Die Zimmer: riesig und die Betten perfekt. Das Personal: alle, wirklich alle super freundlich, top geschult, entspannt. Besser kann man Gäste nicht bedienen Das Gebäude, Pool, Umgebung: einfach super schön und gepflegt. Die Küche: der Hammer. Super gut. Zum Schluss: ich war wirklich da und ich habe sehr viel Hotelerfahrung auf der ganzen Welt. Aber bei diesem Aufenthalt gab es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen Da gibt es nichts, was ich schreiben könnte

- R (8/5): Lovely stay at this hotel. With the exception of the entry road, highly recommend. - The Hotel El Cielo en la Tierra is a stunning property. The views and rooms are just as pictured, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. We were very comfortable on the property, and found our stay very relaxing. The one major flaw of this hotel is the entry. In order to access the hotel, you must drive down a long, unpaved road. The road is comprised of one pot hole after another, and makes for a very uncomfortable and disconcerting entry to an otherwise beautiful property. Aside from being unpaved, the road is unmarked and unlit, making it particularly difficult to drive down at night.

- Alejandro (9/5): Un hotel muy bonito. Vale la pena ir. - Muy buen sitio. La comida muy rica y el sitio muy bonito. No informan sobre si el agua es potable o no. Ponen aguas en las habitaciones y terminan cobrándolas a un precio excesivo $9.500 por botella. Al menos que lo informen con anticipación.
- Jeannette (9/5): Relaxing - The tranquility, cleanliness, staff, garden, and the peaceful were all 10/10. For a property with so many qualities and natural beauty, the lack of a drinking water dispenser for guests, or even a complimentary bottle of water daily, is a significant drawback. I've traveled to different countries on different continents, and for accommodations of this quality and with such good service, missing such a simple detail detracts from the excellence that such a well-maintained property should have. Nevertheless, we recommend the hotel and restaurant, and we appreciate the excellent service from everyone, especially Jason in the restaurant for his attention and recommendations.

Deberian Tener variedad de panes, porque la arepa o pandeyucas, pandebonos, no le gustan a todos. Igualmente yogur, por lo menos 2 variedades, solo jugo de naranja y El agua, como es posible, que te la cobren en El desayuno? El Café, siendo la zona cafetera de regular calidad. Y solo 2 variedad de frutas. El personal, deberian estar preparado con El ingles.

Te gestionan y facilitan la contratación de excursiones y tienen masajes muy buenos. Los camareros no eran muy eficientes, tenías que estar pidiendo las cosas varias veces. La comida aunque estaba muy buena tardaba mucho en salir aún cuando apenas había otros comensales

La atención fue mala, el hotel estaba solo, y nos empezaron a presionar para llegar temprano, porque necesitaban irse. Nos dejaron solos en el hotel, el jazucci nunca funcionó, la ducha fue un problema porque no salía agua caliente, el camino para llegar es destapado. Te venden la idea de caminatas y caballos que no se pueden si no se hace con tiempo, y eso no lo advierten en la página, llega uno con expectativas que no se cumplen.

- Felicity (10/5): Peaceful getaway in eje cafetero region in unique boutique hotel - We had an incredible stay at El Cielo. It's far more impressive than the photos suggest. The view from the presidential suite, the balcony and jacuzzi next to the sliding window are amazing. The whole hotel is well thought out and beautifully crafted in wood. We loved sitting on the veranda before dinner and going on the tour to the finca's waterfall - do not miss this but also be aware of a short walk through the woods on a slippery path! We also had a massage in the room with a cocktail included. J'heison was especially helpful throughout our stay. We defintely want to visit again. There is little information about the tours and additional services available and we were told we should book them 24h before when it was already too late. The staff made everything possible but I'd love more information available ahead of the trip to plan better - e.g. airport shuttle, waterfall visit, taxis, massages etc. I'd advise guests to ask the hotel ahead of time for options. It's very rural and we visited in low season on the Monday after an event so there were quite a few missing ingredients - gin and vermouth (from the cocktail list), frutos amarillos (soda), and focaccia. It would have been helpful to be informed about this before ordering so we could manage expectations, however everything we ate was delicious!

The Staff is absolutely amazing, they do whatever they can to make your stay exceptional! Everything is clean, well looked after just awesome! On the way to the Location we thought we got lost,... but then we got our surprise when we found it!
