• Felipe (9/5): - O check-in é muito facil. Apartamento era novo e estava bem limpo, toalhas, lençois, travesseiros e cama de boa qualidade. Havia Café, Chá, Açucar, Lava roupas, lava louças disponível. O quarto fica virado para os fundos então não é afetado pelo barulho da Leicester Square, ao contrário da sala. Os lances de escadas para chegar ao 4o andar com crianças, mesmo tendo reservado com antecedência de 6 meses e pedido um quarto em andar baixo não nos foi concedido. O taxi não para na frente do apartamento, pois a rua é fechada. Os utensilios da cozinha são reduzidos, talheres de baixa qualidade, quase de plastico, falta de liquidificador. Para quem dorme na sala o barulho da Square de madrugada incomoda e as persianas não tampam a luz.

• Marzena (6/5): - Mieszkanie swietnie wyposazone. Blisko centrum, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. . Aby wejść do apartamentu, nie potrzebowaliśmy żadnego kodu – drzwi do budynku były przez cały czas otwarte, a zamek wyglądał na wyłamany. Już na początku nie dawało to poczucia bezpieczeństwa. Po wejściu czekała nas długa wspinaczka po schodach. Po pokonaniu naprawdę dużej liczby stopni docieraliśmy do mieszkania. Drzwi wejściowe były zamykane tylko na jeden zamek, a dodatkowo były źle dopasowane – przy wietrze, który towarzyszył nam przez cały pobyt, cały czas trzaskały. Sam pokój był ładny, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony – znajdowało się w nim wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Niestety, w sypialni nie dało się komfortowo spać, ponieważ przez całą dobę dochodził z zewnątrz uciążliwy, ciągły hałas. Schody znacznie ograniczały naszą swobodę poruszania się. Nie mogliśmy pozwolić sobie na szybkie powroty do mieszkania i ponowne wychodzenie na miasto. Dzieci po drugim wejściu nie były już w stanie wracać na górę. Przyjechaliśmy do Londynu zwiedzać, a nie wielokrotnie wspinać się do apartamentu. Dodatkowo, brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa związany z drzwiami wejściowymi oraz ich niedopasowanie sprawiały, że pobyt nie był komfortowy.

• Cristina (8/5): Da tenere presente - Casa in piano centro, vicino al quartiere di Soho. comoda a tutte le attrattive. la casa è molto grande, pulita e con tutti i confort. ci siamo trovati molto bene l'accesso non è stato facilissimo perchè l'apertura automatica della porta non funzionava, però abbiamo subito risolto con la chiave fisica.

• Marija (10/5): - Exceptional location — central yet very pleasant to stay in. My family felt safe throughout our stay. Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Regent Street, and Oxford Street are all nearby, as well as Chinatown and Soho. It was easy to walk with our children to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the London Eye. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, including McDonald's. We were more than satisfied with the accommodation. The heating in the apartment was adjustable to our preference, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and our two children (ages 15 and 10) slept on the living room bed without any issues. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We highly recommend this accommodation

• Sinead (1/5): 10 flights of stairs to reach apartment, sofa bed collapsed, fire alarm during the night - location good We were not informed the property was on the 4th floor till after we paid, let alone that there was 10 flights of stairs to climb! the first night the fire alarm went off twice, continuing to ring for al least half an hour, this was at midnight tried tocontact host to no avail. the sofa bed collapsed the first night our son had to sleep on floor. there is a large green light in hall that lit up every night for no reason, lighting up the whole apartment.

• Kurt (9/5): This is my first option I will book when coming to London—now my favorite. - I love the location, it’s roomy and light, the kitchen is full featured, everything works and is so comfortable. I love staying here and will book it every visit. Not much! It would be nitpicking but my preference on bedding would be to have a bit lighter option on a blanket. I prefer less than more. I had trouble with the washer but that was more me and my inexperience with the system. And even mentioning that means I am not highlighting the fact that it has a working washing/drying system.

• Katrin Tomova (9/5): Great location, quiet studio - The location is perfect, very close to the main sights, yet the studio is quiet and cozy and has all you need. It's bigger than we expected and was very nice. The self check in works with an app you need to download, which is a bit annoying and we had some hard time figuring out how to lock the door at first, but other than that, it was great. The mattress is not the most comfortable one, it felt a bit strange. Nevertheless, we had good sleep.

Slightly confused by the instructions to get in but we got there eventually. The flat could benefit from More mugs and glasses as there weren’t enough for one each (4 of us). We were also not expecting a sofa bed after being asked how many beds we wanted made up. Why was this a question if it wasn’t an option? The lack of tea mugs and drinking glasses was frustrating and the internet didn’t work for us.

