• Elena (8/5): Nel complesso lo consiglierei a Chi si reca a Roma in auto. - La pulizia, la grandezza dell’appartamento, le cialde di caffè offerte, il condizionatore presente in entrambe le camere e in cucina, il balconcino, la comodità di fare il check-in online e di poter aprire l’appartamento tramite Telefono. Facilità di trovare parcheggio in strada e vicinanza a un supermercato. Le zanzariere erano un po’ rotte e nell’appartamento erano già entrate diverse zanzare. I divani letto erano piuttosto comodi ma troppo rumorosi ad ogni spostamento.

• Magdalena Dz (9/5): super miejsce - bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy oraz stacja kolejowa, blisko sklepy, okolica spokojna, wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo, bardzo dobre, w łazience żel, mydło, kuchnia super wyposażona w sprzęty, naczynia, przyprawy, a nawet olej. Ręczniki, pościel wszystko było :)

• Rafal (3/5): Nie polecam mieszkania jeśli ktoś ma uczulenie na bród grzyby i pleśnie - Obiekt dość mocno oddalony od drogi głównej skąd można dojechać do centrum Rzymu, (do centrum 30min.drogi ok.14 przystanków)Watykanu itd. Brak dostępu do kluczy-drzwi do bloku i mieszkania otwierane telefonem(konieczny dostęp do Internetu) do którego dostaniesz po podaniu danych wszystkich towarzyszy łącznie z numerem dokumentu jego zdjeciem i zdjęciem twarzy współtowarzyszach. Mieszkanie na zdjęciach wygląda dość przestronnie na żywo już nie. Rozkładane sofy w salonie nie wygodne, ciasna kuchnia-brak podstawowego wyposażenia 1 łyżeczka 1 nóż. W łazience bród i na każdej ścianie grzyb. Jeśli ktoś ma uczulenie na punkcie czystości nie polecam. W łazience na pralce złożone brudne ręczniki po poprzednich gościach. Brak pewności czy aby pościel i ręczniki były wymienione. Brudne kołdry przykryte kocem i prześcieradłem. Dobrze że byliśmy tylko 3 noce i ruszyliśmy dalej bo gdybym miał spędzić więcej czasu poszukałbym czegoś innego:-(((((( Właściciel musi popracować nad czystością możliwość odbioru kluczy i wejście do mieszkania bez logowanie przez Internet. Zadbanie o wyposażenie i lepszy kontakt z klientem

• Ivan (3/5): evita hospedarte alli, es muy deficiente en todo - la cama grande de la habitacion es lo unico salvable Ya empezó mal el sistema para hacer el check-in online, dandole un trabajo innecesario al cliente. Pero me quejé y rellenaron ellos los datos de mis ID para conseguir un link el cual me abriria la puerta del edificio y del apartamento. Todo esto porque los propietarios no van nunca ni se les espera en su apartamento, el cual esta en un desastroso estado: todo sucio, mucho polvo, hongos en los baños, un sofa cama inservible para dormir, todos los trastos de la cocina asquerosos, el boiler que se conecta con unos enchufes en mal estado, la puerta del apartamento con un sistema de teclado donde tienes que introducir un codigo largo que hace mal contacto y cuesta de abrir, el edificio se encuentra en una zona remota, oscura, dificilisimo de encontrar el portal donde tienen el apartamento, que sera grande si, pero lo del air conditioning lo podrían sacar del titulo si tuvieran un poco de vergüenza, ya que unicamente funciona el de la cocina. los otros no calientan, ni en el salon ni en la habitación, la calefacción central tampoco funciona, hace frio y no tienen mantas extras. la cafetera tampoco funciona, un desastre de experiencia y peor yendo con niños, les aconsejo no hospedarse alli.

• Elena (9/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente - Appartamento è abbastanza grande, tutti elettrodomestici funzionanti (tranne la macchina del.espresso)! Comunque,va benissimo cosi Apparte la camera da letto, dormire sul divano aperto un po straziante, ci vorrebbe un materasso un po' più spesso.

• Stéphane (2/5): Overall, this apartment could be decent if someone actually cared to maintain it. - I stayed three nights with my family at this apartment to end our road trip in Italy, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The location near the airport is convenient and the apartment appears spacious in the photos, but several aspects need improvement. The digital check-in process was quite confusing and time-consuming. Because the door operates digitally, we had trouble accessing the apartment due to unstable internet, although the host assisted us eventually. Inside, while the space is large, two of the three “double beds” are actually sofa beds, which are not very comfortable. To make matters worse, the bed, pillows, and even the floor were dusty, as if no one had bothered to clean properly in ages. It was clear that the apartment hadn’t been prepared for new guests at all. We even found leftover items in the closet, which really says it all. The kitchen appliances and washing machine looked neglected and dirty enough that we didn’t even bother touching them.The shower technically worked, but it clearly needs maintenance and a deep clean. The toilet system took over an hour to refill after flushing, which made it difficult to use for a family stay. Throughout the stay, I received multiple reminders about local taxes, even though I had already paid them in advance. It felt careless and unprofessional, almost like they were trying to charge us twice or scam us. The WiFi connection was weak and inconsistent when multiple devices were connected. Towels and toilet paper were also limited, which was inconvenient. Finally, although advertised as being close to the center of Rome, it actually takes about 40 (or more adding the waiting time)to get there. Cleanliness could also be improved, we even noticed some dead mosquitoes on the walls. Overall, the apartment has potential due to its size and location, but better maintenance, clearer communication, and more attention to guest comfort and cleaning would greatly improve future stays.
• Elvis93 (7/5): Jest OK. - Mieszkanie samo w sobie bardzo fajne, idealne na całą naszą 6 osobową grupę, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia choć niestety trochę mała, początkowo trudno było nam odnaleść odpowiednie wejście (było kilka klatek). Jest winda, nawet kapsułki do zmywarki i pralki. Z minusów bardzo nie wygodne obie sofy do spania w pokoju, jeden z pryszniców w troche gorszym stanie. Mieliśmy tylko jeden nie przyjmeny incydent, jednej z siemiu spędzonych tam nocy o 3:30 ktoś zaczął nam się dobijać do mieszkania, chyba chciał wejść ale nie rozumieliśmy co mówi po włosku.

