- Jil (8/5): - Everything was spotless until I got into the shower and noticed a glob of long hair stuck to the shower wall. If you’re not on the side where the sun hits directly the rooms are dark and drab. Not sure whose idea was it to pain those rooms with dark warm floors but it doesn’t work. If you order food delivery they will not bring it to your room or allow the delv guy up.

Reported it and not remedied.

- Marissa (10/5): - This was such a cute and convenient property! It has the sweetest courtyard cafe, a BEAUTIFUL bar area and areas to sit, relax and study/work. When we first arrived, unfortunately, the room accommodations I had booked were not available. We addressed our concerns to the front desk and they were able to upgrade us to an amazing room towards the end of our stay. The details in the rooms are incredible! Cup ware, serve ware, water carafe, fridge, bottle openers, etc...everything you might need all in your room! They even had heated towel racks! It was also very nice to have a room with air conditioning (my husband likes to sleep cold) which is hard to find in Paris. It was also wonderfully situated between two metro stations (the 7 and the 10) which was incredibly convenient. Such a great hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Paris

- Tor (8/5): Nice stay after issues resolved - In general we enjoyed our stay. Good location, helpful staff, spacious room. But a few issues came up. First we were given a room on the lower lever. It was very dark-the only windows looked out into the public dining/lounge area so we had to keep the curtains closed. They were able to move us to a higher room the next day. The lighting in both rooms was very dim--only overhead spots, no reading lights. We overheard another patron complain about this as well. Finally, we found a sticker in the bathroom that said the water was not potable! How could a hotel room not have potable water? It was not until the next morning that we got information that this sticker applied only to the toilet and was for people who brought dogs that might drink from the toilet. But we were not told about this up front.
- chris (10/5): - Had a great stay here. Enjoyed 2 meals in the hotel - best fillet steak ever, so good we had it twice on successive evenings! The public areas are particularly impressive. Our room was compact but had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and revisit!
- Kirsty (8/5): Almost great - We really enjoyed our stay here, but first impressions count and our initial experience was poor. First the good, the hotel is in a great area, less than 10 minutes to Rue Mouffetard with all it’s bistros, bars and shops and close to a couple metro stations to get further afield quickly. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were spacious by Paris standards, plus having a fridge and kitchenette was very handy. The bad…check in was awful. 4pm seems a late checkin anyway, and being so late means it gets very busy. We waited 20+ minutes to get a room key and our bags, not what was needed after a 3am start and a day sightseeing. Also our initial experience at the cafe/restaurant was poor with very slow, and quite rude, service. We didn’t use it again after that and to be honest there’s far better value on the doorstep anyway.

Kitchen and couch were too big for such a small city studio and we missed some place under the sink to put our toiletries. It’s nice that it is always lively because of the restaurant and terrace outside. Prices a bit high in the restaurant. We liked the location a lot! In between two beautiful parks and easy to walk to some highlights.

- Sarah (8/5): - I had a pleasant stay and I'm very grateful for Nadia's assistance. When I arrived, I was feeling quite unwell, and she promptly arranged a medical consultation for me. That was excellent service from her and the entire staff. The room was nice, although the bathroom was a bit small. Unfortunately, the kitchen utensils and sponge/towel were not clean, which was a downside. I would also suggest that cleaning service be made available after every 3 or 4 days of stay.

Hallways are lit but I wish the room lights were brighter or had more light. Area is convenient to transportation but you can walk to almost anything you need nearby-cafes, bakeries, convenience stores and the hop on hop off bus stop is only a 15 min walk!

We ate lunch at the restaurant which was delicious and enjoyed cocktails in the very beautiful courtyard on our first night only as understandably that area was always very busy and sought after. Enjoyed thoroughly.

Great restaurant inside the hotel as well as nearby-a lovely stay for our trip to Paris!

Transportation was readily available by bus and train. The staff was so friendly, the only issues we had were we could not determine how to turn the stove lights off in our room so I had to unscrew the bulbs.

Most serious was the fact that the technician left our DOOR UNLOCKED after fixing coffee machine. Response to complaints left me seriously underwhelmed. A real shame as overall the hotel was excellent.

- Ashley (10/5): - We absolutely loved staying here. Check in and check out were seamless and staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant once for lunch and it was great. We didn’t reserve breakfast in advance but did eat it one morning when we were running behind. We regretted not booking it for a few days because it was much more expensive to do it the day of but the food was fantastic. So many options and interesting things to try, plus a coffee service. Area was walkable. We found several great places to eat and drink a few blocks up the street. Front desk will call you a taxi that arrives in like 2 minutes if you want to go anywhere! The room was on the small side but doable if you stay organized and store your suitcase under the bed. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The fridge and kitchenette were great and well stocked with basic cooking supplies. There is not a daily cleaning service but this didn’t matter to us. I prefer not to have strangers rifling through my room. Laundry service, gym and yoga studio in the basement. Beautiful seating area in the main floor for reading or lounging. Overall, great place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

- Michael (10/5): Beautiful, central, stay here - Such a beautiful property and room! A little small by American standards, but still plenty of space. We had a nearly full kitchen which we did not use, but the room is modern and the AC ran great! The service at the restaurant/bar was second to none. I find service in Europe in general isn't quite as "proactive", but here everyone was attentive and friendly. We had an amazing server that helped us work through the wine list, and the food was amazing. plenty of spaces to remote work, and reception was nice as well. 10/10 will come again!

