• GUOWEI (4/5): 价格便宜也不能要求太高 - 员工态度 我提前在BOOKING上询问商家是否能来机场接我，是否能提供安静的房间，回复统一是“OK”，但我到达后打电话催促，在机场等了很久都没人来接我，最后我只能自己打车前往。我到达后发现前台接待根本听不懂英语，看来我的电话都白说了。 另外，房间内设施简陋，杯子不够干净，连基本的烧水壶都没有安置。我怀疑店员可能是不好意思拒绝我的接车要求，但应该明确告知客人，这没有关系，但如果答应了却不来，就会令人愤怒。最后我还是要感谢离店时前台主动帮我推箱子到路边打车，希望你们越来越好。
• Dies (3/5): - Dicht bij het vliegveld Eigelijk viel alles tegen ,slecht bed veel lawaai douche erg vies en niks te doen in de buurt , ik had voor 3 dagen geboekt maar ben maar 1 nacht gebleven en snel weg gevlucht naar een hotel midden in de stad .

• Madison (4/5): Disappointing - Not a great experience. Best part was that it was close to the airport. The room was not clean, the walls were full of dust and it felt extremely damp. The bed was very firm. The noise travelled from the hallway directly into our rooms. The staff tried to get us to check out a day early before checking our booking details. I would not recommend even though it is an affordable price.

• Mei (8/5): Very good - Close to Noi Bai airport, very Convienient! Many restaurants around this area. There is a karoke shop around and sings at night time till 10pm. Very noisy, and effected my rest time.

They said we could pay by card but they don’t actually have the technology so they walked us to the business next door and we paid to them (then the neighbours paid the hotel in cash for us). They can arrange airport transfer for 80k
• Laila (1/5): Bad - The location was close to the airport, this is the ONLY thing whatsoever. The mattress was the equivalent of sleeping on concrete. The shower was awful, and the room smelled horribly. I would not recommend this at all.
• Dan (3/5): Good for price and location - The hosts were always available to help, and the Wi-Fi is available at the lobby to help with translations. The experience wasn’t good. We were told at first that everything was fully booked. We were taken to another hotel in front that was filthy. After that, someone in the hotel we booked must have decided to leave because we were told there was a vacancy. However, the bedsheets and the floor were filthy, with pubic hairs everywhere. They were very quick to change the bedsheets, and we stayed for the night. But I wouldn’t recommend this place for a longer stay. There was construction noise from 8 a.m., which didn’t allow me to sleep, and the other guests were extremely noisy and loud at 7 a.m. I could not sleep.

• Siddarth (5/5): Passable - We booked it as it was close to the airport. But we just wanted to confirm it before going there as it was close to an hour drive from our location. Staff doesn’t respond to messages on booking.com or local mobile calls as well. We dropped the plan of going there as after spending so much money and time for a cab, what if we can’t find the hotel and no one from the hotel will answer calls ?
• Maria-eleni (7/5): It was okay! - The bed was comfortable! The internet speed was fine (if you are working online). The location wasn’t great for me. It was close to the airport but not thaaat close so it was difficult to get a grab taxi there (they weren’t accepting the ride). Also very far from the centre so only book if you need to be close to the airport! Bathroom: the shower was leaking and also bring your own toilet paper and hand wash!

The owner tried to scam my friend, driving him to the barber to get haircut and telling the staff to charge him extra - a local that spoke English intervened. Hard to find, wrong location on booking.com/google maps.
