Uszkodzona roleta zaciemniająca w oknie niepoozwalająca na jej podniesienie spowodowała, ze siedzieliśmy w ciemnym pokoju. Brak recepcji. Meldowanie między stolikami i gośćmi restauracji. Widok i zapach z okna na czynną wentylację z restauracji (hałas i smród) Brak słuchawki prysznicowej. Prysznic wyłącznie z deszczownicy. Wszelkie ruchy innych gości na korytarzu łącznie z zamykaniem drzwi wyraźnie słyszalne w pokoju.

• Patricia (9/5): Sensillez y excelente vista - La ubicación y la vista a la plaza principal. Un lujo. Las escaleras para subir equipaje solo para jóvenes. Y el cover de la cama y fundas de almohadas tiene una textura rugosa y sintética. Lo que lo hace áspera para la piel.

• Bennett (10/5): Authentic accommodations in the heart of Bruges - Spacious suite, beautiful view from the top floor room windows, high enough so that the sounds from the plaza are pleasant without being disturbing Lots of stairs, but that’s to be expected
• Lindsay (7/5): Central location but could use some TLC - You won’t find a better location, right in the main square with easy access to everything. The staff were impeccable, and allowed us to store our luggage on the day we checked out until our train departed. After climbing four huge sets of stairs we were a little disappointed with the view, although that’s only a small issue. Neither the bathroom or shower sink would drain properly, particularly the sink which was terribly clogged. The aircon would also make a loud clicking noise which made it difficult to sleep.

• MPaoF (8/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación es inmejorable y la vista desde la habitación que dá a la plaza es un sueño! Cama cómoda, habitación amplia, doble ventana, buena ducha. En pb con solo abrir la puerta ya está el restaurante con horario amplio para la cena. 3 pisos por escalera que no están informados. Podría tener caja fuerte, heladera y ducha de mano teniendo en cuenta que no hay videt. Servicio de habitación día por medio.
• FRANCISCO (8/5): Vistas inmejora bles - La ubicación inmejorable. Las vistas a la torre Belfort son espectaculares. La habitación es amplia al igual que el baño y bien equipada Las almohadas son como cojines y no son cómodas. Además, la funda de las almohadas y del nórdico tienen un tejido poco agradable si bien están perfectamente limpias y en perfecto estado.

• Alison (9/5): - The location is amazing. We had the top floor room which had a fantastic view. The bed is large and comfy. Air con worked well and the shower was powerful. Yes the stairs are steep but it's not hard. Wouldn't be appropriate for disabled or not very mobile. Staff were lovely. I did email twice to ask if we could check in at 9pm but didn't receive a reply and a small comment was made about our arrival time which was a little frustrating but no big deal.

Kalandos egy éttermen keresztül megközelíteni a szállást. Nagyon kényelmes volt, hogy kóddal közlekedhettünk. Nem volt ilyen. A hátsó udvarra néző szobánk volt, sajnos a Belfortot így nem láttuk, de zavartalan volt az éjszakai nyugalmunk. A lépcsőre sokan panaszkodnak, de ez egy régi épület, aki itt keres szállást, annak tudomásul kell vennie, hogy a keskeny, meredek feljáró is hozzátartozik a hely hangulatához.
• Colin (10/5): Right in the centre of the historic Markt square!! - The LOCATION!!! it’s right in the main historic square, so beautiful, you can lie in bed and watch the coloured lights come on at night around the historic buildings and during the day the horses and carriages are everywhere. ❤️❤️ The room is beautifully done up, new bathroom, heat/air con in room, comfy bed. It’s above a restaurant in one of the historic buildings, but no noise heard at all. Everything was perfect. Note- if you have low mobility, there are steep stairs.

• Tarana (7/5): I would say very average for service and convenience but great location - The location was perfect, right on the square. Room was clean - I was on the top floor and for a young person traveling light the accommodation and location work well. It it not a hotel but more like an B&B or Airbnb where you go to the restaurant below to check in. They don't have a dedicated staff and no services. Its a bit chaotic if they restaurant is busy as the staff there also manages check in. They can be quite rude. The rooms are a walk up and my room was right on the top floor which with a suitcase can be quite an inconvenience. The staff were not very helpful in giving directions, parking guidance etc although they tone did improve. This hotel or whatever it is - accommodation works for young folks traveling light.

• Karel & Ivonne (8/5): Wij hebben het hier heerlijk gehad. - Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterkant. Groot voordeel van deze kamer is dat het heerlijk rustig is, ook als het op de markt nog druk of rumoerig is. Het personeel van het restaurant/hotel is fantastisch. Lief, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nadeel van de kamer is dat je beter de rolgordijnen naar beneden kunt laten, het uitzicht is echt lelijk. Wij hebben het niet als nadeel gezien dat ze geen ontbijt serveren. Hiervoor zijn op het plein, en daar omheen, prima en voldoende alternatieven te vinden. Wat mogelijk een goede toevoeging zou zijn is dat je op de kamer een kop koffie kan zetten.

Слишком шумно , деревянные полы , слышно соседей как они ходят по полу от чего дерево громко скрипит, ночью мешает спать , видемо каждый похож в туалет сопровождается скрипом . Так же на площаде может быть шумно , из за этого так же шумно в комнате .

Staff was also helpful Building has narrow and steep stairs, it wasn’t a big deal for me, but it could be a problem for you to carry your luggages on those stairs. It was dusty but not dirty. Bathroom door wasnt fully closed

Bruges is a beautiful town and we had a great time exploring by foot. The square was cute and not too noisy with a great view out the window. The room was small and the staircase was quite narrow and steep, but overall it was clean, cosy and perfect for our one night stay. I can't think of anything actually
