Great room size for a family of 4 with large suitcases. Had all the amenities (washer, dryer, fridge, cooktop, hair dryer) - everything was perfect! Super easy check in and great communication. No staff onsite but we didn’t have any issues that needed attention so this wasn’t an issue for us.

- iwata (7/5): 最高の卒業旅行 - 大人数で泊まることができて、駅からも近い。 スーパーも近いので自炊ができた。 今回タブレット不具合がわかっていたため、事前に連絡がありチェックイン手続き操作無しで入れたのが良かったが、その不具合時に遭遇したら不安だったなと思った。
- 向井 (4/5): ガッカリ - セブンや商店街が近くにあり、間取りは良かったのと、huluやyoutube premium 、spotifyが無料なのは良かった。あと、トイレが2つあること。食器類が使えたこと。 AladdinConnectorが無く、ゲーム機を接続出来なかった。「AladdinConnectorが無い」とメールをして、最初のうちはすぐに返信が来たが、代替品などが無いか聞いたら返事が来なくなり、1日程開けてからチェックアウトについての連絡が来た。ポットの電源が壊れていたこと。部屋の隅などに、ホコリがたくさんあった。ベットの下に3個程スーパーボールの様な物が落ちていた。ドライヤーがかなり高温になり、溶けている部分もあった。スリッパがなかった。タオルが少ない。

- AZUSA (3/5): 疲れた - スタイリッシュでとても素敵な部屋でした。 清潔感もありとても満足な部屋でした。 私は家族で泊まらせていただいたのですが…隣の部屋か上の階からなのな分かりませんが一晩中女性たちの大騒ぎの声が響いて子供たちも私も寝れずでした。施設の方へ問い合わせしたところ、無人宿泊所なので、騒いでる部屋はどこかですか？隣の部屋からなのか上からか下からか分かりますか？という返答がきました。つきとめるのはこちらの仕事なのでしょうか？注意の連絡とメールぐらいしかできないみたいで、その管理の方と連絡をとった後もう騒ぎは当分おさまることはなく朝がきました。 部屋はとても清潔ですてきですがもう宿泊することはないです。

- YURI (4/5): 期待はずれかな - 友達家族と大人数で泊まれたことはよかった バーベキューの設備が置いてあるので肉を購入してチェックインしたが、全然熱くならず焼くのに時間がかかりすぎて、ベランダでのバーベキューは諦めるしかなかった。結局は部屋にある一口しかないIHのフライパンで焼かないとダメで食事に時間がかかった。 そしてベッドに入ったら足が痒くなり、赤いポツポツが何箇所もできていた。どうやらダニがいたようで、夜中に痒くて困った。

The convenience, place, location and comfortability of space is always exceed my expectation. - Rosalyn (9/5): Comfortable and very nice location. - The wide living room space & the balcony. Shinsaibashi shopping street is just a few steps away. It’s approximately 500meters away from Shinsaibashi Station. Nothing much but it would’ve been better if they offer at least 2 bedrooms. A luggage storage would be nice if you arrive earlier than check-in time or your flight is much later than the check-out time.

- MIYU (9/5): - 立地が良かった。 玄関はあるものの、特に注意書きなどはないため不安な人はスリッパを持って行った方が良さそうです。

- FUMIKO (8/5): 大満足でした。 - 5人での宿泊でしたがリビングも、ベッドルームも洗面台も広く、夜はゆったり眠ることが出来ました。 コンビニもすぐそば、目の前にコインパーキングもあり、とても便利でした。 道頓堀商店街も歩いて行けました。 大阪に宿泊する時はまた利用したいです。 特にありません。

- AYANO (5/5): お部屋の広さは満足だけど、設備が残念なところも。 - 2段ベットを子どもが気に入っていました。 ベランダが開放的でよかった。 タオルがたくさんよういされていて助かった。 臭いがきになった。 ソファ、テレビが小さくて残念だった。 トイレのドアノブが壊れかけていた。 トイレの壁紙が少し剥がれていた。 アメニティの種類が足りないと感じた。 洗濯洗剤が足りずに買い足した。 エアコンの吹き出し口、洗面所の冊子に誇りが詰まっていた。
