• Mirko (6/5): Così così - La posizione perfetta (2 minuti a piedi), prezzo ottimo per essere vicino alla metro. Casa molto calda, risposta dell’host immediata. Divano molto piccolo, non è stato preparato per una terza persona come anche gli asciugamani che abbiamo dovuto cercare personalmente. Alcuni cuscini e lenzuola macchiate, nessuna presa nel bagno, rumore forte dalla strada. Cuscini scomodi. Dentro l’asciugatrice erano presenti già delle lenzuola, in generale poca pulizia (capelli nella doccia)

• philippe (7/5): Petit logement pratique mais confort à améliorer - Petit appartement bien pour 1 ou 2 adultes. Chambre et salle de bain assez grandes. Bon système de chauffage. Deux fenêtres sur rue. Bonne insonorisation par rapport à la rue (mais pas par rapport à la cage d'escalier). Pas loin des transports en commun. Cage d'escalier pas très propre. Les fenêtres ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir complètement. La fenêtre de la cuisine donne sur un toit en béton. Le radiateur de la salle de bain est très difficile à régler sur la bonne température. Mixage adéquate eau chaude/ eau froide dans la douche quasiment impossible. Matelas pas top (dur et peu épais). Chose curieuse: il y avait du linge mouillé dans la machine à laver. Pas d'hôte sur place (toutes les communications sont font par la messagerie).

• Joanna (8/5): Clean and convenient apartment within reach of Central London. - The flat was very clean, easy to access and generally very well equipped. Nice, powerful shower. Convenient location for our visit to London. The location near Finsbury Park meant that there was a lot of noise from outside, not surprising for a Saturday night. Because it was warm, we had the windows open, so that didn't help the noise issue. We felt that a smaller bedside lamp in each of the rooms would have helped the ambience a lot. The overhead lighting was very bright and of course, we had to get out of bed to switch it off!

• Ihor (10/5): Our stay was very pleasant. - tastefully decorated. The room looks fresh and well-maintained. Everything met our expectations and even exceeded them.
• Sandra (7/5): Review - Great communication with the host. The apartment has everything you need, although we were out most of the time. Location to underground round the corner (2 mins). Excellent for the price. I would recommend if looking for something cheap with good access to central London. Slightly noisy area (but we live in a rural location, so may have thought that anywhere in London!). Bed could be a little more comfortable. Café downstairs with only male clientele at night, bit off-putting but still felt safe.

Property was clean and comfortable for a - The location was great for access to the emirates stadium and close to the tube stop and shops! The noise! The noise outside was not great so as good as the location was for close proximity, there was a lot of noise and action outside which kept us awake/woke us up. Not the properties fault but just something to be aware of.
• Helen.c. (5/5): Disappointing but good location - A well-equipped first-floor apartment. Had a washing machine and relatively well-equipped kitchenette, although we did not use these during our stay. Met the cleaning lady and she was lovely. However, I tried to contact the owner of the property via the Booking.com app during our stay and I received no reply. Also tried to add her number to WhatsApp and that did not work. Should be sorted in case someone has a serious issue. Instructions for arrival were useful. Although mostly clean, the apartment was rather grubby and in need of a deep clean. For example, the bathroom tiles, bathmat and counter top. The delph was also in need of a good clean; we had to rinse out cups and plates, etc, before use. Rug in kitchen a safety hazard and should be removed. Entrance stairway also needs a clean; post thrown everywhere upon arrival. Heavier or blackout curtains in bedroom would be of benefit. No lamps in bedroom or living area.

• Patrice (10/5): Nice and cosy! - The flat was small but cosy, very clean and had every thing we needed. Easy to access the apartmemt, loads of shops and places to eat near by. Finsbury park station was literally 2 minute walk!
• Kate (10/5): Great location and value for money! - Great base for getting around London as very close to a tube station. Was clean and comfortable. We would happily use again. The entrance and hallway was deceiving as quite run down, but no reflection of the flat which was lovely!

• Gabriela (8/5): It was totally worth it, highly recommended! - It was really amazing! The owner is so kind and the Lady who cleaned - super nice. The location is super cool, near the Finsbury station so it is great to move around the city. We loved the design, the kitchen was super equipped. I would go back! It’s quite noisy - I think the heating system (?) was really loud at night. When it turned on it was making a pretty rough noise, also the radiators were „clicking” and it was hard to sleep throughout the night. Also, there were no curtains in the second room and I think they should be there for a better sleep :). But, you can live with that.

• Jimmy (10/5): Exceptional - Very pleasant stay, very clean and everything as described! Iman was more than helpful and very fast to respond to any questions I had. Really good location, 1 minute walk from Finsbury park station! Do not hesitate to book!