Ein Badezimmer war total schimmlig, eine Dusche hatte kein warmes Wasser, eine Toilettenspülung hat nicht funktioniert, in der Küche war alles fettig, das Geschirr, das wir verwendet haben, haben wir zuerst gespült, das Klappsofa ist durchgelegen. Auf unsere Mängelanzeige mit der Bitte, wenigstens die Toilettenspülung zu reparieren, gab es keine Reaktion. In beiden Bädern lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen zum Lüften, WLAN war schlecht, Netflix haben wir nicht gefunden, im Wohnzimmerschrank war noch eine leere Bierdose, ...

Easy access to FCO airport (20 minutes) We only spent the night, arriving late, so didn't bother complaining during the stay. If we'd had more time I would have checked out and looked for an alternative. Would not recommend. Needs to be renovated. Have been at dozens of booking.com locations, this was our first disappointment. I don't understand how their rating is so high. Very run down apartment. Rusty appliances, uncomfortable sofa beds in the living room ( our son moved to the floor in the middle of the night) No hot water in the showers (comes and goes), moldy bathrooms. One of the toilets didn't work properly, one of the AC units didn't cool. As others have noted, you need a phone with active internet to access the apartment. Phone coverage is spotty near the door so it doesn't always work... Why they don't just provide a code instead is unclear.

Les 2 SDB Tb L'emplacement de la résidence dans un quartier populaire permet de nous mettre dans l'ambiance de Rome. 35 à 45 minutes du centre ville permet de visiter le matin et de revenir le midi et reparti dans l'après midi. Proximité des commerces appréciables. Il faudrait mettre le double de couverts et de verres.

• Quoc (5/5): Good place but NOT good host/customer service - decent price vs value. The apartment have 2 bathrooms is that is a plus for a group. Not very supportive or responsive host/company. They act like they already provided all the correct information until we show proof when texting, gave us the wrong Wifi password, no remote control for the air conditioners but still say 'its in the rooms' with absolutely no other support. The guidance video was not helpful since there is no marker to know where we are going. Overall very bad customer service.

• Abril (7/5): Nice and cozy, far from center - Apartment was big and comfortable. It was clean ans nice. The level of responsiveness from the Host was nice and always on time. Location. It is absolutely far from rhe center (around 1 hr by bus/train). The closest bus stop is approx 8 blocks from the apartment (10min walk). The neighborhood is 5 out of 10. If you are okay taking 1 hr to transport to the center and attractions then this is okay.

Speedy internet connection, received the password to connect and access the building and appartment. Two bathrooms, excellent for two couples. Good communication with the host. With result we stayed outside 1 and a half hour searching for the right one and had to spam calling the staff that helped us with the apartment. Plus it didnt have netflix as it says on the discription

• Tevfik (10/5): Fantastic - I stayed with my family. Rome was hot. We needed AC(air conditioner). And there were 3 AC devices. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Amenities quite satisfactory. Only downside(if i had to mention one) is that the location was kind of a crowded suburban. We had car so it was not a big deal for us. Did i mention the AC? It was a lifesaver. AC and all amenities

At first, we couldn’t find the right building as it’s a bit difficult to navigate, however it was clean and had lots of amenities. Our gps sent us through one of the backroads when we arrived so the location looked a little unusual, however it’s actually a nice neighborhood

• Panapa (7/5): Better than initial thoughts! - The apartment itself was great. Really spacious and clean and had everything you need especially for a family with kids. Host had fantastic communication and let us drop bags before check in time so we could go into town to explore. . When we first arrived in the area, we were a little shocked as it's pretty different to NZ. It is very run down, lots of graffiti and rubbish everywhere. We considered looking for a better option. But the neighbourhood was actually great with good places to eat at really good prices - a lot better than near the tourist hot spots. The location to town is a little tricky as you have to train then transfer to a metro which from the apartment takes about an hour. Once you work it out it's not bad but a lot more time on your feet! Electric scooters can help lessen the km you have to walk.

Too far away from the city center, taxi is canceling a lot because of the location, instructions of how to get to the flat missing and confusing at the end. You can open the door only with the app - when your phone dies, you are screwed...
