- Stefan (10/5): -
- uitgeverij (9/5): Fantastisch - ruime kamers. Goede bedden niets
- Marissa (8/5): Overall, it was a great stay and our issues were very minor. We would stay again. - The flat was very pretty, felt cozy and like a real home instead of a rental property, and the location was great. Easy 10-15 minute walk to get to the tube and there were bus stops even closer. Also easy to walk to coffee shops or restaurants. It was a little dusty and there weren't enough linens/sheets for us to access. The washer and dryer were too small/slow for us to launder them easily, and we were charged after the fact for opening up a fresh linen pack.
- Beata (10/5): I highly recommend it. Great location. The house is as advertised. - The house is beautifully furnished. Everything is as advertised. The location is excellent, very close to shops, a pastry shop, a bus stop, and the metro. It's a shame the heating on the lower floors wasn't turned on before we arrived. We weren't able to turn on the radiators ourselves and had to wait for the staff. However, our request was responded to relatively quickly.
- Jaycee (10/5): Excellent home, brilliant area - Beautiful home with plenty of space and beds to sleep in. The home was lovely and clean and everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. We had family in London with us for Christmas and cooked a Christmas dinner for 12 at the house, the kitchen also exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed and more from utensils to oven trays, there was even a whole spices and herb cabinet. The rooftop balcony was lovely to sit out on. Overall it was a brilliant experience and will book again in the future when our family next stay with us. The main entry door lock could be better secured, it was a little loose upon our arrival.

- Masson (9/5): Fabulous, comfortable house in a great, central location - Spacious and very comfortable. Excellent central location but very quiet. Perfect for a big family get together. The house is very well equipped with excellent beds and plenty of bathrooms. The maintenance could be a bit better: we had to unblock one of the showers

- Yeng (7/5): Great location. Needs some attention to cleanliness - The location was great. Easy access to public transport, parks and shops. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was spacious with enough bathrooms. Cleanliness was an issue. Lots of dust and little crumbs around the sofa, the kitchen and kitchen cupboard. The pillows smelled quite musty in one of the rooms.
- Cheri (10/5): The Mews House was a nice place for our stay in London. - The house was the right size for our group of 10. The main living area is on the second floor. There are three bedrooms and laundry facilities on the first floor. The other 2 bedrooms are on the third floor. We appreciated having the washer and dryer to catch up on laundry. There were enough bathrooms and toilets for us. Each bedroom had a hair dryer and a set of towels for each guest. A full size grocery store is about a block away. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we made. Check in/out was easy. We were disappointed in the performance of the air conditioning system. The house is 3 stories. The air conditioning units are on the second and third levels. Cool air didn’t flow down to the three bedrooms on the first floor very well. We made do with several portable fans that were provided by the property. The beds are listed as king size but would be considered full size in the United States.
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frances (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (8/5): Very good accomodation, but needs more attention to presentation !! - Great position, close to local amenities, and very quiet !! There were areas in the house that need a thorough clean for example the Hob, inside of cupboards, behind the seat cushions on the sofa’s .
Down stairs en suite bathroom, Toilet flush took 2 to 3 attempts to flush waste away ??
Cafetière was cracked on arrival .
- Mary (10/5): Would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat! Lovely, lovely home! - Loved the neighborhood. Pubs, restaurants, groceries, bakeries all within walking distance. Two underground stations nearby depending on where you were heading. Neighborhood was very upscale, quiet and safe. To be clear, the property said it was not handicapped accessible but we had 3 80+ grandparents in our travel group. The two flights of stairs were a bit to handle, especially in that no bathroom exists on the main floor where the living room, dining room and kitchen are. We made it work and I am still very pleased with the property but definitely not designed for elderly folks.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Louise (9/5): Great house in an excellent location. - Great size for our group, great communal spaces and plenty of bathrooms.
- Claire (9/5): Loved the house! perefect location and safe right by the cop shop :) -
- Eleni (10/5): Exceptional - the rooms, the living room was very spacious and the whole house had a very good decoration the check out was at 1000am , there was someone for inspection at 0955am
- Kiley (9/5): Beautiful apartment. Great location. Hosts were responsive. - Location is amazing. The property itself is beautiful and has everything you might need or want. Air conditioning is available which is very hard to find in London. The beds are small.
- Mark (8/5): Great Location for a family stay in London - The location and size of the property was great for London. The townhouse is close to Kensington high street and the metro. Also the local pub is 100 metres away and is an enjoyable place to stop for a meal and a pint. The property was a little cluttered and there was food left from the previous tenants in the benches and in the fridge. When I advised the staff, they were great - apologetic and thankful for me letting them know.
- Mylisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melonie (8/5): Our stay was lovely but paying for 11 guests and only getting bedding for 10 was disappointing. - Location was good.
Cleanliness was good.
Guide to get into the house was detailed.
Space was as described. There were no sheets for the sofa bed even though we paid extra money for 11 guests to stay. I feel the additional money we paid should be refunded as one of our guests had to sleep on the sofa with no sheets which is not acceptable given the money we paid.
Also 3 of the windows didn’t lock.
I look forward to hearing back from you regarding the lack of sheets and you refunding the additional £100 we paid for our extra guest to stay. Thank you.
- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious. Tastefully furnished. Proximity to Kensington High Street and transport.
- Jacqueline (9/5): Superb -
- Dario (10/5): Exceptional - Nice furniture and perfect location. Maybe provide adapters for the UK electricsl plug system. We didnt think about it beforehand and would have appreciated one or two of those.
