Mas um destaque mais que especial vai para Anna com sua gentileza e um sorriso encantador. Não consegui reservar pelo Booking o mesmo quarto. Desta vez o quarto era nos fundos. The room was lovely, very spacious for two, and with a very nice bathroom. Bonus points for how comfortable the bed was! I have no complaints.

Une chambre sans fenêtre (enfin qui donne sur un escalier mais on est obligés de laisser les rideaux fermés) alors que ce n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif. L'hôtel est vieillissant et comme il n'y a pas d'endroit agréable dans l'hôtel (bar ou piscine), on y passe le moins de temps possible.

• Artem (3/5): Не самый приятный отель в Ханое - Местоположение в центре Старого Квартала. До всего - пешком дойти. Рядом отличные кафе и рестораны. Но в том районе это скорее данность, а не преимущество. Персонал хороший: приветливый, услужливый, готовый помочь. Номер: маленький, душный, влажный. Как и всё в Ханое - без окна или с окном на стену/пожарную лестницу/этаж. Поэтому проветрить нельзя. Открыть окно невозможно. Из-за этого очень жарко и жуткий воздух. Завтрак отвратительный: есть нечего, все не аппетитно и не красиво.

It's not very clean. It would help if they do a general cleaning. Also the AC isn't cooling the room enough though the fan helped.

Sauf que le contenu du petit déjeuner est de qualité très moyenne. Notre chambre qui était très agréable donnait sur une belle terrasse qui était sale, jonchée d'objets, et sans aucun entretien. • Indra Nath (8/5): Good Hotel in Old Quarter, A pleasant 3 night stay. - Location is perfect to move around Old Quarter. The breakfast spread was also good and especially all the staff were very helpful. The lady in the restaurant and the bell boys were the quiet ones but the most helpful but really provided fantastic services to our group of 9. You would constantly be greeted by the team at the front desk, which was really heartening. You might find the rooms a bit small, but thats true for any Old Quarter hotel in general. In general if you want bigger rooms, you should look outside old quarter. However I do feel cleanliness can be improved for the rate of 105USD / day, especially shower areas where we found a lot of moulds.

Odporúčame tento hotel. Je skvelý, na skvelom mieste, je malý, personál je priateľský, raňajky vynikajúce, izby odhlučnené, vôbec nepočuť ruch mesta, takže sa v pokoji vyspíte. Všetko v Hanoji je dostupné pešo a ste priamo v centre mesta.

• Rhiannon (8/5): Ideal for a 1/2 night stay - Hotel was unique and in a busy location, it is perfect hotel if you are being picked up for a cruise the next morning in Ha long bay. Staff were friendly breakfast was just right. The room had air con but didn’t work very well so there was a fan instead however it was very hot and this ended up just blowing warm air.

There was an issue with our room for our first night stay so Tommy organised for us to stay at their sister hotel. Tommy was excellent to deal with and all staff at the reception were lovely.
• Laura (8/5): Heerlijk hotel - Een fijn hotel met lekker ontbijt op een super goede locatie. Personeel is hartstikke vriendelijk. Het was een goed verblijf! De badkamer was een klein beetje out-dated: de kraan was vies en het water van de douche liep niet altijd direct weg. Maar dat was alles.
• Nicolas (10/5): - La chambre que j'avais réservée au départ a subi un petit dommage, rien de grave. Ils m'ont tout de suite proposé une solution alternative et qui plus est, ils m'ont upgradé. Merci 😊
• Mike (8/5): Great location in heart of Old Quarter - Great location in heart of old quarter, breakfast options good with various items cooked to order. Very friendly staff and good English spoken. Can arrange trips if required. No noise heard and our room was at the front of the hotel. Bathroom a bit tired looking but other than that nothing.
• Amy (6/5): - - Nice big bed with two pillows each - Really wonderful staff who honestly do go above and beyond to accommodate and make you happy - we were given a room with a balcony which was absolutely filthy. I understand dust from the air, but this was on places I would have expected to be cleaned. Also, the air condenser units from the other rooms were all on said balcony, making them extra hot. Feel like these could have been covered nicely with trellis, rather than the plans they used which didn’t really help. - Rooms themselves are quite tired - mould in the shower, cracked tiles etc. comfortable/ passable enough, but not the best - Air con not very strong at all - it was absolutely sweltering throughout the night (I understand it’s very hot at the moment, but even so). - No extract fan in the bathroom and with the heat, means things can get a little smelly
• Jonathan (10/5): Great staff, Great location, Nice rooms - This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Amazing location in the Old City. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was also a nice size. I got a wake-up call for my early checkout and a packed breakfast to take with me on the airport transfer car that the hotel arranged. All in all, first-rate. From my previous stays, I remember the breakfast being tastier than it was this time. It's not a big deal to me as I'm not much of a breakfast person.

Peccato esserci fermati solo una notte
• Andrew (9/5): Amazing hotel staff in Hanoi! - Location and staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating during the heatwave in April. I appreciated being able to leave our luggage for the entire day after checking out and being able to use their shower before our overnight train to freshen up. We went for the budget windowless room which was adequate for a 1 night stay but would definitely upgrade when staying multiple nights!

• Alan (9/5): Wonderful staff and fabulous bed and pillows - The staff were excellent. Very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The bed was absolutely brilliant. Best night sleep on our travels. Central but not noisy.
