- Carolyn (8/5): Would most definitely recommend as a place to stay. - Great, central location for the main sites in town. As one would expect of such a hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide range of fresh food to suit all tastes. Comfortable, quiet room with a clean en-suite. Overall, I didn’t spend much time in my room, but it overlooked a courtyard where the kitchen extractor fan was, so the cooking smells were noticeable - not a problem in the morning when the smell of bread/ pastries was pleasant. Due to a tree close to the window, the room was dark.

The staff is amazing, the breakfast is wonderful, the value for money very good considering how Yerevan is expensive and often overpriced. - Hatice Banu (10/5): Great location and very helpful staff - The location is amazing. It’s very central and you can easily walk everywhere. This made our trip very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and we really liked the overall design and decoration of the hotel. In the evenings, there was live music with piano which was very relaxing and enjoyable after a long day. Breakfast was also very good. There was a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. We liked the staff the most. On our last day, the roads were closed when we needed to go to the airport. A staff member helped us to meet with the taxi driver. This meant a lot to us. So, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

- AliG (8/5): Great choice - Clean, tidy if a bit standard rooms, nice floors not carpeted (great plus if you have allergies). Heating can be controlled within the room, which is nice and rare nowadays. The staff is nice and attentive. Great price point. Location perfect to explore the city. They offer a pickup in electric, silent cars that makes life easier at a very accessible price (no Uber in Yerevan). The mattress was ok for me but too soft for my partner. Unfortunately, we could not try the restaurant as it was all booked by a private function, so we had to have dinner in the bar area, which was not extremely comfortable and had limited options,

- Eline (8/5): - Hotel ligt op een prachtige lokatie, vlakbij de highlights van Yerevan. Parkeren is een drama in de drukke straat, maar de conciërge helpt hier perfect bij. Vriendelijk personeel bij het ontbijt Kleine badkamer voor een 5* hotel. Ontbijt is voor Armeense begrippen goed, maar voor 5* hotel mist het nog wel wat extra’s (denk aan bestellen van eieren etc).

Al ristorante avevamo prenotato un tavolo per la cena del 31 alla manager di sala che poi ha dato il nostro tavolo ad altri clienti, il servizio è stato inappropriato per un posto di quel livello, e al bar uno dei ragazzi ha cercato di farsi pagare il doppio del dovuto. Quando abbiamo protestato hanno provveduto e ci hanno chiesto scusa.

- jenny (9/5): Nice hotel in center - Location right in the middle of the city, cosy warm rooms, nice spa It was strange not having the receptionists say hello or goodbye to you as you come and go, they just ignored it. For a five star I would have expected friendlier service

- Mark (7/5): Hotel mit gutem Namen, aber Service passt nicht zum Anspruch - Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum und befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude. Der kleine Spa-Bereich ist schön gestaltet und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Rezeption hinterlässt kein gutes Bild, als Gast geht man vorbei, gegrüßt wird nicht. Das ist die Aufgabe des Gastes. Auch sonst eher nicht besetzt bzw. Telefongespräche waren wichtiger. Wir hatten ein Exekutiv-Zimmer, wo es merkwürdig roch, aber viel entscheidender war die durchgelegende Matratze.
