• Luca (9/5): very good for a weekend - clore to everything nothing
• Virag (9/5): Long weekend with family as first timers - It was at a great location, close to all types of public transport, the apartman was spacious, very comfortable for 7 people. Kitchen was also suitable for preparing breakfast. Some parts of it could have been cleaner (windows, bathroom) and there was no bedsheets prepared for those who slept on the couch. Later on we found it in a closet but it would have been nicer if we did not have to look for it in another room.
• Kennis (8/5): Will come again next time - Excellent location with tube station downstairs, easy commute to London city landmarks. With free parking is very rare. Iceland at 5mins walking distance. Only Downside is quite noisy due to too close to the tube, you can hear the train very 5-10mins during your sleep.
• Asmida (6/5): Overal okay, but could’ve been better - Great location, easy access to the tube station. Free parking to those bringing their cairs. We requested for their consideration to check in a bit earlier in the afternoon as our flight arrived early in the morning and were told the property would not be ready, but was offered to drop our luggages. We dropped our luggages and obviously the apartment was not ready. Bed linens, pillow cover etc were still hanging on the rack in the living room. Kitchen sink was wet. We left as instructed in the message and came back later after check-in time (2 pm). Nothing changed, damp linens were still on the racks. We had to fold and place them in the cupboard ourselves. We wouldn’t mind doing that, if they make it clear to us and consider our request in the first place.

• Oliwia (7/5): Good - Great location, station right next to the building, comfortable beds and great view from the balcony. The apartment wasn’t as clean as it should be and there wasn’t any toiletries as in description. Adding more keys would be great as just one is not enough for bigger groups.

• Katriina (9/5): Group: 3 adult and 2 teens - The appartment was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Lots of room and dishes, little shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, easy traffic connections to the central of London and the tourist attractions. We had a great stay! The windows need cleaning, because the viev is so great and you will want to admire it.
• Emma (1/5): I strongly recommend against staying in this apartment. - I have never had such a bad experience with an apartment. The washed sheets were hung on the clothes hanger instead of being left to dry. We checked in at 10:30 PM, and it took us 15 minutes to find the key. When we were ready to move our luggage to the 10th floor, both elevators were out of order. The security guard informed us that they would be fixed the next morning. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I strongly recommend against staying in this apartment.
• Kate (1/5): AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - the aparement is spacious DO NOT STAY HERE, WE WERE TOLD IT WAS FREE PARKING AND WE NOW HAVE A £300 FINE, AS ITS NOW ESCALTED AS IT WASNT RESOLVED THE FINE AMOUNT HAS INCREASED. THE PROPERTY OWNER IGNORES ALL MESSSAGES. The oven didnt work and I was ignored when asked for assistance

• Julio (10/5): It’s was wonderful - It’s so near exactly all: supermarkets, train, metro and bus station ! The neighborhood is lookalike stranger.
• Inês (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect and view was super nice! There was no toilet paper available, but that’s the only issue, and we ended up just buying 4 pack for £1. I would recommend anyone to stay here!
• Jill (3/5): Dirty and disappointing.. - Location to metro line but VERY noisy. Noise from metro line. On arrival, we found 13 wet, smelly towels plus sheets hanging in the closest. Recent reviews highlighted the same problem and appear to be ongoing. Overpowering smell to the brand of detergent used, anyone with sensitivities to perfumes would struggle. Blood splattered wall in bathroom with broken heated towel connection showing bare wires. Black mound in bathroom. Broken balcony furniture with rubbish stacked in the corner. The place needs a good clean. No tea towels. Broken coffee press. Sent a message to the host but had no reply.

• Elena (10/5): Great solution for a few days in London - Neet and tidy, spacious, quite modern and with great view from 10th floor. Good location, even if not right in the center it is literally just behind the metro station so it’s easy to get anywhere. A suggestion could be to replace the towels that seemed quite used.
• Hanna (6/5): If you don’t mind compromising comfort and bringing your own toiletries and hair dryer for a good location with easy ac - The property was right next to the station, you could get to the main attractions within 5-20 minutes, it was such a good location. The apartment is also spacious. Although the flat appeared clean, the beds were quite musty. The linen hadn’t dried properly and it didn’t smell like it was washed. The pillows were the worst, they all have such an unpleasant odour. Toiletries (shampoo and soap) and a hairdryer were not in the property, although it is advertised as being included. This made it really annoying having to find toiletries at 23:00 with stroppy young children after a long hot day of going around London. If this was clarified as not being provided in the booking we could have at least prepared ahead for this.

This apartment says it fits 7 - not only was the sofa bed hard as a rock, it was tiny and couldn’t fit 2 grown adults. There was no toilet paper given to us either. No fan in the bathroom

• Rodney (4/5): Great location, but disappointing for a group of 6 - It was spacious, great view, very close to the centre of London. Close to transport. Beds were comfy The doona on one of the beds was dirty. The sofa couch had a hole in the springs and the springs stuck out. We couldn't use it and had to setup cushions on the floor to make a bed. The front door didn't lock at all. There was a washing machine, but nowhere to hang clothes, in fact, sheets and towels from previous guests were in the cupboard drying, which gave a musty smell to the unit. The curtains in the lounge were broken so we couldn't close them.

• Charlotte (7/5): Poor location instructions but great apartment - The apartment is clean, furnished well, good amenities, and the location right next to Shadwell DLR is perfect. The communication in advance of the stay was good. The booking didn't include the actual address of the property, just the street name so I simply couldn't find it! There were instructions to try and find the key safe on the street but they weren't clear either. There are a number of key safe/lockboxes on walls on the road as there are lots of apartments. So it took me near 30 mins to find the right door and the actual key safe through trial and error! And when I reached out by message and tried to call the owner there was no reply (until that night when they said they had 'issues' with notifications). So whilst the actual apartment was good and I'd stay there again, the owner needs to update the actual location and entry instructions!

The only thing we did not like is that there was no toilet paper, no kitchen paper. Not enough towels especially for the bathroom floor where everything gets wet because of the sink and shower.

Just one minute away from SHADWELL station and 10 minutes by walk from Whitechapel station. There are many good restaurants and supermarkets next to the building.
