- CesarS (7/5): It's just okay. - Location is perfect and very convenient
Size of the flat is very good too Not clean, you can see is old, size of toilet and shower rooms are too small, some knackered items like door handles coming off.
- Aleksandra (10/5): - Super, napewno wrócimy
- Angela (1/5): Do not stay here, it's filthy - Good location for central London
Staff were responsive and ser up sofa bes for us as requested Flat smelt really bad and there was black mould round all the windows.
Hot water was lukewarm at best.
Whole flat is in a poor state of repair and hadn't been cleaned properly. Public hair in the bath, mould all around the shower screen.
No washing up liquid and dirty cutlery in the drawers.
Flat fits 6 people but only 3 chairs at the table and one dinner plate.
- Lars (3/5): - Bra läge för att ta sig till
Loftus Road Arena.
QPR Arena.
Snabbt ta sig in till London City
med tuben. Lägenheten svår att hitta.

- Jonathan (8/5): - Not far from the center Not especially interesting neighbourhood
- Kirsty (1/5): Don't book this - Our check-in time was scheduled for 3:00pm. At 3:12pm, we received a message from the host asking about our arrival time and mentioning they were still completing some “finishing touches.” We arrived at the apartment at 3:30pm only to discover we had no access. After repeated messages and phone calls to the company, we learned the property hadn’t even been cleaned.
It was a heatwave, we’d been travelling since 8:30am, and we had dinner reservations to celebrate a special birthday—so the timing couldn’t have been worse. We stressed the urgency to the company, who eventually let us into the property.
The cleaner arrived around 4:30pm, appearing confused and clearly unaware of the situation. The apartment was in disarray, and we quickly realised there weren’t enough towels for all the guests, nor any fresh bedding to change the beds. When we contacted the company to complain, we were offered either £50 compensation or the option to cancel the booking altogether. With time running out and no feasible alternative accommodation, cancelling wasn’t realistic.
Shockingly, the company seemed indifferent—remarking that they could cancel and relist the property the same night for a higher price. Determined not to let it ruin our plans, we left our belongings in the apartment while the cleaner finished up.
Later that night, we received a message stating towels and bedding had been placed inside. As for the property itself, it wasn’t the cleanest and frankly felt neglected. Thankfully, we were out for most of our stay and only needed it as a base.
Also, don’t be misled by the mention of a “balcony.” It’s actually a ground floor flat with a small terrace enclosed by wire fencing—a rather unsettling detail that isn’t obvious from the listing.
- Sebastian (8/5): Very good -
- Chander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carole (5/5): Passable - Location was great
Size of the rooms was also very good When we arrived late in the evening, we realised that there were no shampoo, soap, body wash in the bathroom, and only half a toilet roll in the toilets.
The bathroom door was broken ( no handle) and the bathroom light was flashing, not working properly and not allowing anyone to use the bathroom without another source of light.
We messaged the host who came at 22-23pm with some toiletries and toilet paper ( we however had to go and shop for those before as we really needed them for the night and didn't know if/ when the host Wil pop by).
We were told to leave the keys for someone to come the following day to fix the bathroom light, but no one came the following day, and I had to message to request an update on Saturday evening to be told that no one could come as it was the weekend. Fair enough but a message would have been nice.
Also, would be nice to have bin liners and salt/pepper in the kitchen units. We found cutlery but only 2 teaspoons...so for 5 of us, let's say, I really wasn't enough.....
- Haide (10/5): Lovely stay - We spent one night in this property and it was great.
The collection of the keys was easy and straightforward. As we walked in the flat in smelt Freshly cleaned which was nice. The kitchen has all appliances needed for cooking, the bedsheets and towels looked and smelt clean. The living room was very cosy.
The host and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. I requested a spare towel and i received a response very quickly. The flat is walking distance to the station and Thers many shops around the area. We will definitely stay in this property again. Everything was fine.
- Noor (3/5): Will not stay again & not recommend to friends - Nothing No coffe, tea & sugar. Have to request. Have to request for duvet & sofa bed lining. Bathroom are too small. Too expensive for that kind of flat.
- Suellen (8/5): flat with perfect location and very friendly staff great price. - The location was the main reason we chose this apartment. It is very close to Shepherds Bush station and close to West Field Shopping Centre, which is where we work. So it was perfect for us. Everything was great, there was nothing we found bad.
- Batistelli (9/5): Superb -
