- Camilo (1/5): Worst scam ever - Nothing, I couldn't even stay. When we got there everything was dirty, when I asked the person in charge, they said that no one would come to clean, that the space was abandoned that they were not responsible anymore for the facility and that we should cancel the reservation and stay somewhere else. Everything about this experience, which is more likely a scam and booking doesn't do anything about it.

Two days ago, I sent my passport to WhatsApp for registration. When I entered the room it was not clean. It was dirt. I called the landlord to say it was okay. I leave my backpack here. I said I would be back in a few hours. During this time, they can clean the room. However, he said the registration was cancelled. There were no cancellations. The owner is a fraudster. I called the reservations office. I wrote an email. But my money did not come back. I'm complaining. It's been 4 days and I haven't received my money back yet. did not clean the room. He treated us badly and rudely. He didn't answer any of my questions. It just said to call booking.com. I had to look for another place.