Location was perfect and was very spacious and homely for our family of 3. Easy door unlocking system was great too Being used to a super king bed at home the double bed was the only negative. And the noise from water system in bathroom was quite loud when in the living area. But neither would put us off a return visit

Muy grande para Londres y excelentemente equipado. Se nota en los detalles que pensaron en cada cosa que puede necesitar el huésped para tener una estadía muy confortable. Estaba todo muy nuevo, muy limpio y es un lugar luminoso y muy agradable. La ubicación es espectacular porque tenes todo cerca: locales de comida, de ropa, subte, tren, big ben, etc Quedarme más jaja Solo haría una advertencia: el edificio no cuenta con ascensor y deben subir 3 pisos por escalera. Para nosotros no fue un problema pero puede que para alguien sí.

• Marc (4/5): Beau, central, mais trop de problèmes pour un hôte qui décline systématiquement sa responsabilité - L’appartement est beau et très central. A aiméTrop de problèmes en 6 nuits, à chaque fois l’établissement décline toute responsabilité : 1/ Le matelas gonflable, dans lequel notre fille a dormi était très inconfortable, il se dégonflait et occupait la moitié de la pièce principale. Ce qui la rend difficile à utiliser. L’établissement dit nous avoir prévenus que l’appartement ne pouvait accueillir que deux personnes (après vérification de Booking, il n’y a eu aucun message d’avertissement). L’établissement se décharge de sa responsabilité sur Booking, qui aurait exigé que trois personnes soient accueillies dans l’appartement. 2/ Deux stores sur trois sont bloqués dans la pièce principale, et ne peuvent être ni baissés, ni fermés : l’appartement étant très lumineux, notre fille a été systématiquement réveillée par la lumière (en plus de l’inconfort du matelas). L’établissement ne donne, encore une fois, aucune réponse qui convient, mais continue à s’exempter de toute responsabilité. 3/ Le code des deux portes (immeuble et appartement) n’ouvre pas la porte de l’appartement, qui se verrouille dès qu’elle est claquée. Ce qui nécessite d’être en possession de la seule clef qui nous a été laissée (contrairement à ce que prétend l’établissement qui explique qu’il faut tourner la poignée pour verrouiller la porte). Résultat: je suis resté coincé une heure sur le pallier devant l’appartement. 4/ Nous avons trouvé un cafard bien vivant dans la cuisine. 5/ Le dimanche matin, 28/12, dès 8h, des bruits très intenses de travaux dans l’appartement au dessus du nôtre durent au moins deux heures. Devinez quoi? l'établissement nie toute responsabilité et n’intervient pas auprès du voisin.
• Andrea (9/5): Charming stay at the heart of London - The flat is perfectly located, near to the main attracions and most famous streets and squares of London, with subway at 2 min by foot. It is newly renovated, well furnished and spacious. The sofa bed is not very comfortable with a bar just under the mattress in the middle, while the double bed is a little bit small.

The kitchen cutlery and utensils could be better quality. For example the cork screw shredded a cork and couldn’t extract the cork.

Thankfully we couldn’t hear it from in the flat as we were one of the upper units but I can imagine that it would’ve been very disruptive for the lower units.

Þegar ég ætlaði að skrá mig út, þá virkaði Joivy netlinkurinn ekki með upplýsingum um það hvað ætti að gera og ég gat ekki sett lyklana í lyklaboxið, þar sem ég hafði fengið nýtt lykilorð í gegnum síma, þegar við komum þangað. Ruglaði þá strax lykilorðinu og gat ekki munað það. Skildi því lyklana eftir á eldhúsborðinu og læsti á eftir mér. Gat svo ca. 1 - 2 klukkutímum síðar komist inn á linkinn og merkt við að ég væri farin.

• Peter (7/5): - The property was in a great spot and ideal for getting around inner London. Accessing the place was problematic. The electronic locks were not working so we arrived very late from a long flight and spent a lot of time trying to get in. When we reached out to the company, they then informed us the locks were playing up and gave us another way to get in that involved a mess of instructions and accessing a lock box next door with keys. The internet did not work and was non existent. They strung us along for three days saying it was being looked into and being “fixed” but nothing happened (we needed it for work so we had to decamp daily to a local cafe with WiFi to work - not ideal). The sofa bed/ couch was also broken when we arrived. Not a great start. They offered us a small refund for the problems but for the price we paid and the issues we had, it seemed stingy. The promises made to fix the broken stuff in the apartment and the lack of any follow thru soured us on the management but we loved the location and the apartment itself was good.
• Adrian (8/5): Excelente base para estar cerca de todo si no hay problema con subir 77 escalones - La ubicación, cerca de todo. El tamaño, muy luminoso y silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro. Ayudó que por la época del año no hacía calor, porque no tiene aire acondicionado. Limpio y bastante bien equipado. No había electricidad en las escaleras, no fue agradable subir las maletas 77 escalones a media luz. Una sola llave para dos personas. No funcionaba el wifi pero nos dieron una solución rápidamente.
• Tom (7/5): Great location, decent flat, pricey and not great customer care. Will not stay again. - Great location. There was no internet our whole trip and lighting in entrance ways and hallways completely out for the first 3 days. Property management company responded to texts but didn’t sort anything out. We had to use data roaming so that we had internet for work. No discount or gesture of any kind. Understood it was an electrical problem but expect it should have been resolved in the 5 days we were there.