- Farrah (10/5): - It is rare that you stay at a hotel where the pictures and promises on their website are 100% accurate. This was without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed at. The staff were amazing! Joseph was a huge help at check in (so greatly appreciated after a long overnight transatlantic - MERCI Joseph!). All the other staff we encountered were extremely kind and helpful as well. The location was perfect. Close to metro, impeccably clean and well appointed. In a most fantastic neighbourhood. If you are going to Paris - stay here! You will not regret it.

The hotel is conveniently located by a metro station which made it easy to travel to anywhere in the city, and to the airport. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and quiet The hotel is beautifully decorated and has all the accommodations needed for a short or long term stay. Would stay here again when visiting Paris!
- Sandra (8/5): - Funky design and new but with a few issues. One Bedroom open plan- furniture too big for space leaving minimal space for suitcases to be accessed. Door opens right onto table & chairs and you need to shuffle around this to enter room. Shower head pressure is terrible- did ask for someone to check it- never heard back from anyone so not sure? Hand held pressure was sufficient to rinse shampoo but a pain. They allow non guests to come in & use back common areas for working spaces. They are supposed to purchase from bar/restaurant but we stated 7 nts and saw same people daily all day. Consequently they use the toilets etc. one 2 separate occasions I used these bathrooms - (there are 5 unisex toilets) and there was no toilet paper in 4, & hand soap empty in 2 of the 3.some days there are up to 15 people there working on laptops and it does feel weird walking through here to get to the lifts to all of the rooms. These are also the main bathrooms for the bar and inside dining areas. Check in time is pretty much 4 pm which is getting rather late in the day when check out is 11 am. We asked for a 4 pm check out and they wanted a full days charge! We opted for the additional 2hrs at 40 euros. Breakfast is pretty much continental with cold meats, cheeses etc breads & pastries, barista coffees and hot option of pre cooked scrambled egg , baked beans & hard bacon. No cook to order avail and cost us 25 euros if you pay before check in and 28 euro pp if you take daily.

- Khang (10/5): - It's in a great location, just a short walk to the Pantheon, and 2 min walk to a metro stop. Our family room was spacious and clean. it even has a washer and dryer unit, although the washer was leaking so we only used it once. there were units in the laundry room in the basement you can use for free. The common and dining areas in the garden were hip and inviting. I'd deninitely stay here again.
- Jessica (4/5): - When we arrived we had booked a twin bed and the room had a double instead, went to the front desk to complain and they said they couldn’t move us as the hotel was full but that it was a twin bed but was made up as a double instead as that’s what the previous guests asked for, which made no sense. They told us they would bring us another comforter so we could figure it out but never did. The next day I asked to move rooms and they refused as they said they were still booked full. I told them they needed to at the very least come and split the twins properly with the proper bedding as that’s what we paid for. Never did they offer any compensation or try to make it up to us. We were shoved in a corner room with a view of the garden planter right outside our window. Would not recommend. The restaurants are also very specialty food based and expensive for what it is.

Louise and Dune made us feel like part of their friends. The drinks were amazing and unique using French only products which I loved. There is a restaurant that we tried for dinner, but the menu was very limited and left much to be desired. The rooms were AMAZING! We got a bigger room. It had a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, teapot, expresso machines). It even had a washer and dryer. The room was clean, and everything was brand new! Amenities were great. Area was also good. Very close to notre dame and a few restaurants if you walked 5 minutes in any direction
- Kaatje (8/5): - This hotel is gorgeous and in a wonderful neighborhood! I was able to walk to Notre Dame and the Pantheon and there are so many restaurants and cafes along the way! I would give it five stars, but I was supposed to have a city view, but I was put in some half-basement annex (that I had to lug my 3 suitcases up and down stairs in 2 separate trips to) that offered me a view of the inside of the hotel. The view was better than the transporting of my luggage, though. I'd stay here again, and recommend it, but only if I asked to be on a higher floor and only had a carry-on.

And the in-room washer/dryer was a great surprise! The location is excellent - tucked in a real Parisien neighborhood, super safe and quiet, with good restaurants and a cute plaza nearby. Still in easy walking distance to Louvre and Notre Dame. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable beddings, quiet neighborhood, close to local shops, beautifully designed seating area and roomy courtyard to lounge in the evenings. Rooms tend to be small, which is the case anywhere in Paris. The gym is also well equipped. They keep your luggage if you need to leave it there after checkout. The hotel manager, Laura, was very understanding and helpful when there was an issue with our room. If the hotel is maintained properly, I would definitely go back the next time I'm in Paris.

- LEOPOLDO (10/5): - El hotel es nuevo aprox. 2 meses, bien ubicado en una zona agradable cerca del Panteón y de una Iglesia maravillosa Saint Etienne du Mont que vale la pena conocer y donde se encuentran los restos de Santa Genoveva patrona de Paris, tuvimos suerte de oír misa del Domingo ademas que se encuentra a unos 10 minutos caminando del hotel y en el trayecto se toparan con la Place de la Contrescarpe donde hay varios restaurantes muy agradables para pasar la tarde, tienes estación de metro a 3 min. caminando y si te gusta caminar en 20 minutos te encontraras con la Iglesia de Notre Dame o el Jardin de Luxemburgo. El servicio de recepción fue bueno así como el personal del bar, la habitación que nos toco fue pequeña asi como el baño, la cama bastante buena si como las sabanas. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que no tienen servicio de limpieza a la habitación, espero que solo sea por el soft opening en el que se encuentra el hotel, por lo demás volvería a hospedarme en este hotel

Overall we liked the hotel, my one note is that in the restaurant there are literally hundreds of lights stay on all day, while the place has a glass roof and it’s very bright during the day. Seems so very wasteful and environmentally unfriendly..
