- Sahil (3/5): - It was a nice large apartment with a clean space wifi doesn’t work, it is a big project to check in at this place, as a customer I had to contact the host/agent for the check in process it. At this price this process should be easier.
- Marcelle (4/5): Without the health and safety issues , location was good but apartment wasn’t clean as I’d expect from a Booking.com apa - Great location and next to a great Coffee shop. The downstairs shower was dirty and had lots of black mould all over it - not good for anyone’s health.
Kitchen counters were dusty and had a stale smell around
Downstairs bedroom has no window so poor ventilation
Upstairs was so hot and windows only opened a little.
The outside patio area had a broken tile / stone and a MAJOR health hazard, really not safe…. Anyone could trip on it.
For the price paid for the apartment I think I should get some sort of credit back onto my Booking.com
Would appreciate someone calling me to discuss all these issues.
The 4th bed also was just a stretcher on the floor in the lounge area- I did call Booking.com after my check in letting them know about this and had asked to be moved but no one got back to me…
- Suzie (8/5): We had a fabulas stay with young family. The Location was perfect as was the space. great value. - The Location of the Property was perfect for our trip. It could have been cleaner
- Trevor (9/5): - Location was good for public transport. Supermarket close by. Furniture and decor was lovely. Comfortable beds. Flat was beautiful and spacious.
- Samuel (1/5): See above - They cancelled after 2 hours of requesting ID and card payments. Only trying one card - and refusing another. (My cards are undrawn). I have stayed with them and they processsed the card. However the past two times this has happened, throwing my plans into disarray. I was t aware the same managed this property until realising it was the sane dodgy contact number sbd response. If you value your time, personal information and peace of mind - avoid !!! See above
- David (9/5): Great base for exploring London - Great space to eat/ chill after a long day of being a tourist. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5. The kids loved the long hallway to play with their cars. We also enjoyed the elderly neighbour who belted out opera songs in the morning. The location was amazing next to two tube stations (Earls Court is zone 1 and fully accessible with a pram). The local area also has loads of shops and places to eat, with a Tesco express right outside. The spiral staircase was a hazard with our infant, but we knew that before we went. The bathrooms could have been cleaner.
- Taryn (8/5): It was a comfortable space. Some of the furnishings need updated as the arm of the sofa fell off each time we sat down w - Cozy Hot upstairs and lock on bathroom door did not work
- Dana (10/5): Excellent Stay – Spacious, Clean, and Perfectly Located! - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in London. The space was much larger than I expected, which made the stay extra comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was clear the apartment is very well maintained. The location is fantastic – close to the city center and very well connected to public transportation, which made getting around super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in London! -
- Marius (8/5): Good. - The neighbourhood was very nice, between two metro stations. The facility was nice arranged and equipped by not so taken care of. Bathroom very small.
- Charlie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kari (9/5): Great apartment with perfect location. - The apartment was perfectly located in London. Very big, with nice rooms and a small garden. The host answered my email within minutes, and showed up in the apartment when theres was a small problem with the heating. So it was fixed within one hour.
- Anna (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – No Heating or Hot Water in December - Poor customer service team too - N/A I am deeply frustrated by my recent experience with this property. We booked our stay in London with high expectations, only to find ourselves without basic necessities like heating and hot water during December – one of the coldest months of the year.
When we raised the issue with the property, our concerns were ignored. Multiple emails went unanswered, and when we finally did get a response, the property denied any wrongdoing or responsibility for the situation. It was extremely disappointing to be treated with such disregard.
This property not only failed to provide the most basic services, but their customer service was also shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against booking with this property. They have shown a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism, and we will certainly not be trusting them again.
I’ve never left a negative review in my life but felt it would be unfair to other booking.com members if I did not on this occasion!
**Would not recommend.**
- Αντωνης (10/5): Everything was perfect and in a strategic location near the metro - Everything was perfect and in a strategic location near the metro!
- Darren (1/5): awful, hot and dirty, not comfortable for a family of 4 - location flat is very hot with sunroof and glass around the main living area. main ensuite bed base was not installed correctly we sent photos to the host of what was wrong where the main slat ends were not aligned to the middle section so we both fell out of bed and could not sleep the first night. we had to put the whole base up and out the way and have the mattress on the floor to sleep comfortably. reported to host immediately and despite 5 day stay and this was still not addressed even when the cleaner came who was putting it back for the next guests. No fan is 2nd room or window for ventilation. we purchased and left a fan there for the next hot guests. very disappointed given the price and photos and desc which sounded great, try and find somewhere else to stay that is better value. would not recommend this place at all. kitchen was not well equipped . no wine glasses. overall it was also poorly maintained and cleaned.
- Krishna (4/5): not bad - property size is good and the design is amazing, Downstairs bath room is a broken shower. The kitchen dishwasher was filled with water from the last wash . Main door second lock is out in place(missed)
- Michelle (7/5): Basic but comfortable and good location for what we needed. Value for money when a small group - Location and space was great. And bonus of outdoor space. Showers were very weak - couldn’t wash hair as was just a dribble of water in both
Cleanliness was poor
No wine glasses or champagne flutes or cleaning items.
