have been better!

• Alif Ashraf (10/5): Stylish stay with good sleep quality and easy transport access. - Nice interior design, helpful staff, and near metro station. Room was nicely soundproofed. No bottled water or welcome drink. Limited hangers in the wardrobe.

Posizione eccezionale e particolarmente comoda per chi, come noi, ha raggiunto Venezia in treno: dalla stazione Santa Lucia l'appartamento è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Posizione ottima anche per la visita della città, il ponte di Rialto si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata tra i negozietti delle calle in meno di 15 minuti. L'host è stata gentile e disponibile e l'appartamento, ampio e molto pulito, è dotato di tutto quello che può servire agli ospiti. Lo consiglio vivamente e se dovessi tornare a Venezia in futuro cercherei di alloggiarci di nuovo.

• Prashant (8/5): Very good - The location of the property is good. It's walkable from the railway station. Room sizes are good and there are enough beds to accommodate 5-6 people. Staff who are managing the property are very helpful and quick with the responses. The property lacks a washing machine. Hence if you are travelling for longer days you have to carry more luggage. Lightening in the rooms are bit dim. No elevator , so be careful if you are carrying heavy luggage with you.

• Robert (4/5): Value did not match the cost. Venezia in the rain is also beautiful. - The location was good, the hosts were nice, the apartment was spacious. The kitchen was not well equipped, we had to call for dishtowels and toilet paper, the oven was disgusting! Old oil still remained on the baking pans - I was quite angry. I did not trust cooking there anymore. The views out the windows were partly of brick walls and I found the foto on the website misleading. The single beds were bed sofas, which I did not expect.

This is why it was hard to find the apartment when we arrived. It is important to use the location in the booking site. It should be explained in the instructions to avoid confusion.

The area wasn’t too busy yet it was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The walk to the sights was long but worked out for us to divide our sights up into different days. It was a little noisy at certain times but not unbearable.

Separate lounge to kitchen with a large table in kitchen to eat at. Kitchen was great, for simple meals and breakfasts. Some lovely places to eat nearby. Anna was a helpful and welcoming host. Bring your own soap/shower gel, as only handwash is provided.
