• Raymond (1/5): Host was irresponsive and only replied to my message after 12 hours asking if we need to redo cleaning of the property b - None The property was infested with ants on the floor and small cockroaches at the kitchen sink area when we first entered the room. There were ants on the bed as well. We also found a pack of cigarette in the dustbin like no one has cleaned the room prior to our arrival. The bathroom sink was dry was dirty with dust like it was never used or washed before. Floor was dusty, i even have to grab a mop and mop the whole place once to get rid of the ants and dust. The lounge chair at the balcony was also spoilt with a big hole in the middle.
• Ranedear (2/5): What you pay is what you get. - The location is ideal, and there's a lot of food options nearby. There was a heavy stench of cigarette smell in the apartment when we checked-in. Not sure if the previous tenant smoked in the house witi the aircon on but the air was just stale and unplesant. The bathroom floor was wet. Presumably, they've just cleaned it before we checked in which was okay. However, if you refer to the pictures- the ashtray was not emptied, the chairs were broken and left on the balcony in those state. While the apartment is clean, there were ant trails and the condition of the toilet is less than desirable. Also not sure why a bar of used soap was left behind. Beds are really hard like what previous reviews mentioned. Communication wise was challenging as well, the host took awhile to respond to queries and did not reply when I feedback to them the condition of the house with the photos.
• Ron (6/5): Carpark Dusaster - Clean n comfortable. The stay was ok. The challenge was finding the carpark. It is such a massive carpark.. u really need to give proper directions. Place was a maze and there are no clear signages looking for visitors lots as well. Wasted more than 45 minutes finding our directions until a security pop by! The place was comfortable no complaints. But late into the night , we noticed a blood stained trail at our floor lift landing ! from the lft leading to the neighbour's a couple of doors away. Quite worrying but no commotion heard .
