• Joanne (7/5): - Good value for money, lots of places to go out right on the doorstep. The entering instructions were not clear when booked and I didn't know I wouldn't get my own key. However when I contacted the property they gave me a spare key which, as a solo female traveller, made me feel much better.

• Volha (8/5): Хороший вариант для краткосрочного пребывания - Хорошее место для краткосрочного пребывания в Лондоне. Быстро и легко добираться в любую точку города. Рядом автобусные остановки и станция метро. Много объектов инфраструктуры - магазины, кафе. Чистая постель, достаточное количество полотенец и всегда горячий душ. Удобное заселение, спокойный район. Есть вентилятор для жаркой погоды и обогреватель для холодной. А также персональный чайник, микроволновка и небольшой холодильник. Слышимость из других номеров и общих зон высокая. Но для человека, путешествующего в одиночку, это даже было плюсом - знать, что рядом есть другие люди)

• Gillette (1/5): Misleading listing, poor accommodation in a questionable place - That it was so close to Clapham common. Where do i start?the place was filthy,stained curtains&bedding,dust everywhere,marks on walls.the bed was coming apart as it was two cubes put together not attaching, with the mattress put on top of a ply slab (that was not in great condition either). Floor boards coming apart a s floor not clean either.the check in details,as was the listing were not accurate.the picture was not where we stayed.the check in stated the lockbox was on the left, it had been moved to the right so we were confused as to if we were trying to get into the right building.we checked in at 5am and had to contact the host as the keypad on the room door was so temperamental we ended up getting locked out.contacted the three numbers we were sent and got a reply at 7am so we sat on the stairs for an hour, eventually tried the door again and this time it worked.host called back at 7am so two hours after we made contact.this was an emergency.the building was on an estate and at 4am there was a group of about 20 people getting high on laughing gas right outside which was intimidating.this is a hostel, not a guest house.

• Yannick (10/5): Definitely better than expected! Would 100% go again! - Location and comfort were amongst our most liked! Only the creeks and noises from others walking around, however this is probably something that’s unavoidable.
• Tony (9/5): Perfect for what I needed and was spotlessly clean. - Very clean and the member of staff who I did see (the cleaner) was very helpful on my arrival. There is a kettle and microwave in the room. For short stay guests, it would be nice if there was a couple of tea bags and milk sachets so a cup of tea could be made.
• Mohammed (5/5): Passed. - There is no Breakfast served. The location is very good. The room is very small for a double-room guest. The bathroom wash Basin is too small, like the one in passenger Airplanes. Also, the bed is uncomfortable because the Mattress supports are missing. The walls can not prevent any sounds, as if the other guests are staying with you in the same room.

• Juankiriluk (6/5): It's a bedroom in share house. - n/a The room has no breakfast, such as coffee, sugar, tea, milk, etc. The room is not quiet, and you can hear everything that happens indoors and outdoors. Cleaners shouting at each other in the house.

• Max (7/5): Good - The place is very nice, has great facilities and is in a great location. It's very clean and tidy. The backyard was not in keeping with the rest of the property. I feel that the back yard could be nicer, there were just two fold out chairs on the decking and 3 or 4 old beds.

• Josefine (8/5): Lovely stay for a fair price - Great location close to the underground station! Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops near by. There’s a communal kitchen which is a bonus. Random furniture sitting on the patio outside, no bedside table or bedside lamp for more cosy lighting. Not very soundproof as you can hear steps and movement from the floor above. Mattress too soft.
• Kadir (10/5): Great property and location and great value! - The property is VERY easyly accessible via transit and is located in a very charming neighborhood with a lot of things to do and see. The owners accepted an early drop-off of my bags, so I could rush to my meeting in the Financial District. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely come stay here again. The bed was a bit soft.

Instructions on how to access rooms very clear and precise. Very warm (although there was a portable fan in the room which was very much needed) Room above noisy - rooms have very little soundproofing :-(
