• Marcin (9/5): Very good location if you want to be close to the airport. - The location was perfect for is as it was only 10 mins walk from the terminal 1. The room was good size, big bed but very firm. Clean bathroom with a good size shower. It had a kitchenette with a sliding door so all the heat and the noise from outside was kept away from the room. The staff were nice. The mattress was too firm for us, but that is down to the personal preferences.

• Tien Ho Thuy (8/5): - The location is excellent—very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and situated on a lively street with a great atmosphere. However, since the hotel is inside a small lane, it was quiet and not affected by street noise. The staff were very kind and helpful. Even though we traveled during Lunar New Year and had a tight schedule, they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we needed to catch a bus at 7 in the morning. 😊

• katie (5/5): - Was comfortable enough Pictures online don't match the photos online. The room smelt damp too and the room we had was tiny! I would say the rooms need a bit of a revamp. Another thing... the customer service was good however, the gentleman on the front desk was trying to give us the hard sell on the excursions, before we had even checked in and seen our room. This was via text and when we arrived.
• Richard (4/5): - Late check in. Staff was nice. The forty dollar room they shoved me in.It was nothing like the online pictures. Not even enough room to walk around the bed and some window that was boarded up with plywood. The mattress was uncomfortable and saggy. And the TV didn't even work.

• Kenneth (8/5): OK Hotel for old town. - We were in Hanoi and loved it. Then we left and found we wanted to come back. At the last minute we found this hotel in the middle of Old Town Hanoi. Since we did not book months in advance it was western prices (but to be fair it was also for NYE). We found the room well appointed and clean. Shower was good. Bed's comfort was just OK. We had the suite -- with a couch and chair. Helpful to have something else to sit on. Staff was very helpful. Room was small. We had previously stayed in the Golden Silk Hotel -- this hotel was not as nice. But it was not bad. This hotel served its purpose. Furniture was a little scratched a bit. Shower runs out of hot water after 15 minutes.

• Anna (10/5): The best hotel in Hanoi, where you like like at home - We came back to Aviary hotel because i was do impressed during the first stay. Mr Peter,the manager arranged for us the pick up from the airport and a jeep tour, which was excellent. All staff but specially, Anna was looking after us during our stay making sure we feel very welcome. After spending 7 days outside Hanoi, coming back to Aviary hotel was like coming back home. And the location couldn’t be better in Hanoi. It is just in the middle of The Old Quarter.

Nous avons eu ma famille et moi un belle accueil et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal car il est près et à 2 de tous (commerces, restaurants, massages...)

• Gizem (10/5): Fantastisch - Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en Peter heeft ons uitstekend geholpen bij het boeken van verschillende tours, waaronder Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh en Sapa. Jammer dat er geen uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet was, maar verder was alles goed en de locatie was echt perfect!

• Mark (1/5): Ondermaats - Ik kom vaak in Vietnam, in veel hotels verbleven en heb 2,5 jaar in Hanoi gewoond. Binnen 30m van dit hotel ligt mijn favoriet ontbijtplek, om die reden hier geboekt. Bij binnen komst kregen we vanwege de lobby en het personeel al niet een heel warm gevoel. Mijn vrouw (Vietnamees) merkte dat al meteen op. Toen we in de kamer kwamen, was dit een vervallen ruimte. Baby bedje was gammel, stukken gebroken hout en een uitstekende schroef! Een aantal andere defecten, niet goed schoon en niet geschikt voor ons 11 maanden oude zoontje om rond te kruipen. Een uur na aankomst zaten er 50 mieren op onze omgespoelde babyflesje….. op de 6e verdieping. De dag van aankomst direct ander Hotel gevonden (La Siesta Hang Tung) en hier bij Aivry geannuleerd
• Lorrainne Mae (10/5): One of the best in Hanoi - It is in the center of everything, cafes, resto, beer street and souvenir shops. And the staffs, they are very friendly and helpful especially Anna. Our 3 nights stay became smooth and comfortable because of their help. Will stay here again for sure. The facility is a bit old I think, but overall it was still a great stay, we'll recommend this hotel.

• Sara (9/5): Comfortable hotel in quiet lane - Comfortable hotel very well placed in The Old Quarter close to the lake. It is down a side street so we didn't have any noise from outside. The cleaning staff were quite noisy very early in the morning.

• Gia Bảo (10/5): Tuyệt vời - Khách sạn tiện nghi, có thang máy. Nhân viên, đặc biệt là lễ tân, rất niềm nở với khách, tích cực hỗ trợ khách tìm kiếm địa điểm vui chơi. Phòng máy lạnh rất tuyệt vời trong cái thời tiết như chảo lửa ở Hà Nội mùa hè. Nằm trong ngõ nên dù ngay trong phố cổ nhưng không bị ồn về đêm và ban ngày thì mát mẻ. Phòng mình ở thì không có cảnh quan. Phố cổ chặn xe di chuyển vào cuối tuần nên có chút khó khăn khi đặt xe ôm công nghệ, tuy nhiên lễ tân có hỗ trợ đặt xe hoặc chỉ cần đi tầm 200-300m là có thể đặt xe được.
