• Ana Sofía (3/5): Decepcionante - Nos gustó la situación y la limpieza del apartamento Este es el segundo alojamiento de nuestro viaje de diez días por Italia y la única reseña no favorable, No me gusta valorar de forma negativa y llevo viajando con booking muchos años, estoy en el nivel genius plus, pero no me gustó nada la actitud de la persona que gestiona el apartamento, no respondía a mensajes escritos ni a los enviados a través de booking, lo cual es claramente demostrable, tuvimos que llamarle para resolver dudas y no puso nada de su parte, Reservamos para cinco personas un apartamento con dos camas individuales, una cama doble y un sofá cama que en ningún sitio constaba como doble, contábamos por tanto con dos camas individuales ya que somos un matrimonio con tres hijos y sólo nos hizo tres camas, el sofá cama, la de matrimonio y una individual, se le llamó para comentarlo y su respuesta es que estaba preparado para cinco, sin mostrar ningún tipo de ánimo para ayudar, tampoco había más que cuatro sillas. Personalmente si la actitud hubiera sido otra no nos hubiera importado pero personalmente creo que hay otras opciones en Florencia mejores y con una mejor atención,

• Susan (10/5): perfect 10-love the place - very good location, very clean, we wished we could have stayed longer Its my first time yo book B&B, I thought its just straightforward, meet the host in person, get the key and go. I did not read the message prior that I have to enter every single persons name. It took us a while, good one of us had hotspot to go online. It could have been a bit of disaster

• Julia (6/5): Great location. Unresponsive hosts. - The location was convenient. We were told to complete online registration which we did the day before our arrival and we were told we would get check in instructions once that was completed. I had to call the host and message them a few times and didn't receive the check in instructions until we were waiting at the apartment. We also asked the day before if we could have an earlier check in as we were traveling with a baby and could see that the apartment was empty the night before we arrived. The host said that they would check if that was possible and get back to me. They didn't get back to me and never replied to our early check in request. We also requested a crib for the baby as it was listed as an amenity on the listing. Upon arrival there was no crib, and one of the beds was not made. It was just a bare mattress. So we had to find extra sheets and put them onto the bed ourselves. I had to call the host and message 3 times asking about the crib. Hours later the host informed us that the crib was not available. Obviously this was not ideal for us as we had rented the apartment understanding that a crib would be provided as they had been at every other accommodation we rented during our stay in Florence. It was not a nice experience.

• Hamid (8/5): Very good - Check out and check in very smooth Very close to the central station Clean and equipped well The coffee machine was already broken, however they blamed us after the stay. Luckily they were convinced that it was not us.

• Dima (1/5): Not worth it - small, dirty, badly managed - Even if the name is '5 minuti stazione luxory' the apartment is not that close to the station. If you are travelling with a suitcase, allow 15 minutes to get there, as it is far and the sidewalks are bad also. Lux?! Not at all! Only basic equipment, not even a coffee machine! The place was much smaller than it looks on the pictures and wasn't cleaned well. The host communicates only via WhatsUp and not via Booking, so they made me install the app just to be able to stay in their property for one night! Communication was slow and often irrelevant. They refused to store our luggage for 2 hours before check-in even though there was no other guests at that time in the property (the cleaning guy was in but he refused to accept two suitcases).
• Oliver (8/5): Great place, good location - Great location, flat was really nice with all the facilities we needed. Communication was very fast when we had an issue. It’s not really a complaint, but just a warning/advice to other guests - we booked for 2 people, and we’re not a couple so needed two beds. However only the double bed was made. Staff did eventually come to make up the second bed, but we had to ask for it. Apparently if you do want a second bed made up, you need to request it.

• Megan (4/5): Beautiful apartment and clean, not air conditioned so way too hot to sleep - great location and a lovely clean apartment. beautifully decorated and comfy beds the air conditioning was inadequate for the apartment. one tiny unit in the kitchen area, and the bedroom ones didn’t work well at all. awfully hot night and unable to cool down. some fans would have been appreciated. should not be advertised as air conditioned…resulting in a very bad night sleep as way too hot

• Karen (9/5): Clean, comfy, perfect location but need cooler AC. - The unit is new, clean and the location is perfect. The staff is quick to respond to our needs. The AC is not as what i expected. Its summer so it should be more cooler. It would have been more comfortable. I would suggest to make instructions and rules for the stay like how to use the wifi, the stove, should the dishes be in the dishwasher, should the towels be on the floor or in the laundry, this like that. Furthermore, its nice to provide condiments, extra towels, toilet tissue and microwave to make it more convenient.
• Keshalini (2/5): I would not recommend. - No AC no amenities in the kitchen or hairdryer. The owner was not useful at all. Not understanding of anything, or helpful. Lying on the posting saying they have AC and hairdryer etc
