• Miguel Enrique (8/5): Ok for short solo stays - Great location; nice view; apartment has fridge, stove, washing machine and dryer There’s a permanent noise in the apartment, like a noisy fan. It gets annoying after some time.
• Gokhan (3/5): If there was no fan noise and supplied basic amenitie items was not to bad. - Location was good No body wash in shower, 4 days stay for two people and only a quarter of toilet paper on the roll with no spares, constant loud fan noise in the room you can not turn off.
• Jane (8/5): Lovely stay. - Location was good. It was clean and tidy, and the furniture was all comfortable. Laundry detergent and dishwasher powder were provided. The view was great, and was close to public transport and shops. The photos show two different bathrooms - the one we had was quite small, and the shower was difficult to move around in. Not an issue, however we were expecting the pictured bathroom. The gym and pool info was incorrect in a few places including the print out on the table (though correct in the QR code/link on the wall), so that was rather confusing.
• Sharon (8/5): Excellent location! - The location is fantastic! The tram stop is a short walk away, supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores all within easy reach. Queen Victoria Market is very close too.I could even walk to Bourke street. You could catch the train from Melbourne Central station easily as well. In spite of the location, it is quiet. The washing machine and detergent were very useful. Dishwashing detergent and sponge were provided as well. Swimming pool and Spa pool on the 9th floor were wonderful. View from the apartment was beautiful. Key collection was inconvenient. I gave the property my flight details. And I gave them an estimate of the time I would arrive at the property. I was 7 minutes late and the agent was not around. We could not enter the lobby without the key fob. Fortunately I had a roaming service set up so I could call the company. Even with that, we had to wait 20 minutes before the agent showed up. We were fortunate, it was not raining that night. The apartment is not the cleanest. The first night we were there, I discovered black mold spots on the duvet cover. I contacted the company and was told that they would send someone the next morning to deal with it as it was already almost 8pm. Fortunately there was a spare flat sheet in the cupboard. I could remove the duvet and could sleep on the bed. I contacted the company asking for a top up of the shower gel around the 7th day of my stay, I was assured that they would top it up the following day. It was never replenished. I had to buy my own. There is no cold water at the kitchen faucet. And the water heats up very quickly. Bring along a pair of rubber gloves if you plan to wash glasses or plates by hand.

• Victoria (10/5): It was a beautiful, clean and close to everything we needed! Full kitchen and private clothes washing facilities! - The views where beautiful Great location, super close to shops and restaurants! The elevator wait times and the unannounced and unexpected house cleaning. Pillows were a little uncomfortable but that’s my personal preference.

• Deanne (5/5): Whilst it was a nice apartment, the cleanliness, comfort and some facilties were poor. - The location was great. The view was great. The bed linen had to be washed as there was hair throuhout the bed and a stain on the the mattress protector. The bathroom floor had to be cleaned due to dust and hair on it. The carpet vaccuumed due to the amount of hair on it. The toilet seat was broken and kept falling on you when you sat down. The bed was uncomfortable and extremely hard. The pillows were poor and the there wasnt enough variety of utensils for cooking. It was like someone was in the apartment and vacated just before I arrived. It was not suitable for a new stay and for cost you would expect a very clean and comfortable apartment. Would also suggest providing the option for streaming services on the TV to allow visitors to log into their own during the stay.

• Patrick (5/5): Personally not for me. - Location is central. The apartment was neat and clean. It has a very nice view. Wifi was quick and worked well. Firstly, it's very noisy and we found sleeping very difficult. They are building a subway station in the road right there and the noise in the mornings with drilling, jack hammering etc. was really bad. When the subway is completed it will be a super convenient place to stay, but the noise was just terrible, in the evenings too, there is quite a din from either in the building or from the neighbourhood bars and restaurants. When we booked we didn't realise (or it was not clear) that we would be meeting people from Key Ninja to deliver the keys. This was an absolute pain and getting the keys was frustrating and confusing. When we left we ended up having to leave the keys on the desk as they were not there when our Uber arrived. The bed and pillows isn't comfortable. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, so you need to leave the bedroom door open, which lets too much light in. The TV is "smart" but almost unusable as it is so slow. In the end it was such a pain we didn't use it. The shower doesn't drain very effectively. The information on hand could be easily improved, it took us a while to figure out that the top light switch at the front door kills the power to the aircon.

• Tung (5/5): Passable - Not clean enough, lack of rubbish bags, lack of body wash/shampoo, noise from the central A/C made us very uncomfortable, we couldn't even sleep well for the first night.

• Jovana (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location in the city, close to various tram lines, and quite literally placed in the middle of the CBD. Clean property and well maintained, stunning views from the 63rd floor, great facilities. We were in Melbourne for the Australian Open and loved staying here. It was a little confusing at the start regarding the key collection, however the hosts were quick to answer my questions and everything worked out with no issues.

• Gina (10/5): Awesome stay highly recommended - Great location and very close to tram stop, shops and Victoria Markets. The amenities were awesome great indoor pool. The apartment was on Level 63, we had great views and also it was very clean 10/10. Highly recommended. The building is also secured. Lots of shops around as well.
• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location, good facilities. Bed was very comfortable and staff were responsive to extra needs like garbage bags. Air-conditioning was very powerful. Shower was good pressure. Kitchen had great basic equipment but no ingredients like salt or oil. The central air system was quite loud when sleeping and you could hear some of the traffic at night too. The light switches were a little confusing with one main switch turning all power off. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.
• Jeannie (10/5): Just excellent! - Accessible , clean, cozy. Everything you might need is just around the corner, Woolies, restaurants, tram. Probably just to make the blind bit more blackout, but it not even a thing, it’s just me doesn’t like the bright sun ☀️!
