• Guest (8/5): Appartamento ampio e confortevole - Ampiezza e disponibilità di posti letto dell'appartamento, munito di accessori per farsi sentire come a casa propria Inizialmente, il flusso d'acqua è stato debole ma poi arriva, calda e in abbondanza; occorre considerare le dimensioni dell'alloggio

• Ren (5/5): - It’s confortable to stay, clean and spacious. I like it at first but : The lock door of bathroom was in very bad condition, broken and nearly fallen out and they charged us for the damage even we tried to explain that it was really really bad and broken before our arrival. We had recorded video and photo but we had no time to really discuss it as we were in a rush to leave Rome for Florence so we had no choice but to pay them 50€ for a already broken key. So be careful to check everything before you stay and if it’s broken, call them and have them check it before you stay or they will deny that their equipments are all in perfect condition.

• Fady (10/5): Perfect stay, amazing location. - We had the pleasure of staying at this place for a week with my family (my wife and four kids), and it was a fantastic experience. The place was absolutely amazing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better! It’s just a 2-minute walk to several local restaurants and supermarkets, making it incredibly convenient. The bus stop is also only 3 minutes away, providing easy access to explore the city. The owner was exceptionally helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. They also speak multiple languages, which made communication effortless and our stay even more comfortable. This place truly made our time in Rome more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Rome—it's the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city's wonders! Nothing.. all was good.
