Si t’agrada esquiar, la comoditat és insuperable: t’aparquen el cotxe, et deixen els esquis a pista i no t’has de preocupar absolutament de res. A banda d’això la qualitat dels restaurants és excepcional. El recomanem totalment!:-) Tinc una filla de 10 anys. Entenc que la zona del SPA, hidroteràpia i gimnàs ha de ser un espai tranquil i de relax (segons les normes del hotel, permès a partir dels 13 anys i sense possibilitat de poder entrar amb una edat inferior i acompanyament de l.adult), però és cert que en altres hotels de bona qualitat reserven una hora al dia per espai infantil. Penso que és una molt bona opció per conciliar la tranquil.litat dels adults i alhora la convivència familiar.

• Gualdim (9/5): Neve, relax e glamour - Qualidade do Hotel. Glamour, beleza, oferta, atenção aos pormenores e serviço ao cliente. Todos os quartos com vista para as pistas. SPA maravilhoso. Um pequeno reparo para as pias de fogo na entrada do hotel. Pode ser bonito, mas deixa-nos a cheirar a fumo.
• manon (9/5): Merveilleux, nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, le personnel très chaleureux et aux petits soins, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner incroyable, le service irréprochable, les massages de qualités. Nous avons adoré notre séjour La chaleur dans la chambre (nous n’avons pas réussis à régler le thermostat, mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’informer le personnel de ce problème). Quelques nuisances sonores entendus depuis la chambre, bruits provenant de l’étage du dessus (personnel non informé, cela m’a réveillé la deuxième nuit surtout, mais nous ne restions de deux jours)

• Arnaud (7/5): Plutôt agréable malgré ci dessus - Très bon petit déjeuner Sur Booking, il est mentionné que le parking est inclus, ainsi que le spa, lorsqu’on appelle l’établissement, ils confirment sauf que c’est pas le numéro du bon Hotel, et que le parking est payant ainsi que le spa. Ceci est très dérangeant

• elena (8/5): Good value for money. - Staff members were nice. Good location in terms of getting to the ski lift/ lockers. Good variety of food. It’s a bit old, so some areas need a bit of renovation or redecoration.
• Nicholas (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable - The property was clean and tidy with good decor much of it still left from Christmas. The location of the hotel is amazing for access to the ski lift. You literally walked across the road and you are in the cable car The property is obviously very dated as particularly the bathrooms and the hallways. However, everything works fine.
• jennifer (10/5): - The location, the cozy lobby with several nooks to socialize, read a book, have a drink etc. the complimentary breakfast was 4 rows of foods - all incredible! The lockers for ski gear attached to the gondola building was so convenient and kept our gear toastie over night. The Christmas decor was the cherry on top! There were two fire pits outside the hotel that drifted smoke into our room in the evening. We left our window open the first night and the smell was overpowering - keep this in mind if you face the front of the hotel!

• Mariana (9/5): Excelente hotel, sem dúvidas me hospedaria novamente. - Hotel muito aconchegante, espaço kids incrível, café da manha excelente. O lounge para os equipamentos de ski em frente ao lift também é um ponto muito positivo. ótimos restaurantes, mas acho que falta um restaurante mais casual para ir com as crianças, mesmo no entrono do hotel não tinha muitas opções.

• Bruna (10/5): Voltaria. - A localização é excelente. Custo benefício muito bom, comparado aos outros hotéis próximos. Fora isso, ele faz parte do complexo do Hermitage. Mesma academia, etc. o spa tem custo por fora, mas vale conhecer. A cama eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, e não uma cama de casal.
• Aira (5/5): Dated hotel with poor reception staff, non existant wifi - excellent location - Location is fabulous!! The Andbus coach stops outside the hotel. Very close to the ski lifts. The hotel is VERY dated, the reception staff quite robotic, no personality, it made us feel less welcome for being booking.com customer. The hotel includes the spa in their confirmation email, but then expects you to pay EUR66 per person to use it!!! Never stayed at the hotel which had a spa, but it was not included in the room rate!! Bedroom super dated, water was dripping in the bath, you can hear everything what's going on in the corridors. Bloody marry cocktail came at the cost of EUR25 per drink!!!! We checked out a day earlier, and spent 36 hours in Barcelona instead. Definately NOT Value for Money.

• HERVE (9/5): Bien bel établissement mais des lacunes. - le SPA, l'accueil, l'efficacité de la location de matériel de ski, un bel endroit. la Chambre prêt à seulement 15h et aucun esprit de décision des équipe pour en donner une autre prête avant. L'attente au check in avec une jeune fille charmante mais peu formée, peu ou pas d'initiative, aucune présentation de l'hotel des restaurants... Le pire étant l'éclairage de la chambre, on est dans la noir, pas de lumière, un point rédhibitoire pour revenir.

• TRISTAN (10/5): TOUJOURS AUSSI PARFAIT - Il s'agissait de notre troisième séjour et tout a été positif : l'accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, les services de restauration, le petit déjeuner, la situation des chambres avec vue face aux pistes, le confort à la fois des chambre, literie, salle de bains, et des parties détentes, le spa gigantesque. Rien, pas la moindre fausse note (ah si, la petite difficulté de régler le chauffage dans la chambre)
• SAINT-HUBERT (8/5): A améliorer - Le confort, le lieu, l'emplacement et le personnel aux petits soins. Seul bémol, Le manque de personnel parlant français ! Très compliqué pour se faire comprendre. La frontière française étant à environ 50 kms, c'est vraiment étonnant qu'il n'y ait pas plus de personnel parlant le français !
