Questi giorni sono stati molto importanti per me, perché non vedevo mia madre da 4 anni. Ero molto emozionata e allo stesso tempo preoccupata, perché stavo per incontrarla e desideravo che tutto fosse perfetto. Mi preoccupavo molto dell’hotel, della posizione, della pulizia e del servizio, perché volevo fare una bella impressione su mia madre e rendere questi giorni indimenticabili per entrambe. Soprattutto perché venivo in un posto completamente nuovo per me. Ma il vostro hotel ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. Anche se avevo visto le foto, non riuscivo a credere che fosse davvero così bello nella realtà. Ancora una volta, grazie di cuore — già dal primo giorno ho capito di essere in ottime mani. Tornerò sicuramente da Londra a Roma e sarò sempre una vostra cliente fedele. Scriverò sicuramente anche una recensione sul vostro sito. Tutto era così vicino e comodo che davvero mi mancano le parole per descriverlo. L’unica cosa che posso dire è che non voglio andare via. Grazie mille ❤️ I highly recommend this place — it’s truly amazing! The rooms are fabulous, very clean, and comfortable. It’s also quite close to the station, about an 8–15 minute walk. I understand that some people may not prefer walking that distance, but honestly, if that’s a concern, then visiting Rome might not be the best fit — because walking is part of the experience ❤️ Before booking, I checked the reviews myself, so I knew what to expect. If you’re planning a trip and feeling unsure about the hotel, don’t worry — just book it, go, relax, and enjoy your stay. There’s really nothing to stress about!

• Kamila Sz (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt w Rzymie🌞 - Mały, zadbany, przytulny pokój z dużą łazienką, wyposażony w klimatyzację, lodówkę i sejf. Maksymalnie na 2 osoby. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Świetny taras z widokiem na akwedukty. Rolety i zasłony chroniące przed słońcem. Niedaleko do stacji metra, można łatwo dojechać do centrum Rzymu, a wieczorem odpocząć od zgiełku w apartamencie, w spokojnej dzielnicy. Dookoła są restauracje, sklepy, kawiarnie. Przyjazny personel, pozwolono nam zameldować się wcześniej, gdy tylko pokój był gotowy, za to serdecznie dziękujemy! Przydałyby się łyżeczki do filiżanek oraz czajnik elektryczny.

Il parcheggio gratuito segnalato tra le caratteristiche in realtà non c'è. Chi viene in auto deve parcheggiare per strada dove può e riesce. Non è stato possibile utilizzare la macchina del caffè nella mia camera: il contenitore era calcificato impedendo il passaggio dell'acqua.
• Karin (6/5): Unsere Erwartungen wurden wegen der fehlenden Küche nicht erfüllt - Auf der Webseite wurde die Nutzung einer Gemeinschaftsküche angeboten. Auch sollte ein Esstisch vorhanden sein. Es gab keinen Zugang zur Küche. (Die Gastgeber wollten nach unserer Reklamation wegen der Küche diesen Part auch f der Website streichen). Im Zimmer gab es lediglich einen Minischreibtisch mit einem Drehstuhl. Die „Minibar“ war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Im Zimmer hätte ich wenigstens 2 Trinkgläser erwartet. Fehlanzeige. Es gab keinen Hinweis auf die Nutzung von WLAN. Wir mussten das telefonisch klären. Ansonsten war das Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Alles super sauber!

• Irina (10/5): - Понравилось все. Отличное месторасположение, мы долго выбирали, остановились на этих апартаментах и не прогадали. Было очень чисто, комфортно, не далеко от метро. Вообще мы сделали выбор, что надо выбирать жильё возле метро, так как на метро можна добраться в любую точку Рима. Еще не далеко от аэропорта, тоже плюс.

• Bettina (8/5): - Die Anbindung zur Metro ist gut allerdings ist schon eine Weile Metro angesagt zum Zentrum von Rom. Ich habe mehrfach versucht anzurufen bis endlich mal jemand ans Telefon gegangen ist. Es wurde nicht mit uns persönlich kommuniziert, sondern man öffnet von woanders die Türe und dann ist es etwas wie ein Bunker. Achtung parken ist nicht möglich. Es gibt nur ein Parkplatz wenn einer irgendwo weg fährt und nicht direkt seinen Freund anruft der da hinparken soll.

We had some issues with the AC for the first day which was a bit unpleasant but the host gave us a second room just for sleeping with a better air conditioner. :)

• Frederic (7/5): Good - The room was very clean and getting into the room while being on the phone was easy. The location is nice and the metro can be reached easily by foot. The indicated free parking means that parking on the street in the zone is free, there is no dedicated parking for this apartment. We oversaw the early check out time (09:30) when booking this room, which was not ideal for a one-night stay with late arrival. The neighbors can easily be heard during the night and the balcony was a shared balcony with a neighboring room.

