• Daniele Giuseppe (10/5): - Appartamento veramente bello, luminoso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto. Posizione centrale sulla strada ma non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore esterno. Sei praticamente in centro. Super consigliato.

• Ana Devrnja (10/5): - Apartman je uredan, prostran, čist, moderan i sve najbolje. Mi smo boravili samo jednu noć, ali apartman ima sve za više noći. Nalazi se uz prometnicu ali je ima jako dobru izolaciju da se ne čuje nikakav promet vani. Jako je blizu glavnim trgovima (poput Alter trga) da vam nije potreban ni automobil nego možete normalno obići i pješke. Kreveti su prostrani. Meni je malo tvrdi madrac (ali ja sam malo izbirljiva što se toga tiče i možda nisam mjerilo). Definitivno se vraćamo u apartman kad sljedeći put budemo dolazili u Klagenfurt (naravno ako bude slobodan u tom periodu). Nema toga.
• Roman (10/5): Ogromno stanovanje z brezplačno garažo v centru mesta - Lokacija je res izjemna, v samem centru mesta. Stanovanje ima tudi brezplačno garažo, tako je tudi za to poskrbljeno. Stanovanje je zelo veliko in kar je bilo nam super je, da ga lahko s pomočjo rolet popolnoma zatemniš (radi spimo v temi :)). Zelo prijazen gostitelj. Zelo toplo priporočam.

• marco (8/5): - La struttura era comfortevole e la posizione buona. Il check-in e il check- out non in presenza ma ben organizzati. L'appartamento aveva un odore sgradevole ma lo staff si dimostrato disponibile per risolvere il problema direttamente in struttura.

The apartment was wide, ligthy and confortable, with great views over the city and also offers the chance to park the car in the building parking. Great Ermin's video where he explains all you need for check-in and park your car. Nothing.
• Denise (7/5): - Für Familien ist die Unterkunft super, da der Wohn-Essbereich sehr großzügig ist. Auch der kurze Fußmarsch in die Innenstadt ist positiv zu erwähnen. Leider war für uns als Nichtraucher der Geruch sehr unangenehm und kaum auszuhalten, die gesamte Wohnung hat nach Rauch gerochen. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt hat leider auch eine Schattenseite, der Verkehrslärm vor der Wohnung ist extrem, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist dieser kaum zu überhören.

• Raul (8/5): Appartamento a due passi dal centro - Appartamento molto bello a due passi dal centro. In zona ci sono molti bar, ristoranti, supermercati. Il parcheggio è un plus non trascurabile. La città si gira comodamente a piedi. Purtroppo c'è un odore persistente di umido o di scarico che pregiudica un po' il soggiorno.
• Ralf (10/5): schönes Apartment mit guter Lage - perfekte Vorbereitung der Ankunft über ein Video, sehr geräumiges Apartment, sehr gute fußläufige (3min) Nähe zur Innenstadt, alle sinnvollen Dinge eines Apartments vorhanden das Apartment ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, bei offenen Fenstern etwas laut, die Dusche ist nicht optimal und erzeugt leicht ein "Überschwemmung" im Badezimmer, kann man sicherlich leicht nachbessern

Nothing really, just be aware that the allocated car parking space is two floors underground and is quite a tight space. We were fine with a VW Golf but a larger car might struggle especially a big SUV!

• Janine (9/5): Super ausgestattete, top-Wohnung in toller Lage - Sehr sauber, zentral, top ausgestattet, unkompliziertes handeling und tolle, verstämdliche Erklärung zum Ablauf des Check-in. Sehr geràumig, es war alles und noch viel mehr verfügbar. Die Lage war zwar top aber der Verkehr direkt vor dem Fenster war etwas nervig. Aber für die positiven Aspekte der Wohnung nimmt man das gerne in Kauf.

Le istruzioni sono state capite solo grazie ad un video che allega, ma chissà se dovevamo compilare dei form o magari avevamo diritto alla carta per girare la città? Non risponde per tempo, anzi dopo circa 6 ore. Check out anticipato con signora delle pulizie che ci bussa e aspetta che si portino fuori le valigie.

• Hendrik (10/5): Wir würden wieder kommen. - Die Lage im Stadtzentrum, ein Steinwurf vom Alten Markt entfernt, war super. Das die Straßen im Zentrum auch Nachts nicht ruhig sind, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Videobeschreibung vom Vermieter ist eine tolle Idee, das erspart einen gerade beim Check-Inn ein paar Fragezeichen im Kopf. Im Sommer wäre eine mobile Klimaanlage nicht schlecht, um den Straßenverkehr nach draußen zu verbannen.
