• ESTELLE (8/5): Un très bon séjour dans un appartement équipé, confortable et très bien situé - Nous avons apprécié l'appartement dans son ensemble ; les espaces sont grands et confortable, la literie est excellente, la télévision appréciable, le wifi gratuit Le quartier est très agréable et les nuits sont très calmes car l'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure des boulangeries tout près, des restaurants traditionnels et très bons dans la rue d'à côté. L'accès au tram à 3 minutes à pied Le propriétaire Pavel est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. Trajet appréciable aller et retour si vol le matin et tarif très correct (moins cher que les taxis) Nous avons aussi apprécié la présence de thé tisane et café + sucre sel huile vinaigre etc. Nous suggérons au propriétaire l'installation de lampe de chevet et de compléter l'équipement de la cuisine (qui est correct mais mériterait d'être complété)
• MartiT (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Praga - L'appartamento è molto grande, con un ampio soggiorno e camere spaziose. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla città vecchia e con molti servizi e ristoranti proprio accanto alla struttura. Gli host sono stati molto presenti e disponibili.
• Naudina (10/5): Ļoti patīkama pieredze - Saimnieki atsaucīgi. Paši apartamenti mājīgi, viss tīrs, atrodas ļoti ērtā vietā. Lieliska pieredze viss bija labi

Určitě se sem někdy vrátíme. - Prostorný apartmán se 2 ložnicemi, výborná lokalita pro návštěvu Národního divadlo - 5 minut pěšky, vedle hospoda u Fleků, v noci naprostý klid. Vstřícný a příjemný majitel nám umožnil dřívější check in. První večer nám bylo zima, při příjezdu 18,5 st, apartmán se vyhřál na 21 stupňů až v den odjezdu. V ložnicích nebyly u postele žádné lampičky u postele. Hlavní stropní světlo bylo schováno pod patrovou postelí - hodně šero. Velké zrcadlo by se hodilo pro shlédnutí garderoby před odchodem do ND. Zásuvka v koupelně nefunkční.
• Moustapha (8/5): Perfect Choice for Groups in The Heart of The City - The location is as perfect as it should be, with literally 5 minutes walking distance from some top rated breakfast options, a mini market next door that open until after midnight, a 10 minutes walk to city center and sight seeing, and of course tram is passing by, but it is as quite as you can have a peaceful sleep at night. The hosting team was very helpful, flexible, cooperative, and resourceful. The space! Beds can accommodate up to 7 adults, plus a good size reception, and easy in&out form the building. Minor enhancements but overall a very pleasant place to stay at. Don't expect a view as it is in the ground floor. Ventilation and Plumping can be enhanced a bit.

• Raffaele (7/5): Posizione e pulizia ottima, ma con qualche neo! - Struttura molto pulita e accogliente,in una posizione ottima, Pavel ottimo host molto disponibile! Cuscini improponibili, impossibile dormire bene! Solo un asciugamano per 4 notti! Impossibile chiudere la finestra in bagno, e mancanza di una fonte di calore (bagno sempre freddo) Per avere il massimo del punteggio sarebbero bastate poche decine di euro…. Sarebbe bastato avere qualche cuscino piu comodo, e là possibilitá di chiudere la finestra in bagno( sostituita da un pexiglass con dei buchi per far passare l’aria)
• Reinhard (10/5): - Alles perfekt wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und bequem. Absolut zentral gelegen und ruhig. Pavel war super nett und behilflich um unser Auto am Sonntag vom eigentlich geschlossenen Parkplatz los zu eisen Einziges Manko war das Bad. Keine Heizung was bei winterlichen Temperaturen etwas Gewöhnung erfordert.
• Vanni (10/5): Soggiorno Top - Appartamento magnifico in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città a piedi o con i mezzi. Struttura spaziosa, calda e accogliente. Zona silenziosa nonostante sia vicinissima al centro. Proprietario gentile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, anticipandoci il check in e organizzandoci la navetta aeroportuale. Qualche piccolo consiglio da host, utile per alzare ancora di più il livello: -aggiungere comodini vicino ai letti -appendi asciugamani in bagno -un asciugamano in più -aggiunta di uno specchio in camera

• Tamara (8/5): - Lokacija, sadrzaj apartmana. Parking u ljubicastoj zoni u blizini apartmana 1.6e po satu, vikend nam je bio besplatan. Peskiri, u kupatilu je uvek hladno jer se prozor ne zatvara. Neprijatan miris jedne sobe.

