• AUDE (8/5): Séjour de 4 jours en famille pour découvrir Rome - Son emplacement proche de très bons restaurants , proche de la gare Termini et du métro et le fait qu'il soit au calme dans une résidence sécurisée le matelas du lit est à remplacé le fait de devoir payer une taxe à l'arrivée un manque de propreté des équipements de cuisine

• john (8/5): We hebben een prima tijd gehad in Rome , het appartement lag op een goede plek om de stad te verkenn - Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, goed sanitair leuke buurt , met park , winkels en bar Bas in de straat Het matras was voor ons lichte mensen echt te hard. De bank in de kamer was erg zacht. Het balkon was te klein om op te zitten, gelukkig was er het park om de hoek daar hebben we zitten lezen en mensen gekeken 😉

• Febra (10/5): Convinient Accommodation in Rome - Highly recommended - Excellent accommodation in the heart of rome. Conviniently placed in the center of rome. Walking distance to Rome Termini, Metro Station, and walking distance to Colloseum. Many restaurants, cafe, groceries around the area. Unit itself was spacious, well equipped with kitchen and all functioning well. Owner and assistant professionally cater us upon arrival and throughout our stay. We stayed for 2 nights and our visit to Rome was very efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended. There is a cafe/pastry shop downstairs "Roscioli" - please try it - serves great coffee and pastries. None

Karşısında Penny ve Conad adında iki tane İtalyaya özgü yerel market zinciri vardı. Biz Penny yi sevdik. Tekrar burada kalırım. Booking’ deki konumu bizi sağdaki sokağa götürdü onun harici bir sorun yoktu.

• Mourade (9/5): Très bon séjour - Très bien placé. Très très propre bien équipé, Netflix très appréciable. En commun et très bien desservi, niveau transport en commun.
• Federico (10/5): Un piacevole soggiorno! - L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica e la pulizia era impeccabile. Metro a 1 minuto a piedi. Grazie mille all'host Liliana per l'accoglienza, e i preziosi consigli che ci ha dato. Consigliassimo Consiglio solamente di fare piu’ attenzione ai rientri notturni nella zona sotto i portici e di Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.

• Mario (9/5): Muy buen apartamento - Todo estaba muy limpio,la cama de matrimonio muy cómoda,la otra no mucho.habia muchos utensilios de cocina. La otra cama no era muy cómoda,la calefacción estaba programada y había momentos de un poco de frío.la zona para ir de noche puede dar sensación de inseguridad.

• Concepción (9/5): Excelente elección - Apartamento muy limpio y calentito, incluso sin encender la calefacción. Provisto de mucho menaje de cocina. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. En la misma calle hay dos supermercados, cafetería y varios rtes. El personal muy amable y disponible en cualquier momento. Tuvimos un incidente con el calentador y fue solventado rápidamente. Aunque es una opinión personal, el colchón de la cama grande es algo duro y el de la otra blando y fino. Pero eso va en gustos. La puerta que divide las dos "habitaciones" no cierra bien puesto que roza en el suelo y cuesta tanto cerrarla como abrirla y la manivela no está sujeta y se cae.

• Alberto (8/5): - La ubicación, muy cerca de la parada de metro y tren. El.apartamento esta equipado con todo lo necesario, y la anfitriona es perfecta, nos dio indicaciones de donde ir. Incluso nos obsequio con un presente. Es un apartamento pequeño para cuatro personas ya que el sofá es para dos o tres, y después de una jornada sin parar, es lamentable tener que sentarte en una silla. Tampoco considero que tenga dos dormitorios como indica. La cama de matrimonio muy bien pero la otra es un poco incómoda para dos personas.

• Enrique (7/5): Bien sin más... - Comodidad de la cama. La tv tenía plataformas de pago. El piso estaba en un edificio poco cuidado/limpio. El piso de nuestro mismo rellano apestaba (cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos lo teníamos que hacer con la nariz tapada)

Přivítala nás příjemná majitelka, zorientovala na místě a upozornila na důležité věci. Komunikace byla perfektní, check in a vystěhování jednoduché. Úplná pohoda. Všechno bylo v pořádku.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent - The property is big and clean, a good place to stay for a family. Accessible to shops and metro train stations. Colesium is just a walking distance. The host Liliana is very friendly and gives us information about our way around Rome.

Apartment’s location was fantastic. 10 minute walking distance to the Colosseum. Metro station at the top of the street and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to chose from. Lovely restaurant, Vecchia Roma, at the bottom of the street. Recommend booking as there is a que for it opening! Two supermarkets on the street which was great. Apartment was lovely, family friendly, homely and very spacious. Everything we needed, quiet, secure and very clean. A very thoughtful host. Only negative was a personal preference - bed in main bedroom was very hard, quite uncomfortable. My Son was comfy on the single bed though.

Definitely we will be staying there again. I liked everything in that apartment. Nothing to complain. Thanks to the owner and booking.com to provide us such a beautiful place.

• George (10/5): Comfortable! - The subway station is nearby and Termini Station is within walking distance. The Colosseum is also within walking distance. There are two supermarkets near the building where you can buy groceries. The facilities are in good condition. There was a problem with the shower, but it was fixed the next day. The response to our emergency call was excellent. I think they must have just renovated it. The bedroom door is a bit stiff to open and close. The window shutters are also stiff to open and close, so I hope they will improve that.

• Decbik (10/5): Clean and comfy apartment in the centre of Rome. - The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It had air conditioning, which was important in summer. The apartment was located next to a couple of supermarkets and nice restaurants, including Vecchia Roma. The Colosseum was not far as was a metro statiion. Everything was good.
• Kelly (10/5): Fantastic apartment - The rooms, the layout, the location. It was all good! Our large kids and us all had enough room to have time to ourselves if we needed it too. The apartment is a stone's throw from the metro station and under 1km to the Colleseum so an easy walk. Plus there's a fantastic bakery/ cafe based in the building, Roscioli, we had breakfast there most days. The only thing I would have liked was some long hanging space. Apart from that, absolutely everything was thought of.

• David (9/5): Superb - Location, location, location. We only used public transport 2x, most of Rome sites are within walking distance.
• Dileep (8/5): Very good - The host was nice. Very prime location. Nice spacious house. Need to sign a rental agreement, which was a surprise and something new for me. No one would like to sign such an agreement, and if that is really mandatory, it should be described on the website. Bed slats is something guest must be careful.
