• henry (1/5): 不值得住的地方，还是去inn 或者希尔顿酒店住吧 - 地段一流，就在crown旁边 空调是坏的，秋天，三个玻璃房间里面热的像夏天一样30多度，里面也开不了空调，无法想象要是墨尔本的夏天里面怎么住人
• Nancy (1/5): Very very disappointed and dissatisfied - We didn’t like anything . Very disappointing We did not feel safe in the area or the house . There was no secure locking in the house . We didn’t even stay we left the same night we arrived .

• Constance (10/5): - We liked everything about your accommodation, which was exceptional. It is close to the train station. It is a very quiet neighborhood good for relaxing. As mentioned above, everything about the accommodation was exceptional.

• Gloria (8/5): Affordable in Kallangur for a family of 6 - Cozy, clean & TV in every room. Large and beautiful backyard and the kitchen was well equipped. Aldi was a 5 min drive or 12 min walk, 5 min short cut walk to the North Leagues Service Club(became a member) and bus stop just outside to Westfield Northlakes & beyond. Greg & team were informative & welcoming. Thank you for having us Noise concerns - understandable it is a residential area but would have loved to enjoy a family dinner in the backyard without the looming noise complaint & immediate dismissal clause.

• Taylor (1/5): Will not be back, extremely disappointed, do not recommend, upset at the amount of money we wasted. - Nothing really It felt extremely unsafe, we were not comfortable in the property from day 1 and ended up leaving as we felt unsafe.

• Michelle (6/5): Excellent location for the family over the Christmas break but attention to small details would make the stay greater va - Location was awesome We didn’t feel it was good value for the money paid. Air conditioning was only in bedrooms with no fan access in living areas - remote not working for aircon in one bedroom. Batteries in all remotes flat making it difficult to use televisions, Lounge seating was very uncomfortable as modules came apart easily. We needed to cover the fabric with a rug as it was quite dirty. No wine glasses available during a time of celebration No where to hang wet towels - no hooks or rack in bathroom or on back of doors. Only two rolls of toilet paper provided

As there was 6 of us from different locations there were 3 cars. Had a double shed but was not useable. Very untidy. Outdoor area was untidy.

• Lemongrab (7/5): Clean and comfortable easy check in. - Very spacious and clean Some cooking utensils like a ladle, were missing for cooking, had to use a spatula to scoop up soup/ stews. Smart TV was lagging very badly, was unable to log in to Netflix, hence could watch shows.

• Jenny (6/5): Nice quiet little spot, value for money, could do with some basic extras for a more comfortable stay - Location good - easy to get to entertainment centre ( went to a show) and Chermside for shopping. Quiet/secure location on battleaxe block. 2 large teenagers appreciated double bed each and tv available in each room! Having travelled extensively and owned rental property a few suggestions... Nil microwave dishes in kitchen - would have been handy Bathroom needs extractor fan and towel rails It was quite cool at night, even though aircon/heating was available there were no extra blankets Main bed although very comfortable, could be larger - maybe upgrade to king size - hubby and I are tall and room was large enough to accomodate bigger bed. Pillows on all beds were very firm and full- maybe a couple of softer spare sleeping pillows would be nice. Full length mirror would be good in hallway Sorry but couch in lounge is terrible! Being a modular unit that is not attached every time someone sat down the whole thing moved. I think this will eventually damage the vertical blinds as well. We actually removed vertical blinds from our rental as they break so easily

• Tracey (9/5): Superb - Excellent place to stay .Very comfortable and spacious. We were a family of 4 adults and we used 3 bedrooms, each had a TV and air conditioning. Free wi-fi if needed. Great outdoor area also. I was very pleased at the size of the place. It was fully equipped lwith essentials ike a normal home.Included tea and coffee and biscuits. I would highly recommend this place. I am sure that we will stay again. Only 1 bathroom , however we knew this before booking. No extra blankets, however if we knew you can request things prior to your stay .

• Amanda (10/5): happy with the stay and absolutely will recommend this property to family/small groups - beautiful property and very well maintained, with a lot of space. absolutely immaculate in cleanliness, plenty of space, thankful for AC unit in each bedroom. not a matter of dislike as honestly place was wonderful- but would recommend the mattress are updated (very firm/ not great for back conditions)

• Alana (10/5): Wonderful - The privacy, with location. Peace and quiet and secure The jug, had thrown the power out when tried to make a cuppa. But.. The owner was wonderful when we called him just inform him about the jug and to find where the location of the power box was.
