J'avais déjà loué que j'avais eu un mauvaise expérience lorsque j'ai expliqué ma situation avec au personnel la deuxième fois que je louais qui est celle-ci aussitôt pris connaissance de ma situation j'ai eu mon remboursement et j'ai reloué et cette fois là c'était parfait. Dans la chambre que j'avais loué il manquait un petit peu d'éclairage

The TV did not work, hot water issues, not responsive staff, some ants and other small details that could have taken this rating from 6 to 10.
• Julia (8/5): Um bom lugar para estadias curtas - Ótima localização, perto da principal estação de metrô e terminal de ônibus, cama confortável e ótimo chuveiro. Ideal para estadias bem curtas. O guarda-corpo das escadas externas estão bambos. No hall de entrada poderia ter um tapete para limpar/secar os calçados. Único acesso aos pisos superiores é por escada estreita - sendo um problema para carregar a bagagem. O quarto é bem apertado, mal havia espaço para abrir as malas no chão. Não tinha mesa de escritório conforme mostrava a foto que reservamos o quarto. Estava tudo limpo quando cheguei, mas não oferecem serviço limpeza. Poderiam deixar toalhas de banho extra. Não havia cafeteira, conforme o anúncio, nem xícaras. Não forneceram saco de lixo ou esponja para lavar a louça (embora não tenha usado). Havia formigas pequenas na cozinha desde o primeiro dia.

• beauté & astuces (1/5): Mimi - Merde merde, c'était le pire hôtel de toutes mes réservations sur booking Odeur nauséabonde partout dans la chambre et les couloirs, poubelles qui ne sont jamais vidées dans les parties communes, porte pas sécurisée, le quartier est bien sale, et des escaliers en fer dans un pays où il neige tout le temps, j'ai failli tomber avec mes valises dans les escaliers en fer enneigées. Odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain et les joints de la douche sont bien noirs merde merde merde

Endroit HONTEUX et bruyant, frais de ménage pour des chambres non nettoyées * Chambre 1 : * Température à l’arrivée de 13 degrés * Présence de fourmis * Chauffage de la douche en panne * Présence de poils/follicules anaux et capillaires appartenant à des personnes tierces * * Chambre 2 : * Nouvelle invasion de fourmis * Cheveux présents dans la chambre * Traces d’urine sur les toilettes * Malgré ma demande de vérification préalable de l’état général de la chambre, nous avons passé plus de 30 minutes au téléphone avant qu’un nouveau changement ne soit effectué * * Chambre 3 : * Chambre enfin conforme et correcte * Au vu de l’ensemble de ces éléments, je considère que la prestation de ménage n’a clairement pas été délivrée conformément aux standards attendus. Je vous demande donc le remboursement de ces frais. Hygiene degeulasse, bruit, service client
• Abel (7/5): The drawbacks of not having on-site staff - Good location near the main metro station and bus terminal, comfy bed, shower had a telephone head. Didn't use the kitchenette but it was properly equipped. It's always baffling when hotels in Montreal don't have an entrance mat or a shoe rack in winter, so I soiled the floor with snowy/gadoue boots when I first arrived. Had to let them melt in the shower. Outside stairs were not properly shovelled and the guardrails are wobbly so it's dangerously slippery. Also took me a while to figure out how to turn the lights off in the kitchenette because there's no obvious switch, turns out you just have to close the door. There were ghost ants in the bathroom sink. Entry instructions were not provided at the time they said they would, I had to contact them while in transit to get them.

J'ai informé l'hôte et un technicien devait passer le lendemain matin première heure pour réparer mais il ne s'est pas présenté. Je ne sentais pas que mes effets personnels étaient en sécurité durant mon absence.
• Linda (5/5): - Le lit et la douche étaient parfaits. La petite cuisine était pratique aussi. Il n'y avait pas suffisamment de papier toilette et ils n'ont pas pu nous en donner. Aussi à notre arrivée la température était comme dehors, sauf pour la salle de bain. Nous avons ajusté tous les thermostats et après quelques heures le température était correct. Il n'y avait que 1 tasse à café, pas de ceintres pour les manteaux. Il y a place à amélioration.

• Nathalie (3/5): - Les chambres economiqies sont tres petites et le lit gagnerait a être escamotable. Il n y a pas de chaise. Pas de miroir dans la salle de bains. L appartement, qui correspond a la surface d une chambre normale, n etait pas équipé et les appareils électriques ne fonctionnaient pas (problème de prise). Il n y avait pas d ustensiles ou de casserole pour cuisiner et notre problème n a jamais ete résolu en 7 jours. Cet établissement, qui est propre et se veut moderne, gagnerait a fonctionner avec des êtres humains accessibles.

