• Carlos (10/5): Un lugar recomendado para volver. - Todo, Desde antes del ingreso recibí toda la información para el ingreso. El anfitrión siempre atento ante cualquier necesidad. El lugar bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Lo tendré en cuenta cuando regrese a Medellín. En la misma zona fue posible parquear mi vehículo.

• Aixa (3/5): - Las atenciones de Isabel y Marina fueron muy buenas, muy buena anfitriona y excelente comunicación Lamentablemente, mi opinión es que el loft es excelente y.muy bonito, pero para dos personas, no cuatro y de complexión grande. Ubicación buena y excelente pero para parejas. No tengo otra queja y seria excelente pero para parejas

• Laura (10/5): Espectacular! - Todo nos encantó , excelente atención , estuvieron pendientes desde antes de llegar al lugar , te reciben con unas galletitas , el apto es muy cómodo y fresco , tienen varias cobijas , sábanas , toallas , está full equipado , tienen también plancha de ropa , secador de cabello , mejor dicho no les falta nada ! Y la atención de las anfitrionas 10/10 , siempre prestas a colaborar , piensan en todo , si volvemos los buscaremos de nuevo 👏

• Yuranis (1/5): El lugar bueno pero los encargados un desastre - Tenía todo lo que se necesitaba para la estancia. El colchón bastante incómodo. Además, en la reserva decía que podía pagar en la llegada y no había prohibiciones con pago en tarjeta de crédito, al comentar que iba a pagar por ese medio, la persona encargada fue bastante grosera, incluso llego a decirme que hiciera un avance con mis tarjetas. Porque solo quería que pagara con efectivo o transferencia. Me enviaron después un link de pago, el cual nunca funcionó y querían culparme a mi, porque según ellos, tres diferentes tarjetas estaban BLOQUEADAS. No entiendo como ellos podían saber eso. Me da la impresión de que lo único que querían era el dinero en efectivo. El último dia le dije a la señora que ya debia irme, unas cuatro horas antes del checkout. Sin embargo le pedi los datos para hacer o transferencia y así saldar todo, yo nunca pensé en quedarme sin pagar, ya que desde un principio les dije que me dieran soluciones. Hice la transferencia una media hora aproximadamente después de salir, y está señora me reporto por la aplicación casi 48 horas después que yo le había hecho su pago. Tengo las evidencias que le pague y que muchas veces le pedí soluciones. Si el pago por tarjeta no estaba permitido, debieron comunicarlo desde el primer momento. Un viaje para pasar eñ familia y además por trabajo, se vio nublado por esta situación. Todo el día respondiéndoles mensajes.

• Thursday (10/5): Comfortable and not too far from laureles - Cute and comfortable, has a tiny home / apartment vibe compared the more tourist oriented vacation spots we stayed the rest of the trip. So it’s an actual apartment in a residential neighborhood that feels local. It was great having two separate sleeping areas as I was traveling with a friend (upstairs has 1 big bed & 1 small bed, downstairs has the pull out couch). Kind and helpful woman owns the property and stopped by to collect our cash. AND I LOVED THE BALCONY. Nada

• Aimilia (8/5): A friendly place to stay in Medellín - The house was in a quiet and nice area, 5'driving from restaurants and cafes. The owners were very friendly and willing to help. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. The bathroom is extremely small, and the ventilation is done from an opening in the wall that connects the bathroom/toilet with the house. For the payment, I was asked to pay an extra 3,99% because I paid with a card.
• Padilla (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the balcony, the neighborhood was very quiet and nice, the lady who kept the bags is very nice, the place was super clean. It was more than I expected. I was staying alone with my child and the front door didn't have an internal lock, both locks can be opened from outside with a key, even though it was very secure place and the neighborhood is under private security I would like to have the inner lock just for precaution.

It introduced a good tour company and advised us a nice tour program. An uncle and his daughter were kind enough to extend us touring services. • Nicola (9/5): Great apartment, good value for money, but noisy early in the morning - Good location and ten minute walk to Rosales metro station. Great facilities including washing machine (which was an unexpected bonus). The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Very noisy in the morning from 5.30am with cars as people going to work and also with loud noise from the airport with planes taking off and landing every 15 minutes from 6am. Stairs to bedroom very steep and not suitable for elderly or families with young children.
