• josco (9/5): - De locatie was top, heerlijk centraal gelegen. Ook het ontvangst en communicatie was goed geregeld. Geen zit mogelijkheid op het balkon, in de warme zomer avonden zou dit een absolute plus zijn.

• Daniela (9/5): Good place - Great location, big rooms, good communication There was a terrible smell from the drain in the bathroom. There is a hole of soil in the middle of the living room. There were no flowers in it and we tripped a few times there.
• Reshef (1/5): smelly and not clean apartment. Better stay away! - The apartment is located in a good location. We arrived at the property a day later than planned due to a flight delay, checking in around 8:00 AM. Shortly after arrival, I immediately noticed that there was no electricity and messaged the owner at approximately 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until around 10:20 AM, at which point I was informed that an electrician would only be available between 16:30 and 17:00—a 7-hour wait for what was merely a possible solution. However, the lack of electricity was just one of several serious issues. The most disturbing problem was the overwhelming stench of sewage coming from both the toilets and the kitchen. The smell was unbearable, forcing us to open all the windows, which unfortunately exposed us to the constant, loud noise from the busy street below. Additionally, there was a large, unsafe hole in the middle of the apartment's main space, which appeared to have once held a plant pot. My youngest child kept falling into this pit of dirt, creating a constant safety hazard. We left to a different apartment in the afternoon. working on getting our money back!
• Sergiu (2/5): Don’t book!!! - I only liked the location, but honestly that did not compensate for the bad things with the apartment It is practically a scam! Unclean - to the worst level. Think pubic hair in the bathroom and the rest of the house. No tv (the add mentions a flat screen), no hot water (the add mentions that - i think boiler is installed, but the owner made sure it is nog working. Spent two night either with kids there taking cold showers). No iron (the add mentions it has). Practically, apart from the internet nothing else was there. Sorry, there was a washing machine and dishwasher but I did not try to see if they work. The owner will never respond to your calls, he/she will reply to emails only to blame you for not notifying the issues earlier and to wish you a pleasant stay!
• Carvalho (10/5): Exceptional - There was so much to love about this property! It was clean, spacious, and walking distance from everything in the area. The staff were also very responsive, helpful, and nice Since this apartment is on the newer side, there were a few things that were missing that we would’ve wished were there: oil/butter for the stove to heat food up, a microwave, towels for the kitchen, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap by all of the sinks. Having a hook up high for the shower head would have also been helpful