• Vasquez (8/5): A great and quiet option in the downtown of Montreal, accessible walking to almost most of places. - I was looking for options very walkable from and to the downtown of Montreal, the location was great, and I was able to leave and return safely at night, as well as the metro was around 2 blocks. The room was everything I needed, it has its own privacy with the bathroom and kitchen inside. All the facilities, as the bed, kitchen, and bathroom, were comfortable and clean. The only thing I had some issues with was the access at times with the lock screen on my room. Normally, I tried around 3-5 times with the key to properly unlock the door, but aside from that, I didn't have any additional issues. Maybe a quick check could be needed for the lock screen.

• Kathrine arven (4/5): There are other good options - The location is nice The room is too small, the kitchen is not working. I message them but no solution. No replenish of towels (we stayed for 5 nights), the cleaning staff are not friendly and gave me the look.
• Peixoto Vicentini (10/5): It was very pleasant - The location is really good, with lots of restaurants and public transportation close by. The room was clean and organized. It was all good for me, no problems with the noise, room was clean, towels available and no issues whatsoever.
• gustavo (8/5): Es un buen lugar para estadías cortas - La habitación para una o dos persas está muy bien, faltaban elementos de cocina pero tampoco como estaba solo necesite demasiado. Estaba limpia, no te aseaban el cuarto y tampoco se hacían la cama. El personal solo conocí a Lupita el primer día que era la que preparaba las habitaciones y fue muy amable, por suerte tenía preparada la habitación bastante antes de la hora del check in y pude entrar antes. Hubo una pérdida de agua del techo que salía por el aplique de luz, pero lo resolvieron bastante rápido, el anfitrión respondía a mis mensajes siempre. La zona es muy linda y tranquila, llena de restaurantes con metro y buses muy ver a pero a 15 minutos a pie llegas a la zona comercial y central de Montreal Que asean la habitación y no te acomodan las cosas, como hacerte la cama, note te poneme el shampoo ni las toallas y los elementos de cocina no son suficientes, no había tazas para desayunar, solo había un vaso y una olla.
• Olha (6/5): Чистый маленький номер в шумном районе в центре города по нормальной цене - Чистый номер прям в центре города. Персонал отвечал быстро и вежливо. В номере все время был какой-то запах непонятный,неприятный, как химия, достаточно резкий. В пятницу вечером было очень шумно на улице, люди гуляли до 3ех ночи. В субботу чуть-чуть лучше. Мы купили уже беруши. В воскресенье и дальше, уже было нормально спать. Но первая ночь в пятницу была ужасной. Если вам важно хорошо высыпаться, лучше в пятницу вечером не останавливаться! Номер очень маленький. Кровать тоже маленькая.

• Felicity (6/5): Could be so much better - It has the potential to be so much more with not many changes. There weren't any bath towels which they knew about and said they would rectify but never did. Never stayed anywhere where towels were not provided.

• Marina (1/5): Bad - Location I pay for that they name "standart apartment". I got there, the room was so small. I sent them photos of what they advertise vs what I got, not the same thing at all. They try to give me another room which was even smaller, could barely walk around the bed, the doorframe with the lock was broken. I stayed 4 hours going back and forth with the person on the phone/email. They didn't have what I paid for so I just asked for a refund. They refused. No personal on site. Very bad experience. I left because I needed more space, which is originally what I booked. I am now going up to the office of customer's protection (OPC) and the association de l"industrie touristique du quebec (AITQ) as it is false advertising and the dimensions are wrong. Even their staff on the phone/email agreed that this was too small, that info on booking were wrong and they had nothing else available at the moment but the owner didn't want to refund and stopped picking up the employee's calls and messages.

(200m) from bus terminal, walking distance to major attractions, super-marts - Better sound isolation than most hostels, Airbnb - Heating system that works - I booked for 1 week lodging but was given a tiniest room I've came across with a window facing the wall from the other building couple feet away - No kettle, no table, no chair, coffee maker with no coffee, no TV (Have to boil water with the big pot) - No storage cabinet only hangers at awkward location - Pretentious room design and furniture, incomplete assembly from cheapest material (see attached photos) - Limited space caused by the impractical furniture placement - Difficult cleaning as pan and pots bigger than the basin - Not sure what's the point of the mirror above the headboard? Expecting occupant to stand on the bed while dressing up? Reminds me of Sadako Yamamura. Also the LED lit mirror in the bathroom? Should spend the money on more useful and practical furniture and appliances. - Slippery and hazardous metal entrance stairs during snowy days - Suitable for 1 night stay at most but it's not worth the price

• Man (5/5): Brilliant location. Stable hot water supply. Comfort stay. Worth of money I paid. - I love how responsive for the customer when they received my email. That allow me receive instant assistance. The location of the place is excellent. The way to access the apartment. I have to finish the survey to get the access code 24hrs before I arrived. However, I can’t access the website. And there is no one in the reception, so I can’t received any help by the host in person instantly. Almost can’t access in the first night. It would be perfect if the passcode was sent via the email, instead of sending me after I completed the survey that I couldn’t access in my home country.
