General interior & exterior of property was very run down & obviously poor/no maintenance. eg there were holes in the fly-wire on front door. There were holes in bathroom walls. Laminate around edges of bench broken in parts exposing chipbord. Exterior patio woodwork was old & dilapidated. Gutters on exterior were rusted out in places. General appearance of interior was generally very poor. Certainly NOT worth the price we paid
White (10/5): - Everything that was required for cooking was supplied. House was clean and tidy. Area was quite and peaceful. Bird life amazing. Sofa/couch small and uncomfortable.
