• Desislava (5/5): Западащ. - Локацията до морската градина. Някога беше добър хотел. Много пъти съм отсядала в него, но от миналата година запада стремглаво Ужасна смрад в целия хотел. Смес от застояло, канал и цигари ( въпреки, че пише , че не е позволено пушенето коридорите миришеха на цигари).

Also they could have added at least a bottle of water or a tea in the room, I find it such a liitle thing that makes quite a big difference. All great otherwise! Of and wifi was not really good. Poor wifi and no water/tea/coffee in the room

• Poplavskaya (8/5): - The room was spacious and with balcony. Unexpectedly, there were microwave, kitchen table and sink. Hotel has parking places, but not much, about 10 places. There is a trading centre with restaurant within thecwalking distance grom hotel. And it is 8-10 minutes drive by car to the big trading centre Grand mall, which is very convenient. We travelled in mid April. Booking info was that reception operates round the clock, but after we placed the booking, got e-mail, that reception operates till 20:00. It may be very important for travellers. Booking mentions that it was possible to add breakfast, but when we came, it appeared that hotel serves breakfast only during summer.

• Gianfranco (8/5): Rundum schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. - Schöne Zimmer, tolle Aussicht zum Meer. Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte jeden Tag eine kleine Abwechslung auf dem Büffet. War Landes typisch. Café war gut. In der Nähe waren nette Restaurants wo man gut essen konnte. Da gibt’s nichts auszusetzen.

• Dzhoshkun (9/5): Уют, комфорт и чистота в близост до красивия плаж на Варна! - Приятно, чисто, комфортно и като цяло доста уютно местенце, което е доста близо до плажната ивица. Очарован съм от престоя си там, който беше 4 дни. Персоналът е много вежлив и дружелюбен. Стаята, в която отседнах, беше с изглед към морето, като също така бе доста просторна и свежа. Банята беше много чиста и поддържана. Има безплатен паркинг точно срещу хотела, който събира около 7-8 коли, както и няколко платени места за паркиране малко по-надолу по улицата. Също така има доста приятни места за разходка и хапване/пийване наоколо. Има някои малки удобства, които липсват тук-там, но не е нещо, което да дразни. Може да се обърне внимание на удобствата покрай басейна като например да се добавят още няколко малки масички или закачалки наблизо, в които хората да си оставят багажа докато се пекат или плуват. Това е единствената ми "забележка" към хотела. Останалото беше на доста добро ниво.

Mooie eetzaal met ontbijtbuffet met ruime keuze Er is helaas geen lift. Hotel ligt aan steile weg naar de zee

• Urban (9/5): - Das Hotel ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel sehr gut . Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Zimmer sind groß und auch sehr sauber . Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche hat sehr gut funktioniert .Das Frühstück war am Anfang etwas klein , da wir alleine im Hotel waren . Später nach zwei Tagen mit mehreren Gästen war es sehr gut . Alles in Ordnung. Die Lage an einer Straße , die zum Strand führt , sorgt für etwas Verkehrslärm .

• Mykhailo (8/5): Чудове розташування, чисті та просторі номери, одноманітні сніданки, небажання вирішувати проблеми адміністратором - Просторий номер, в номері прибрано та чисто Одноманітні сніданки якщо ви збираєтесь залишатись на більш як 2 дні - сніданки набридають. Не завжди є вільне місце на парковці. Іноді приходиться ставити авто деінде. Також в ванній крапало з стелі. Адміністратор повідомив що це проблема з кондиціонером. Не запропонував вирішення ні переселення в інший номер.

• Beata (9/5): for short stay it was ok - I chose this hotel after reading most of last year's opinions, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect when I came. Mind you, i really came just for the 3-day weekend, focused on beach time, so my expectations were adjusted. The hotel is nice. Yes, it's small and does not have an elevator. That being said, you usually don't get elevators in EU boutique hotels. I came just at the beginning of the off-season, and it was perfect for me. Not many other guests, peace and quiet. The staff is very friendly (shout out to the nice lady who checked me in and tried to speak Polish to me. That was really nice!). The pool is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is fresh every day (but it's basic, which I didn't mind). The trip from Varna airport took about 15 minutes. Reception is 24h. also all of the rooms are facing the pool and the ones on higher foors have see view as well. so its nice. you will never get an alley view. It's not much on the hotel but on the overall culture, but... smoking. I had a room on the 1st floor, just above the lounge area by the pool. And every single person below me smoked. It carried to the room and sometimes made it impossible for me to enjoy my balcony. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to make the area with the swings a dedicated smoking zone, as it's far from the rooms and won't cause a nuisance. But you need to be prepared that smoking is pretty common, and you will be smelling it in many places. Something that others mentioned is the lack of a hairdryer and a really poor lighting in the bathrooms. Also, no kettle or coffee machine in the room. Now I understand here, as this is an older establishment with limited outlets, and possibly some additional fire hazard restrictions that prevent the kettle from being in the room. But, in that case, you should not charge extra to people who come down to the bar to get tea / hot water for it. It's not an additional perk that a hotel offers for a guest to enjoy. It's a nuisance that you, as a guest, have to go down to get it, and its way behind what other hotels offer.

Plajele din Varna sunt la cateva minute de mers cu masina, Locatie foarte buna.

Чистоту номеров и их состояние необходимо улучшить.Кондиционер не работал.Розетки висят,плохо вымыт пол в санузле,в номере волосы предшественников. Паркинг не то что бы free,его вообще нет,точнее всего на несколько мест и занят.Машину пришлось поставить на ночь у отеля напротив,а утром ждал сюрприз-подняты все дворники,спасибо,что не вырвали!)

• Andrew (10/5): Reasonably priced, comfortable room with fabulous breakfast. - Big room. Desk. Lots of blankets as the AC ran all night for great sleeping environment. The breakfast was included in the price and was fabulous. Hot entrees, fruit, yogurt, everything. 24 hour staff in reception. They were most helpful on multiple occasions. No hair dryer. The shower drains out into the bathroom but it drained under the sink and only one extra towel to steer the drainage out of standing way.

• Bryan (10/5): Very enjoyable with a nearby beach and restaurant - The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff Our original room on the third floor was invaded by ants but the staff quickly moved us to a different room on the first floor. As the hotel didn't have a lift this was much appreciated by a 77 year old.

• Viktoriia (7/5): - Месторасположение отеля очень хорошее. Вид из окна на бассейн и на море. Доброжелательный персонал. Хороший матрац на кровати. Бачок в туалете приходилось нажимать многократно, чтобы унитаз остался чистым после использования. Душевая устроена таким образом, что после исполнения душа весь номер становился затоптанным и грязным. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия вегетарианских блюд на завтраке.

Pe balcon uscatoare de rufe pliabile (ai o sfoara la dispozitie, inestetica si insuficienta) Iluminarea, fff slaba in camera!