The main fuse box was near front door so if an event of a fire there was no other exit. Not even windows as they were ceiling lantern windows and enclosed light well with no exit
- Paul (10/5): It was perfect for our stay and owner quick at replying - Location Location Location
- Oleksii (9/5): Superb -
- Kenneth (9/5): Superb -
- Craig (1/5): TOTAL SCAM, please read the review, AVOID THIS BOOKING - The price and that was with a huge discount! Nothing else, AVOID THIS PLACE AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I LASTED 10 MINUTES AND CHECKED OUT STILL LOSONG OUR MONEY!!!
Where to start, horrid location, no parking dispute whatsoever written. It’s based in a gated retirement complex I assume? It’s dirty and there’s a disused mucky greenhouse right outside the front door!
After spending £25 and 30mins trying to park I opened the front door to a lovely smell of damp and mould. Cobwebs and paint peeling everywhere, smallest bathroom ever, which again stunk. Kitchen tops stained and marked up, broken skirting, broken fan, untidied outdoor space. Then onto the main event, the living areas, the front room is nice and large like the pictures, however they’ve not shown you the large rip in the sofa, the crumbs and stains all over the 2 sofas and amazingly even the throw was stained with light coloured markings! That can easily be put in the washing machine!!!!
The floors matched the sofa and looked like someone had eaten biscuits or something. The upstairs bedroom looks like a camels bump with the damaged mattress and the downstairs bedroom the headboard literally looks like it’s about the fall off!
Honestly the worst place I’ve even been, no refunds, only after booking were we informed they required IDs of all guests and a £200 deposit lol… I stayed there for about 10minutes and booked a hotel in Shephard’s bush instead. Still no refund!! This is an absolute cave of a place and I’d avoid at any price!!!
- Jeremiah (10/5): Would stay here again in the future. - Great area, good communication, clean place and a great value. Nothing
- Dauda (10/5): My family loved it - I was not given breakfast Someone should have been there to handover the keye
- Yiyu (1/5): Feeling being scammed and disappointed - Location We stayed the apartment for 2 nights for leisure. It became a nightmare. The apartment was in a bad condition. Considering £361 per night rate I expected better! There are a lot of areas in the flat needed to be maintained and fixed properly for safety reason as well.
For examples, most of skirting board are hanging out from the wall. The ceiling in the kitchen had a bad water damage. Below the ceiling the floor was badly damaged by water. The light in the kitchen cabinet was hanging down. A cable in the living room was hanging down from the ceiling. The roof is in a very sorry state. The shower in the ground floor is loose, and so on. We have photos to prove all this.
The radiator nearly hit my partner head when he went in the toilet. We noticed that the brackets was already broken and just a little hold on the wall.
We already reported the issue.
Now the owner charged us £380 for fixing the radiator (they called an emergency plumber after we checked out! We reported the issue on our first night and photo was sent and shown them on WhatsApp as well!). When we reported no one was called to come in and secure the radiator back to the wall and we were just told to use something to keep the radiator staying on the wall, despite we said that there is a water pipe on the radiator and it could be broken if the radiator coming off the wall again! We could not use the toilet after this! Soon as we checked out today they called someone to fix and charged us for £380.
Feels like a scam. The apartment have a poor maintenance and now the owner try to fix few things on us.
We have all the photos and videos of the bad state of the apartment.
We insist to get a refund of the £380 which was taken from my account for the damage that we did not do!
- Martin (6/5): It served its purpose for us. Pablo the manager responded very promptly to request for help - Location Starting to look tired eg dining table was broken, freezer had shelf corrosion
- Meric (5/5): HAir B&B - Big place
Kitchen facilities available
Cosy spaces Beds , every carpet every corner was full of hair.It was disgusting.
Bed had a bump in it , dont know why it hasnt been fixed
Tv wasnt connected to wireless, they offered instant help but why to waste time about it
- Matthew (8/5): Great location. Accommodating host. Will definitely book again -
- Oren (8/5): Ok stay - Great location Poor room set up. Large windows will leave you feeling exposed to the world…
- Mubashar (8/5): Nice and comfortable place and my kids loved it - No parking while I was told it had parking. Had to park on the street 2 roads down
- Cassar (7/5): IT was nice but not Exceptional - Location and style Needed a bit of touching up and one of the beds was very uncomfortable. Bins hadn't been emptied and there was no iron.
- Cunningham (10/5): Would totally recommend. - A perfect hidden gem of a cozy place to stay with easy transport links.
The facilities were excellent, perfect for my family stay.
- Shawna (9/5): We loved the location. The management was very helpful and accommodating. - The perfect location and Spacious for a group. The mattress upstairs was a bit worn and there was a lump in the middle of the bed.
