• Hassan Ali (7/5): I had a pleasant and comfortable stay the house was clean, well located, and the host was very helpful. - had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again or recommend it to others. Overall, the stay was lovely. The only minor issue was that the garage roller door remote was missing.
• Guest (1/5): Do NOT book this place - The property was close to an awesome playground. This property is an OHS case waiting to happen. The place was dirty upon arrival. The backyard is a HUGE safety issue. The owner left 3 towels for 7 people booked. Absolutely nothing supplied like other houses like simple things such as salt etc. They claim the kitchen is ‘fully’ stocked however it is a lie. There was one spoon just to name one problem with that. There is no reception in Clyde at the best of times and zero reception at the house. The property claims to have WIFI but it was not working. Contacted the owner and he said he will go fix it the next day. Absolutely appalling. The heating wasn’t working at the best of times. The curtains are all broken and in disgusting shape. The bedding was dirty. The pillows are yellow. We had to bring in mattresses and airbeds from a family members just so we could actually sleep as moving places was not the option. We left one day early because the place was not how it’s been advised. The owner is now trying to keep my damage bond because the oven was dirty which is ironic as the ‘cleaning’ supplies left looked like they had been there for months. A damage bond is for damage but I believe the owner is horrible to deal with. A cleaning fee is already added when booking so he is trying to double dip. This case is now being taken further with booking.com. Stay FAR away from booking this place. If only I could upload all of the photos.

• Rooman (1/5): Would like a refund for facilities not working properly and rude host - shower was good The heater wasn’t working properly, the host forced us to try cancel and said he called the police on us, he accused us of breaking his rules even though we did not, he said we were in trouble? wifi there was terrible, nothing was loading. Neighbours were apparently lying to host saying we were breaking rules, never again will I book here. I understand not having a few facilities working even though they were listed on the property but being disrespectful and comparing us to previous guests was highly unacceptable, I had to wait with customer support for about an hour before I got told I could stay, I honestly was shocked at this behaviour and asked customer support if there was any chance we could move our booking some place else. If anything I want a refund for freezing all night while trying to sleep and not having blankets thick enough to keep me nor my girlfriend warm.
