- Jorge (7/5): Decent. Needs to be more clear with amenities. Pillows are horribly soft - Checking was smooth. Despite our arrival time being after 21.00, they had all documents and the keys ready for us at the reception. Breakfast was OK, good selection, but not impressive as advertised in booking. Staff was amazing. Really kind with us. Location is right in the mountains, by Oechinensee. Only 5k hike away. The worst without a doubt are the pillow. They're very nice material but way too soft. Not even with two each we could sleep well. Since we checked in ourselves, we were never explained about the hotel facilities. There is a fair bar were you can apparently serve yourself and even play music, but we didn't know this until the last day. A simple A4 paper with the instructions and opening hours would sort out the issue. The dinner is only served if you book. Otherwise they don't accommodate nobody, which was not clear for us. Check out at 11am.

- Josephine (5/5): Ein schönes Hotel aber für uns hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gestimmt. - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, um zum Oeschinensee zu wandern und die Gegend zu erkunden. Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war auch schön. Der Spa Bereich hat uns weniger gut gefallen, da der Pool sehr klein war und auch der Rest nichts besonderes war. Außerdem müssen Bademäntel und Schlappen extra gekauft werden, für pro Person 15 Franken. Eigentlich empfinden wir das als selbstverständlich in einem Spa Hotel. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr klein, beziehungsweise vor allem das Bad. Da kam man nicht mal aneinander vorbei. Das Zimmer bot allgemein wenig Komfort.

- fabrice (10/5): très très bien pour un court séjour ,personnel serviable et bon petit déjeuner ainsi que spa - hôtel avec de très beaux standing, piscine hammam, sauna salle de repos panoramique que du bonheur pour se refaire une santé . très bon petit déjeuner bien varié avec des produits locaux fruits frais. Carte pour circuler dans la région offerte. Pas grand chose chambre et salon en commun un peu rustique à revoir. Manque douche baignoire démodé à revoir. Manque des fromages locaux ,fromages de grandes surfaces dommage car la charcuterie est vraiment top ainsi que le saumon petites viennoiseries à varier (que des croissants nature pourtant la suisse ne manque pas de spécialité à ce niveau).

Das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet und bot eine herrliche Aussicht, die den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, sodass man alles gut erreichen kann. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Nichts zu bemängeln :)

Es handelt sich eindeutig nicht um ein Gourmetrestaurant. Wir waren mit kleinen Kindern dort, und das Personal war nicht immer besonders freundlich und verständnisvoll. Ehrlich gesagt sogar ziemlich unfreundlich.

Sehr unhöfliches Personal beim Frühstücken. Es wurde nur zögerlich aufgefüllt. Obwohl das Hotel ansonsten toll war, ruiniert das etwas den Aufenthalt und man fühlt sich nicht mehr wohl. L'accueil: nous sommes arrivés pour 4 jours 2h avant l'heure prévue; la chambre n'était pas prête. OK; par contre, c'était les JO de biathlon et nous avons demandé si nous pouvions regarder la télévision dans le grand salon en attendant ... La dame de l'accueil a également refusé! Ce n'est pas normal de si mal accueillir les clients. Le peignoir et les chaussons sont facturés en pluss à 15 euros. C'est la mauvaise surprise, d'autant que les gens qui ne prennent pas cet équipement vont dans les saunas avec leurs chaussures.... Hygiène moyenne donc....

Dinner was delicious, although we booked only the fondue night because we wanted to discover other restaurants too. Breakfast was fresh and they had local products as well, which is a plus for me. The spa was lovely and you have some good options, the pool was smaller than I thought, yet deeper (130-160cm), but my child loved it. Nothing. I would recommend informing in advance about food preferences as you can't choose the menu.