• Yuri (9/5): The staff was kind and very comfortable. - The location was great and it was very pleasant to walk around the nearby park. The jet bath was very comfortable. The changing lighting in the room created a nice mood and was fun. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. I think it would be more comfortable if the linens were changed and toilet paper was added.
• Sawicki (8/5): Beautiful and spacious room, interesting bath, exceptional gelateria nearby - I really liked the decor, the colourful lights that one can adjust to one's liking, and also the fact that both the room and the bathroom are really spacious (in particular, there is both a shower and a bath in the bathroom!). Despite little command of English, the host was really eager to communicate with us and help us in our needs (e.g. she provided an iron and ironing board). One of the features of the bath didn't work, all of the functioning features were too strong to my taste. Perhaps with non-black shelves this wouldn't be the case, but with black ones, dust was clearly visible on them.

• Yuliia (8/5): We liked this place - The room is very clean, especially the bathroom. The area is quiet, you can sleep peacefully. It was quite easy to find a parking spot. There are restaurants in the area. Subway and McDonald's are 10 minutes away by foot. There was a problem with hot water, but the owner quickly resolved that issue. If you are by car, you can go to the catacombs, there is good and convenient parking, and it is relatively close. If you're being picky, the view from the window looks straight into the windows of the neighboring house. Aqueducts on the side, if you look out of the window.

I’m not sure how one could check this beforehand. Also, check-in is done remotely via phone. Not the most hospitable method.

Great open food and vegetable market near property and beautiful view of aqueduct. Some difficulty traveling from Fiumicino airport but because of rail strike and extremely long wait for expensive taxi. Not really a direct issue for property.

Check in is at 3:30? Thats is very odd compared to most hotels. No reception which makes the check in is very difficult, if you dont have a phone and keep calling you will have a hard time
• Ana (10/5): Amazing and comfortable stay at this beautiful B&B! - Beautiful view to a beautiful and grand park; convenient location near the metro, restaurants, market and shopping. The B&B Was beautiful, renovated and extremely comfortable and chic. The hosts were incredible!! They provided us with amazing recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area and even helped us with ordering a taxi a head of time. The taxi was waiting for us in the morning at the time we asked. In addition, they were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. HIGHLY recommend!!! We LOVED everything about this stay!

• Petra (9/5): A wonderful apartment with an amazing view, loved the morning walks in the parc. - Loved the view over the beautiful parc in front of the appartment. Enjoyed a walk in the parc there everyday. It is a cosy neighborhood near a market and lovely restaurants. I personally avoided the tourist centre of Rome, but if you are more on a sightseeing tour, you can easily reach the centre via the subway. The bathroom is lovely and the lighting that can be switched into different colors is a beuatiful bonus. Blue/white light to wake up and red light in the evening for a good night of sleep. The hosts where also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! One night I had neighbors who were a bit loud. There is a simple breakfast available which is mostly very sugar rich. I would advise to create also a more healthy breakfast alternative like fruit or some vegetables (maybe ask beforehand to the customer). The market place is nearby though, so it is also easily to provide for the customer themselves :-D

Sara was available to help and anytime and gave us her personal number incase we needed anything! Fab stay and wonderful hosts. • Khrystyna (10/5): Exceptional - Good location - I had also a terrase with a view on the beautiful ancient Aqueduct park. I stayed for 3 nights, and the host told me to take anything I like from the bar (croissants, drinks, cookies). The room looked luxury, with a special lightning and huge smart TV. The bedroom was modern, smelled great, there were towels and soap, also an air conditioning. There was also a small coffee machine with intricate coffee sticks, so you can enjoy your coffee sitting in your terrace. The keys are given to you from the whole doors, there is no reception, by I did not need it. They also clean every day, if you wish, and let you leave your beggage. Approximately 8 km from the downtown, you can use subway (metro) A - the way takes 20-25 min. There are lots of cafes and shops near the metro station (8 minutes on foot). The stuff was helpful and nice. Free Wi-Fi. Everything was great! Just some tips from an experienced hotel manager: you could add slippers. Plus, a person needs to have a local sim card, or roaming with an internet to call the stuff to check-in - there is no any signs where the hotel is (it's on the 5-th floorbehind the building's door), so you may have problems with it - maybe you can explain your guests what's the procedure and where they will be met, or where should they go. Thanks goodness that I needed the Google maps and I had the roaming internet, otherwise I would have a big problem to find my apartment.