- Susan (10/5): Best Christmas vacation ever hugely because of this fabulous house! - The house is amazing and had everything you could possibly need for a family of 10. Everything was modern and worked perfectly. One of the best we fully recommend this property. There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this property
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (9/5): Really enjoyable. Would highly recommend. - Spacious, lovely en-suite rooms in a nice safe location. Close proximity to the High Street to shop or grab a cab. The water was very hot in the upstairs shower, scorching. Couldn’t turn down temperature.
- Anna (9/5): Our two families had a wonderful stay, plenty of room and a real home away from home feel. - The house was amazing for our two families, everything we needed and more, so much room, beautifully decorated and hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with.
- Alfonso (8/5): Good house. A bit overpriced. - Location and overall space. Dryer didn’t work. Blood stains on sheets…. Bad smell on them too.
- Jayne (3/5): Very disappointing considering the cost. This was for a birthday celebration with friends and although it didn’t ruin ow - On arrival looked lovely and a good location. Awful owners not helpful at all before arrival. Not helpful regarding check in or when my friend asked if they could organise a 60 balloon.
The house was dirty, especially the kitchen we were not able to use the oven as it was covered in grease. The freezer was completely iced up and the cutlery draw was very dirty.
All waste bins didn’t have bags in and were disgusting. Spare pillows had blood stains on them.
After complaining to the owners and sending photos, there reply was to say they would speak to the cleaners.
There was used toiletries in all bathrooms and someone’s contact lenses.
On messaging the owners again on return home they offered £30!! Which I declined ad it is an insult.
- Jervel (8/5): Very good -
- Tan (9/5): Superb -
- Dan (10/5): Beautiful and clean home in central london with exceptional service - The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There was more than enough space for the ten of us to stay in. The home is centrally located near subway and hop on hop off tour access. Plenty of bathrooms and water was never an issue. Fully stocked kitchen for meals and fans in every room for extra comfort on warmer days. Great customer service from start to finish. My whole family said it was a highlight of their trip. Flawless
- Edelwisa (10/5): This house is amazing! Everything was great, from the location to the amenities and everything that came with it. The ro - Location, Cleanliness, amenities and responsiveness the rooms are warmer than expected
- Emer (9/5): House was fab . So spacious and the decor was beautiful. Amazing location too 👌 - Great location and easy to find. We had a lovely family break away in London City and this house was so comfy to stay in rather than a hotel. Thanks for a lovely weekend. Will try return with a few od my girl friends next time in London. Nothing.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - Fab location just off Kensington High street, lovely house and helpful host.
- Shirley (10/5): Perfect, clean and fully equipped properly in an amazing location! - Everything was wonderful. Location amazing. This beautiful, clean and welcoming property was perfect for our family of 8. Bags of room for everyone. A fully equipped kitchen, great WiFi and attention to detail make this a fabulous place to stay. Clean bathrooms, walk-in rain showers, plenty of toilet tissues. Adapters we’re even supplied. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to book when next visiting London. Nothing
- Anita (10/5): fantastic stay in a lovely house. - Brilliant position in Kensington close to shops and bars and restaurants.
the house is very comfy and kitted out well. the whole family of7 fitted in very well. A very light and bright house. nothing
- Steven (9/5): Would definitely recommend if looking for a large flat in the Kensington area! - The location of the flat could not be better close to Holland and Hyde park, but off on a quiet side street. The flat itself had a great layout with bedrooms on 1st and 3rd floor with main living space / kitchen on 2nd floor
- Thisisjohnv2 (8/5): Great location and comfort for a family or group of friends. - Great location and comfort for a family or group of friends. Somethings need attention like the cleaning and the quality of the plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen pans overall was very very low.
- Hollie (10/5): Exceptional - stunning house in great location with everyone you need.
- Bedilu (10/5): nice, clean, polite - the location was perfect and the interior was very nice nothing I didn’t like
- Randy (10/5): Highly recommended - This unit is beautiful & well decorated. The location is perfect! The accommodations were perfect! It’s worth it. This is personal but we didn’t like the stairs too much because we had seniors & small kids.
- Michiel (9/5): Superb - Phenomenal location, great facilities, beautiful house
- Natasha (7/5): Good - the property has been refurbished and is lovely and spacious. it had plenty of room for our family of 6 I don’t feel the cleaner of the property is doing a good job. the kitchen had a sponge for dishwashing that had been used multiple times before we arrived. it was unsanitary. the bathrooms had a big build up of soap and dirt residue in the cracks between the shower door and tiles and the sink rims were also dirty. the property charges a 300 pound cleaning fee per stay. the property also being recently renovated should be in a very clean condition but it wasn’t. we were in Europe 3 weeks. we stayed in multiple property’s who have all returned security payments within 1-3 days. even properties we stayed at after this one. yet I’m still waiting for my security payment to be refunded. this property has loads of positive attributes however the top two things for me are cleanliness and also prompt return of security payments. I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately
- Furhoff (9/5): Superb - Great and convenient house! Large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Great common area to hang in and spend time together.
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liam (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Check out is too early, 2 hours earlier than the European standard at 12:00.
- Ronnie (10/5): Exceptional - everything about the house was exceptional only 1 issue was the air conditioning , I happen to be there
on the hottest week and the air conditioning wasn’t meant for
the extreme weather.