• Jenny (8/5): Great location, quiet, very nice bathroom and kitchen. Lots of space and everything you need in terms of dishwasher, was - Clean, easy access with great communication with the company. Great bathroom and kitchen, very large for being London. Quiet despite being so central. Great location. Small double bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed was not the greatest to sleep in as it was short and worn down so you slept in a hollow. The back was broken so you couldn’t turn it into a sofa during daytime. WiFi was not working throughout the duration of our stay.
• Alet (8/5): Beautiful and central flat in great area. - Lockbox in good location to leave keys. Flat clean and nicely decorated, but bed a bit small. The electric code system did not work during our stay and there were only one set of keys that had to be used for outside door. The WiFi was off for the entire time. They must also state on Booking.com on which floor each apartment is. This was not clear and you can end up on 4th floor with no lift. Bed only double and not very big.
• Michelle (9/5): Very pleasant stay - it’s very central location but quiet as it’s off noisy chinatown ; comfortable like home away from home ; there is storage facility nearby to keep our bags after check out there was some electricity outage and wifi outage but not a fault ; we were on the 4th floor which was bit of climb with bags
• Jared (6/5): - The flat offers a great sense of spaciousness with a modern flair. Its location is ideal for those looking to travel and explore, with easy access to rail and tube services. If you enjoy hustle, bustle, lively streets, and a vibrant atmosphere, this is perfect for you. However, stepping out into this constant energy can at times feel a little overwhelming. Host who met me at the door was very accommodating due to tube strikes. I did not have access to Wi-Fi during my stay, and unfortunately my hosts made no attempt to resolve this. The hallways and stairways were very dark due to ongoing electricity repairs in the building, and no alternative lighting was provided to make walking through safer or easier. Additionally, the lamps in the bedroom were not working, and there were no streaming facilities available to use during my stay.
• Angela (7/5): Good location but bed needs fixing - It was clean and tidy and fairly modern in an excellent location. The location is the best feature The bed was small and extremely lumpy and mattress needed replacing. Not having wifi or tv for our stay was a major inconvenience. There was no guide to when this problem ( and no electricity in hallway)will be fixed so check first if you want wifi and tv.
• Leslie (8/5): Wenn der Strom funktioniert hätte, wäre alles perfekt gewesen! - Die Unterkunft ist Mega zentral gelegen, sehr sauber und mit allem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider bestand schon bei unserer Ankunft ein Problem mit der Elektrizität für den Eintritt beim Eingang. Dies konnte mit Bezug von Schlüsseln gelöst werden. Leider aber funktionierte die ganzen 4 Tage das Internet nicht und somit war kein Wifi vorhanden! Am letzten Tag war das Problem dann auch an der PIN Eintrittsbox beim Appartement und wir mussten bangen, dass wir rechtzeitig Zutritt zum App. bekommen um unseren Flug zu erreichen. Hat dann aber geklappt.
• Vladimirs (8/5): Отличные апартаменты в самом центре - Превосходное расположение, отличные апартаменты со всем необходимым, очень чисто и продуманно. Были проблемы с электронной регистрацией и электронным замком на входной двери.Если приехать всего на 5 минут раньше, придется стоять с чемоданами на людной пешеходной улице. Вечером очень плохой или полное отсутствие интернета.
• Kathryn (10/5): Great location, with all the comforts of home - The flat was spacious, well-equipped, and even climbing up 3 flights of stairs with luggage wasn't that bad. The neighborhood is lively, but the sound was minimal with closed windows. There are several coffee spots less than 4-minutes away, and public transportation is very convenient. The stairs (no lift) might be difficult for some people, but it was advertised as such, so no surprise.

• jus986 (8/5): Amplio apartamento en el centro de la ciudad - La ubicación perfecta, pleno centro. El apartamento grande y espacioso y muy silencioso a pesar de estar en una calle muy animada. No hay ascensor y estábamos en un tercer piso, si vais con maletas grandes tenedlo en cuenta. Las camas no eran muy cómodas y no hay aire acondicionado (a pesar que sí dejaron un pequeño ventilador de pie).

