• Konstantina (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν κοντά στον σταθμό μετρό loreto όπου μπορούσες να πας όπου θες άνετα..κοντά υπάρχει το ΜΑG καφέ για πρωινό με εξαιρετικό καφέ και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό..σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια υπάρχουν burger king,kfc κινεζικό, carefour express και φαρμακείο...ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενεστατος τον γνωρίσαμε γιατί οι προηγούμενοι είχαν μπαρει το μπιστολακι μαλλιών μαζί τους και εμείς δεν είχαμε..αμέσως ήρθε από το σπίτι και πήγε και μας αγόρασε καινούριο!!!

• Miguel Angel (9/5): Comodo y un buen espacio para poder sentirse como en casa. - No tenía opción de desayuno. La cama y el colchón, se hunden en el centro y resulta incomodo, para descansar Se echa en falta un poco más de menage, trapos de cocina, cuchillos, etc

• Sara (8/5): Zona molto comoda soprattutto per chi viaggia con cani - Mi è piaciuto l'arredamento della sala in particolare ma soprattutto le diverse aree cani in un unico parco a pochi passi dall' appartamento, davvero molto comodo per chi viaggia con in cani, ma in generale la zona è raggiungibile facilmente e ben collegata L'ingresso un po' malmesso ma comprensibile visto la ristrutturazione del palazzo a fianco credo

• Alexandra (3/5): Central, but not clean, nor comfortable - The location, central, close to major metro stations, Piola and Loreto. Good restaurants around, a lot of stores in Loreto square. Despite the good location, a lot of issues that I've seen other tourists also mentioned since more than 1 year ago: The toilet water was constantly dripping, the bed was not comfortable at all, the mattress was smaller/shorter than the bed, some sockets were removed and electricity wires were visible and thus dangerous. Also, out of the two moka pots, none was good to use, both had rust and mold. I had to vacuum after arriving there because there was dust on the floors and even hair on the livingroom floor. I understand that we paid for the location, but there seemed to be no interest from the host to solve the issues, despite the fact that we announced them from the very first day (moka & dripping water).
• Celena (9/5): great place in great location - the property was very spacious and in a really good location. only about 10 minutes from a couple of metro stations and a quiet neighbourhood. Valeria was our contact for the apartment and was friendly and attentive. she met us to give us the keys when we arrived and it was very easy to leave them behind when we left. close to lots of places to eat and overall a lovely place. there is a large dip in the middle of the bed, but otherwise very comfortable
• Violet (5/5): Passable - It’s was a spacious apartment close to the center of Milan. Great location, close to the metro and buses. Not far from the Sforzesco castle and Duomo by train. My apartment was on the second floor and the elevator was broken, I had three heavy luggage, it was not a fun experience. Valeria helped me take them up but I had to bring them down by myself.

• Luminita (10/5): Holiday in Milano! - A cozy modern designed apartment in an old style building, in a quiet zone. The metro/bus station is on few (~5) minutes distance, also the Centrale train station can be reached in 20 minutes by walk. Supermarket, shops and many places for coffee and food are in the neighborhood, mostly in the metro station zone. It's a good place to start to discover the beauties of Milano! Thank you for hosting, and thank you for the food and drink treats received at arrival! The apartment it's on second floor without elevator. With many or heavy luggages it's a little difficult to go up, but not a big problem for us. The italian expresso coffee pots do not work on the induction hob. Maybe an alternative coffee solution can be added. For us it was ok, as we used the other pot for making turkish coffee.
• Elizaveta (9/5): Superb - Apartment looks exactly like on pictures, nice, clean and comfy. A bit far from city center, but metro station is very close. Host is very friendly and was in touch all the time. Electricity switched off couple times when washing machine was working, and we were told that dishwasher isn't working currently. Other than that we encountered no problems during our stay.
• Svetoslava (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, comfortable apartment near the metro station, bars, supermarkets. In the apartment there is everything that you need to feel like a home There are two air conditions. I would like to thank to Valerio, who Is excellent host He sent to us some links with bars, cafes around the apartment. The apartment was ready at 11 in the morning and he invited us to go in.

• Dennis (6/5): Overall a pleasant stay in a handy location but missing lots of the basics - Location is convenient. Close to the central station, metro, a playground, supermarkets, and some restaurants and cafes. The lounge and bedroom have AC which was necessary during the heat wave. Host gave tips on things to do. Flat's style and decorations were nice, also spacious. Flat was reasonably clean (only the porch needed sweeping). All windows had automatic shutters which creates a good blackout environment for sleeping. Decent value for money. The hosts were not present at the check-in despite lots of communication on our end on when exactly we were arriving. Had to call to get self check-in instructions while we had a very impatient toddler with us. Requested a cot in our booking which is advertised at 5 EUR/night, but none were present at the flat. Decided to risk sleeping with the toddler in the bed which resulted in her falling on the ground one night. Lacked a lot of basics which should have been present given the advertised facilities of kitchenware and toiletries: no sponges for dishes (did provide one old brush that looked like it was used for general purpose, had to buy our own sponges), no bottle for dishwashing liquid (had to buy our own bottle to fill with the provided refill bag), no cooking utensils (e.g. spatulas, had to use metal eating utensils on pots and pans), no toiletries (had to buy our own soap, shampoo, and conditioner), no laundry detergent (had to buy our own). While not advertised, there is a functioning lift that other residents can use, but you cannot (due to keyed operation) which is disappointing as the flat is up quite a bit of stairs. There are also two dishwashers which are not advertised and you cannot use. The cleaning supplies were not great. We found the broom a few days late as it was hidden on the porch. The rubber lining on the dustpan is broken making it difficult to sweep up dust. The vacuum head is broken, and the vacuum container and filters were not cleaned. Beds were very uncomfortable. One was a pullout sofa-bed which was very hard and the bottom cushion gap was right down the middle so very noticeable. The bedroom bed, mattress and springs, was very lightweight and sunk very easily. Had backpain after the first night and had to sleep crooked afterwards to avoid my back bending too much. While this didn't bother us, the hosts/owner should be aware that the toilet has a slight leak and sometimes continuously runs after a flush.
• Jerzy (7/5): nice place, needs some fixings in the bathroom. - cosy space and great location. Freindly person from the host on the arrival. the bathroom sink and the shower tray were undrained - kinda unpleasant experience. No soap to wash hands - the dispenser was filled with the water :) A few days prior to the arrival I had no reposnses from the host (calls, emails, whatsup) so needed to contact Booking for the support. On the place all was Ok and nice, but they could save me some stress and time on the intervention.
• Michal (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, quiet area Bed mattres should have been replaced long time ago. Kitchen equipment could be better - there is no kettle, no tea/coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, etc..

Starting from guiding us through the most convenient mode to reach property to giving recommendations, he made sure that our stay in Milan was well spent and comfortable! The property was very well managed and everything was neatly kept, good locality and good value for money Nothing that I can come across !

• Yohana (10/5): Great communication, nice apartment, walking distance to the train station - The apartment was very comfortable. Michele, the host, was very friendly, the communication was smooth and he was always very helpful. Beds were comfortable.

• Marthe (10/5): perfect - the apartment is super nice, clean, with AirConditioning, not too far from the metro (with 2 lines) with balcony etc. the neigborhood is quiet, communication with the host before the arrival was great, there was someone to host me when I arrived and he gave me suggestions on what to do. check out was super easy nothing really, I just the found the fees for the cleaning was a bit high (especially because I was alone so I didn't really leave the apartment dirty), and maybe it would be nice to have the minimum kitchen supplies (oil / salt / tea / coffee)
