• Hladchenko (5/5): - Ліжко було зручним. Все інше 50/50% Прохання до власника повісити телевізор вище, бо лежачи в ліжку не зручно дивитись . І прикрити величезну діру від цигарок, якоюсь ковдрою
• Olha (8/5): - Понравилось абсолютно всё. Комната небольшая, но есть всё необходимое. На кухне также есть необходимая посуда. На сколько хорошее месторасположение не знаю, т.к были на авто и не было привязки к общественному транспорту. К сожалению, так получилось, что не работал WiFi. О проблеме сообщили по телефону, но из-за того что выходные дни были, не получилось исправить. Но это не самое главное! ))

• Lucie Mik (7/5): - Parkování v ceně, prostorný apartmán pro 2 dospělé a 1 male dítě, check in video, vybavena kuchyň (ikdyz skromně- 4 talíře, 1 hrnec, příbory, sklenice) Díra v gauči, rozbita rychlovarna konev, garáž nešla zavřít, když jsme psali majiteli, neodpovídal, pak jsme volali - mluvil špatně anglicky, nakonec snad pochopil a řekl "no problem" , vjezd do garáže je velmi úzký, měli jsme problém se širším autem

• Lyna (4/5): It was disappointing - I liked that there was a fridge and I had the ability to put food away and a bed to sleep, the bed was comfortable. The sofa was really uncomfortable and I felt that the property was very old and dirty especially the blue sofa.

• Konstantina (3/5): Poor - The communication with the host was very difficult. He didn’t reply to my multiple message and he did he answered only in German. I booked the specific accommodation just because of the private parking. But 1 day before the check in he sent me a text in German that not even the Google translate could translate it. What I managed to understand was that the private parking was not in use. I tried to communicate with the host to find a solution and he answered 1 hour before the check in. Thankfully the customer service took care of everything! The misinformation of the host. The sheets were very yellowish. The Netflix is not an extra service but just the tv is a smart tv. Tye window shutter can’t be completely shut off.
• Chandrasekhar (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing just the location, the owner was responsive to guide me the details for check in. The location was next to shops. Internet was good, TV had Netflix. Dirty, it was very smelly and we were smelling smoke.. Kitchen utensils were very dirty, kettle was full of hard eater scales, for me overall it was not hygienic. Also it looked very dingy for me to stay with family.

• Arjan (8/5): Very good - We booked for 1 night to split our journey. The owner sent us a video about how to find the key, park the car and get into the apartment. This video was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and all we need was there: a small kitchen corner, coffee, tea, TV with Netflix (which we did not use). We were with 4 persons: there was 1 double bed, a small mobile bed and a sofa that could be used as a bed. We could eat in a nearby restaurant on the other side of the street (apr. 300m across a bridge). In the morning we could buy everything for breakfast in the nearby Norma (apr 200m). The apartment itself was quiet at night we could sleep well. For 2 persons, the apartment would be good enough for a longer stay as well. Public transport is also nearby. Only some small things, that are not so important: there were no coat racks or hooks for our coats, we id not find a tea towel for drying the dishes. (soap etc for doing the dishes was available, which was great). For the sofa we did not find a sheet to cover it when sleeping on it.

• Maret (7/5): Overall, perfect stay for two people, good and economic stay for a family of three to four! Recommend! - Very clean!!! Precise directions (video) which were easy to follow. Comfortable bed, extra bed ok for a kid, would be a bit light for a grown up. All essential equipment in the kitchen. Shampoo on the bathroom. Comfortable temperature in the room, peaceful and calm in the flat, shops and Mc Donalds nearby. Good parking place underground. Very convenient location from motorway. Very small. As we arrived late in the evening, it was already dark and although we tried different switches in the hallway, we could not turn on the lights when trying to find the flat. Advertised as suitable for four people, there were enough sleeping places for four but beddings for three people only. No kitchen towels and no big bath towels. Only two chairs and not enough space for sitting at the table with four people.

• Peyush (4/5): Not a good vlaue for money - Only one thing that this property has Lift. Everything was very difficult right from checkin, i tried calling host several times but no answer. Video of checkin was not opening (could have send video some days in advance). I was waiting for long time with family on road. House is overpriced for the overall stay (from ambians to space & facilities). Towels provided were not even bath towels (too small). There were insects on floor.

• Dmitrij (8/5): Good place for short stay - The apartment was clean and perfect for a one night stay, there were 2 beds (1 bed for 2 people, 1 bed for 1 person) and a couch, all the necessary kitchen appliances also were there. The only things that the apartment lacked were wire hangers for clothes and a teapot. Otherwise, everything was alright. The area in which the apartment is located felt a little bit uncomfortable, especially late in the evening, and there is a strong cigarette smell on the apartment's floor, however it does not affect the apartment itself. Overall, it's an alright place for one night stay.

• Ruth (2/5): Disappointing, one cramped room with little equipment and questionable electrical safety. - The property was beautifully clean, and well-located for the tram (4 minutes' walk via the bridge over the main road) and S-Bahn (8-9 minutes' walk). Underground car park, which we didn't need to use and can't comment on. Wi-fi worked well. Host answered enquiries promptly. Property did not match description. A 'one-bedroom flat' implies that there's also a living room. It was in fact just one room + bathroom, very crowded and badly equipped. Bathroom unsuitable for wheelchair user. Oven unusable because plug didn't reach socket; very little crockery (no bowls at all) & no microwave cookware; a vacuum jug but no other equipment for making tea or coffee. Four handtowels only supplied - no teatowel or kitchen towel. 'Ruhig' (quiet, peaceful) in that no noise from neighbours, but traffic noise 24/7 from main road nearby. 'Garden view' was of other people's treetops. Netflix etc. required a password (no instructions on use) and ordinary TV channels not available; no batteries in Sky handset or wall clock. Pictures of room in the listing only obtainable by moving furniture around to make the room seem bigger & removing folding bed. Only two chairs in room; we had to bring in the two balcony chairs to sit down for a meal at the 60cm x 80cm table. No desk, no hangers in wardrobe. Keysafe difficult to find; it turned out to be hidden behind parked bicycles. On our second evening, we filled & turned on the kettle; there was suddenly smoke and flames from its base. No obvious cause, and no damage to socket (though the one next to it had a large crack in the housing). Host offered to bring another kettle, or to refund us if we bought one, but we decided to do without, as we didn't trust the electric wiring after this incident. When we told the host this on our last morning, he said he'd check the wiring after we left. The kettle fire was a horrible experience, though, and left us very shaken.

It was in a nice community. There was a fantastic restaurant just across the bridge. The fridge wasn’t plugged in which was inconvenient as we had food needing refrigeration. The towels were a bit small and to have a warm shower we had no water pressure

• Dusan (10/5): Exceptional - Great communication with a owner, but you have to know German language or use some translator :) Clean nice small apartment. Near few stores around 600m Kaufland, Aldi, and Lidl is 800m. Mc Donald's is 250 m. Great thing there is a parking place in a building. Tram is 500 m from apartment and it goes directly to the old town. It is good situated if you want to continue travel it is few hundred meters from highway 73, and road 4R It is not quite suitable for a four persons. Great for a couple, or couple with a child.

• Kai (9/5): Superb - Quiet suburb, underground parking, peaceful balcony, tower fan, kitchen appliances and amenities, clean. Sofa bed has no sleeping cushion. Sofa bed and foldable bed are uncomfortable.