Amazing location (Leicester square) - very close to Westminster, Soho, and Coven Garden. Close to the metro station that goes to Heathrow airport. The Joivy Team was very helpful and responded very quickly. I appreciate the video with the information how to get inside the flat, close the door,etc. Strongly recommend! Few additional information that might be useful for others. There are multiple stairs but they should not be a problem for mobile people. It is old english apartament house, so the walls are thin and you can hear if someone in the upper flat is walking at night. Bed could be small for tall (>180 cm) or if one of the person is obese. There are no EU adapters,so you have to buy it. Please also note that due to the location it is loud outside in the evenings and at nights, especially during summer period.

Gestion clients de l'appartement par l'IA catastrophique Pas de climatisation, ouverture de fenêtre très compliquée. Check out très précoce, pour un check in tardif. Robinet encastré dans un coin peu accessible. Supplément de 50 livres pour le lit bébé mais ne fournissent aucune literie ou couverture pour motif "d'hygiène"

• Grzegorz (10/5): Najlepsze wakacje ever! - Ekstra lokalizacja w samym sercu Londynu. Apartament przestronny, czysty i doskonale wyposażony, była mikrofala, piekarnik i wszelkie potrzebne sprzęty. Zdecydowanie jeden z najlepszych apartamentów w jakich kiedykolwiek byłam. Warto też zwrócić uwagę że apartament znajduje się na 4. piętrze (jest napisane w ogłoszeniu) i wejście po schodach może dla niektórych stanowić problem jednak nam to nie przeszkadzało, wręcz przeciwnie przez to nie słychać było odgłosów z ulicy Fajnie by było gdyby była słuchawka prysznicowa, byłoby wygodniej.

• Wilma (10/5): - Fantastic location. The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated. There were about 50-60 steps to get up to the apartment.
• Vitaly (3/5): - The location is very central, which is convenient, but it can be extremely noisy — especially on Saturday nights. People were yelling and screaming until 6 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. Also, be aware that nearby streets may be closed during events, which can be a problem when checking in or out. No Uber or taxi was able to reach the building, and we had to walk approximately 400 meters with our suitcases to get to an open street. This is exactly what happened to us. The location is very central — close to the subway, restaurants, and stores. Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery are just around the corner. The size of the apartment is a comfortable fit for two people. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. The bathroom is small, but clean and recently renovated. We had no issues with the shower, toilet, or water pressure. We were assigned an apartment on the 4th floor, which we only found out about when it was too late to cancel. There is no elevator, and as two women, we were unable to carry our luggage up the stairs. The management did send someone to help bring the suitcases up when we arrived, which we appreciated. However, when I requested assistance at checkout to bring the luggage down, no help was provided. It was quite stressful and exhausting to carry heavy suitcases down several flights of stairs. The double bed was very small — just enough for my daughter and me to squeeze in. It would not accommodate two larger adults. Only one bath towel and one hand towel per person were provided. I asked the maid for extra towels, but she never followed up. There was also only one narrow blanket for two people. Despite my request for an additional blanket, none was ever brought to us. Overall, the service was very limited and minimal.

• KK Arora (4/5): - Location only. There were no ACs in the room. It was very hot inside. It was difficult to sleep.There were no lifts. So it was difficult to move baggage from ground to 2nd floor.
• Nina (9/5): Nice stay in great location - Perfect location right next to the National Gallery and easy access to everything. We did not experience any issues with noise, but we also live in a large city, so our threshold may be higher. People have also complained a lot about the stairs - again, this was no issue for us and we expect this with trips to Europe/UK that there won’t be a lift. It’s very manageable for an able bodied person even with luggage. The space was nice for us and our needs. There’s no AC. Not a problem usually and luckily it wasn’t too hot but the fans they give are pretty weak. The windows were also tricky to open for us so it was difficult to cool the apartment on a warmer day. I’d recommend updating the fans to something a little more powerful. I found this a minor inconvenience and overall didn’t negatively impact our trip.
• Désirée (10/5): Perfect Old-Timey Yet Modern Apartment - The location was amazing and the apartment gave us that cozy yet old-timey feel we expected to experience in London. Sure, the hallways are narrow-ish, the stairs are plenty, and footsteps can be heard overhead, but to us it was part of that old-timey charm. The noise from the outside was also decently soundproofed and didn't bother us at all. We even had these electric candles that look almost real in the dark which made for a perfect nightlight. We loved everything! Only the quality of the internet connection. It hickuped at times and at others it was completely unavailable.