• Oksana (8/5): - Super Lage, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, man braucht kein Bus, keine Straßenbahn, keine U-Bahn...Allerdings sind die Parkgebühren in der Innenstadt nicht günstig, muss man bedenken, wenn man mit Auto anreist. Von den Besitzern wurde ein Parkplatz empfohlen, welcher günstig sein soll, man soll eine Nummer anrufen damit die Schranke geöffnet wird-hat nicht funktioniert-Kommunikation mit demjenigen war nicht möglich-hieß dann nur no parking here. Wir haben dann im Parkhaus am Theater, gleich um die Ecke geparkt, kostet ca. 30,00 EUR pro Tag, dafür ohne Probleme. Bezüglich der Unterkunft waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Wer keine zu hohen Ansprüche stellt, ist die Unerkunft für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Es gab je Person nur ein Duschtuch, keine Handtücher zusätzlich, für 3 Tage war es ok, bei längerem Aufenthalt würden wir eigene mitnehmen. Ausstattung in der Küche war auch ok, sodass fürs Warmmachen oder für schnelles Zubereiten des Essens alles da war..Check Inn ist nicht kontaktlos, mann soll schon genaue Uhrzeit der Anreise mitteilen, man wird dann in Empfang genommen und Schlüssel übergeben, hat auch gut funktioniert, die Kommunikation per Whats Apo mit den Besitzern war einwandfrei. Insbesondere wegen der Lage würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen...
• Nieścioruk (10/5): Ukryty klejnot Pragi - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz niesamowicie miły i wyrozumiały właściciel Pan Piotr. Apartament był bardzo przestronny, dobrze wyposażony oraz czysty. W niedalekiej odległości linia metra, Parking podziemny (nie należy do obiektu), sklepy oraz świetna restauracja "U Mateja". Biorąc pod uwagę stosunek ceny do jakości nie ma chyba lepszego apartamentu w całej Pradze. Brak zastrzeżeń:)

• Francisco (10/5): - Loved everything! Excellent location, very central; we could walk everywhere or take a tram nearby if needed. It’s also a cozy and clean apartment, comfortable beds! The windows face a backyard, so it is extremely quiet. The hosts were amazing, super helpful and attentive. I fully recommend!

Hôte très accueillant et disponible.Je recommande cet appartement. - Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prévu mais nous avions une quantité de thés, tisanes et du café à notre disposition. Appartement très bien équipé. Très calme. Accueil très sympa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la navette aéroport à l'arrivée et pour le départ prévu très tôt le matin. Aucune remarque négative à formuler.

• Gaia (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno al centro di Praga - Appartamento in una zona centralissima e ben posizionato. Si raggiungono facilmente i mezzi di trasporto e il centro città non è molto distante. Zona tranquilla e piena di localini o bakery dove poter andare. Casa pulita e fornita di tutto l’occorrente, se non addirittura di più. Propietari gentilissimi e disponibi.

• Svitlana (10/5): - Чисте, приємне, помешкання. Відповідало опису і фотографіям. В кухні було все , для приготування їжі. Також господарі забезпечили каву, чай та різні приправи. Велика кількість посуду. Думаю тут може відпочити товариство навіть з 7 осіб. Розташування близько до центру. Милий господар. Надав допомогу у виборі паркінгу. Підвіз до паркінгу, коли ми поверталися додому. Ми гарно провели час у цьому помешканні. Нам дозволили поселитися раніше на 3 години без додаткової оплати. Ліжка не скриплять .😄😄😄
• Ricarda (8/5): - Die Lage um Prag zu besichtigen ist super. Die Wohnung ist groß, ruhig und praktisch. Wir konnten gut unsere Räder im Innenhof abstellen und an den Fenstergittern der Wohnung sichern.

• Katherine (10/5): Very Comfortable stay!! - We like everything in here!! You guys should check this out as the hosts are very accommodating, nice and considering. Comfortable stay and very cozy ambiance. Will definitely book again if we're coming back to this country. True to pictures posted. You can message host anytime of the day and they will reply. Good for more than 4 persons I think. With free coffee's and tea's. Generous with stuff's like tissues and some stuffs. We like it 100% just to add maybe a whole body mirror for the outfit checks haha

• Akshayhiremath (10/5): An excellent apartment - neat, spacious, central and well equipped - with a very helpful host. - Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was very spacious, neat and well equipped with a TV, washing machine, kitchen appliances, and basic essentials (tea, coffee, sugar etc). The host offered a great service of a pick-up from the airport or station at a very reasonable cost. The host also met us to welcome us and hand over the key. The location was great, with central Prague being a fairly short walk away, and eateries and shops being very close. Lastly, the host was very responsive and helpful, and allowed us a slightly late check-out when we requested for one. There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. Perhaps a dish washer would have been useful.
• Hill (9/5): Fantastic centrally located flat. Really clean and well equiped. - The flat has a great location, really central. It's on the ground floor of a mansion block, looking into a courtyard - so is a little dark. The flat is really clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed, including a washing machine - which was helpful. There are two bedrooms, both of which have also have beds on internal platforms - so it was easy to fit a family of four in - we could have fitted a few more in. My kids loved it. Nothing really - it worked really well, and was really central. There's only one bathroom (with only one toilet / shower) - so this might a problem for bigger groups.
• Elias (9/5): Bang for the buck and a well equipped apartment! - The location of this apartment was perfect! Centrally located close to the old town area. The apartment is equipped with all the utilities that you need and is clean and in my opinion better than on the pictures. Right next to the apartment there are several bars and restaurants and the restaurant recommended by the co owner "U Matěje Kotrby Restaurace a Bar" serves Pilsner for just 49 CZK. So I would recommend grabbing some beers there and a lunch soup when you arrive :) Pavel and Karolina are wonderful hosts and can get you a transfer from the airport if needed. Everything was provided in terms of bed sheets and towels but the towels were a bit small. The beds were perfectly fine but the one on one of the lofts could have been comfier.

• Sietze (10/5): To short 😊 - Karolina and her father have a beautiful apartment the most perfect location. Train station, old city center and new city center are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. They where very helpful arranging daytrips, taxi’s, restaurants etc. Would recommend it to everyone!
